Maannnn, I was on my way to get a load, and my derate light came on and went off. I've had a check engine light on for a couple weeks now, and had it diagnosed at a TA travel center in Jacksonville florida, where the tech there told me it was "no big deal" and was only linked to my adaptive cruise control. I noticed a ticking coming out of one of the components next to the power steering reservoir, which actually turns out controls all of my turbo. Those gears have been slipping for some time now, but the mechanic at the ta, told me it was nothing important.My light came on, and then I called GTG Peterbilt here in Quincy. I spoke to Cole, who is the shop manager, and he told me that I could bring it in immediately, and if it wasn't anything too significant, they should be able to get me in and out of here.Well not even 30 minutes later, I pulled up. Spoke to the really nice woman up front, she got my truck info, I dropped my trailer, and pulled up to the bay door for my diagnostic.Turns out, the check engine light had nothing to do with what the prior mechanic said, it was actually the issue I thought it may be, which controls my entire turbo system.Chuck is my mechanic and did my diagnostic, and then not even within 15 minutes, Cole came out, told me they have the part in stock, (and that my issue was actually somewhat severe), yanked ole girl into the bay, where they're wrenching away right now!!!Cole, Chuck, nice front office woman, I can't thank you enough getting me in and get me taken care of. I even offered to buy everyone lunch, but they kindly declined, but this is definitely definitely one of the better peterbilts I've ever been to! I don't wish another breakdown, but if it happens, I hope it's close to here!!!Thank you GTG!!!

When I brought my truck into the shop, both the service desk attendant and mechanics were communicative and helpful from when I checked in, until the completion of service maintenance. The mechanics called to update me on the status of maintenance and were detailed about the issues the truck had. The service desk lady even gave me a ride to a nearby hotel while my truck was in the shop. Everyone here is very respectful and professional. I'll be sure to let others and my company know about my positive experience at this shop.

I recently started my own repair business and deal with several companies for parts. I had the opportunity to meet Cliff. After talking to him I decided to give them a shot. All i can say is I gaurantee you that you can call any other dealership and you will not here thank you or how can we help you as much as these people give. So far they have done their best to accommodate me which in turn helps my customers. Parts staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful as well always giving a call back with an update. Keep up the great work.

I am on my 2nd truck, have been bringing my trucks here for about 7 yrs now. They do good work, Melissa in service is great to work with. Parts people knowledgeable, prices are reasonable. Good shop!

If the computer ever quits in there, they will be screwed. No knowledge of trucks or parts12/30 No 75-80No 75-90No 75-140Just pints.Makes me appreciate quincy Mack

The associates here were extremely friendly! They worked hard to work us in. In a couple of hours we were rolling again! And did not charge us over the top amount! Thank you all we appreciate you more than you know!!

Great little place! I've been to plenty of Peterbilts around the country, being an OTR driver. Had a little problem, they went above and beyond getting my truck repaired. Andrew, Mike and the whole crew there are professionals and actually do care about your down time. Great job guys.

I have had the same problem with my RV for three years no one could figure it out until I took it to Quincy Peterbilt these guys had it fixed and out the door in a couple of hours, not only they know exactly what they're doing their very professional very polite and have a warehouse of parts and obviously some good people with a bunch of knowledge to back up what they sell

I must say that in the 14 yrs of driving never have I met a more friendlier group of people!!! They not only went above and beyond to quickly but thoroughly make sure my truck was fixed correctly but even went out of there way to fix what they didnt need to and there pricing was very reasonable compared to other peterbilt shops! I cant thank you men and women enough for what all you did for me! It will not go unfogotten!!!!

Place had me detail trucks for them and then didnt pay. I called coorperate and michelle ramsey basically told me i was making a fuss about 300 dollars and hung up on me i still have not been paid mike told me if i came back to the site he would remove me himself i cant believe they do people like this

Every part has been wrong leaf springs was told be in shop in 2 days took 8 days always had excuse. Now front leaf springs pins are wrong . Never use them again !

I attempted to try to get what is owed to me for working for these guys and they still refuse to pay me ive sent invoice after invoice i cant believe a company like this gets away with this type of representation of a company it amazes me that they conduct their selves like thisi will not give up on on trying to get what is owed to my company they wont even respond to these reviews like they do others but they are being reported to BBB

Went in for a low coolant / warning buzzer issue....they worked on it all day ... I left with the same issue....got home...my son fixed it in 5 min...all I can say is I won't be back
