Colleen in the front office is very personable and helpful. She will go out of her way to get you the best price. The technicians seem knowledgeable and efficient. Service is always very prompt, and they ll even give you a ride back and forth if one is needed.

Princeton Tire employs some of the kindest and most thoughtful operators I've ever interacted with. Despite intense demand, they ensure that every customer receives fast, courteous, and affordable support. I've had Princeton Tire remove and patch three nails over two occasions. I left both appointments impressed by their kindness and care. Without a doubt, Princeton is lucky to have such an efficient and effective service at its disposal, and I will continue to visit Princeton Tire for all of my tire needs.

Don't let your young daughter or female friends go here. They like to hit on young girls. Made my daughter feel VERY uncomfortable. We will be going to firestone from now on.

Place is a joke, don't listen to a word you say have had employees that had purposely messed things up and then all they had to say after WEEKS of phone tag to get to a manager or ahold of a manager finally, and was supposed to get a refund for the 4 wheel alignment we got, and was told come in whenever is best for us, go in to get the check and it's not even ready....and ask us to come in the next day...talk about all around joke. Doesn't help that out of the 7 people that crossed my path in there only 2 greeted me some really friendly people I'd say not.

Went there to get two new tires put on. Was sold two tires and was told they were brand new but I could buy them at used price. Paid $220 for both tires plus labor and they did not even last a month! Threads were showing after 3 weeks. Went back to explain my situation and they genuinely seems concerned about my problem so they put two of "their best" used tires on for free, and again did not even last a month! After the second tire change I was informed that my front drive side rim was bent which had not been before the change, and my alignment was off but he played it off as it was my fault because I must be a bad driver. However that is not the case considering 90% of the time my 2 yr old daughter is in the car with me. I was told by the owner that he would investigate what happened and he would call me asap, never got a reply even after repeated phone calls made by me to him. I know that my car is not the reason for this problem, I'm sure it must be the quality of their product. Will NEVER trust them with my car again. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

They told my mom they couldn't align her jeep since it was "too new" and had to wait for someone to come out. It's been 3 weeks and they still have not contacted her, now she will have to pay out of pocket, elsewhere.

Always so helpful! The most friendly staff ever. I've always had to "stop in" without an appointment, they are the best...never turn you down, no matter how busy they are.

Have not purchased tires yet but rented a truck from them. Best rental experience I have ever had. So friendly and accommodating they ve earned my tire business from now on.

I had had a screw in my tire and it kept losing air. Collen put Tom on it and he fixed it fairly fast. I'm back on the road again. Awesome customer service.

I picked up a screw in my tire. I called a Princeton Tire and Colleen got me in right away. The tire (man) mechanic. (Tom) was very nice,helpful and prompt as was Colleen at the front desk.Hands down he will be my forever tire person along with Princeton Tire.

Life saviors.. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with a budget truck and my car being towed behind and the tire got flat.. Road side sent one of these guys where he came, changed the tire in few minutes and suggested that our other tires are in bad shape and replaced all

They were very kind and professional, and of the three quotes I gathered for a repair, theirs was the lowest. It also had everything involved put into an itemized list, unlike the quotes from the other shops.

Closed really needs to be listed as closed. Phone just rings. Sign on door states closed but waste of time to go there

Went to replace two tires and broke my bumper and told me it wasn t them. Don t waste your time with these people.
