Our local Gehl dealer is crazy expensive and their customer service is mediocre at best. I found German Bliss online a few years ago and have been very happy with the ease of ordering parts from their website. We have a telehandler and two skid steers that need parts from time to time. GB has always been able to fulfill my parts needs in a professional and timely manner. Randall is their online chat specialist and he gladly helped me through an issue I was having. He quickly and professionally answered my questions and resolved my issue. I look forward to remaining a faithful GB customer for many years to come.

Customer service was beyond excellent and on top of it from start to finish. Direct contact with factory service to get resolved the issues I had with my equipment. Local dealer never even called me back to assist where as these folks stayed on top. Thanks for the help fellas!!

Had issues creating an account to order a must have part for my rotary cutter. Randall took my order directly and wil remove my attampt as setting up the account so I can put the right email in.Jsut waiting on a an invoice.Thank you Randall!!

Randall in parts answered all of my questions, twice, since I called a month prior and then spaced on ordering the parts. He was very helpful and even got me information for another unit I haven't been able to find parts for. Great customer service and will definitely be working with this team again.

I have had multiple bad experiences with the, a part that was manufactured wrong and they wouldn't replace even with pictures until I called them angry. Wrong parts sent, on another order, the latest is problems with their new website, they think I paid partial asked me for more money, I had to tell my credit card bill shows a full charge, they processed my order 3 days late and I paid for expedited shipping but got the order 10 days after I placed the order and when I asked them about the expedited shipping charge they said "I don't know about that"... I will never order parts from this company again.

We have a Rhino TS12 batwing mower that we have to order replacement parts for. Randall, the online customer service rep, was so helpful with our latest order. He helped us determine that we were trying to order the wrong part #. I appreciate great customer service!! We have always had a speedy delivery of parts as well. We have had great experiences doing business with German Bliss Equipment! From the accuracy of finding the parts to the knowledgeable staff, we couldn't ask for a better customer experience. And that is coming from our maintenance department that works with probably 50+ vendors. Today was the first time I had a small problem with the rewards points and so I started a chat with customer service. They quickly solved my problem and gave an extra discount for the hassle.
