These guys bend over backwards to help the customer. Dan will explain all the potential costs and options so you can make the best decision regarding your vehicle. The word SERVICE still lives at Performance Auto.

Best experience I've ever had with a auto shop by far. Was 100� out and we were traveling south with 2 dogs in the car and our AC quit , I called the shop while we were across the street grabbing lunch and he said bring it on over! Such short notice, they got us in immediately and back on the road very quickly. They even let us bring our dogs inside to cool off in the AC while they fixed our vehicles AC! Couldn't ask for better service.

Had to have my car towed, they were able to quickly diagnosis and repair it. Through no fault of their own it still needed more work the next day and they towed it themselves and got it back to me in great time.

If you need a real mechanic, not just "parts changers" that change parts until they figure out which part was actually faulty, then call Dan at Performance Auto. They will diagnose your problem and fix it properly the first time, in a timely manner, and at a fair price

I was traveling from out of state when my check engine light came on. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and schedule a time to fix it. This allowed us to continue our journey with confidence.

Danny and the crew at Performance Auto are the best mechanics in Quincy. They do quality work at reasonable prices. But my favorite thing about them is they are honest. They will be completely transparent with what needs fixed and how serious or not serious it is to fix it. If you want a mechanic you can genuinely trust look no further then Performance Auto!

I'm from out of town and thought I had a brake problem, not knowing any local mechanics had me worried. The people at Performance Auto Center we're awesome, they got me in and checked out my car right away. The problem I was afraid of was a false alarm. Unscrupulous mechanics might have taken advantage, but not them.

Had to go back to fix slow leaks on new tires, one was valve stem and other was a bead seal but they were prompt, very courteous and friendly, no cost. Will continue to check them out for future needs, price on 4 new truck tires was outstanding

I was diagnosed with a blown engine at the Jeep Dealership. Dan and his guys replaced the thermostat, and I'm back on the road. Thanks for knowing what you're doing!

They have had my car for a month, and refuse to return my calls when I ask for an update. It has been two weeks since the last time I was given any information reguarding the status of my repair. Each time I call I am told the boss will return my call shortly, and lo and behold it never happens. When they have actually spoken to me they gave me very little information as to what was actually being done, but try to assure me that it's being worked on, and that a little but no significant progress has been made. At this point I would recommend any other shop.

Great place to get your automotive work done. I was in from out of town working and the alternator on my truck went bad. Called them up told them the problem. they got me right in and after 30 minutes of being there they had me fixed. I very early highly recommend this shop.

My transmission lines broke on a roadtrip with my children, they were quick, honest and helpful. and I'm happy to report my car made it all 3000 miles of the trip without further incident. Thanks so much for everything!

Great place , nice people . We were traveling to AL from MN and the car started acting up, and they let us right In , looked at it told us what was wrong. No charge. If highly recommend this place. I went to a different place and they didn't even give us the time of day . So it was a relief when these guys helped us . Thanks guys for the help :)
