Phenomenal service! I was recently driving through the area and my check engine light came on. The service department got me in right away and fixed the issue. We got back on the road and made it safely home without any further issue.

Called to set up an appointment for an alignment and asked to make sure that they could do it on my specific vehicle which they claimed they could. I'd just put new tires and a leveling kit on it and wanted to make sure everything was dialed even though the truck was driving fine. I dropped my truck off around 830 which was supposed to take a max of a few hrs or so which ended up taking the entire day (they couldn't seem to do the work). After some phone calls back and forth throughout the day it was clear this dealership had no clue what they were doing with my brand of vehicle. I was told that the truck was pulled out and ready but I couldn't drive it because Now the alignment was extremely off. They ended up taking it back in again but never called me back. I ended up having to call to get my truck back it was the end of the day and I'd been without a vehicle for the entire time they had it and wanted my truck back. so I get my truck I drive home and the alignment is so bad the truck is almostnot drivable now to the point where it'sdangerous. The steering wheel is crookedit pulls to the right and the front end pullsand darts back and forth.. Undrivable onthe highway at all. So I wait the weekendobviously they're closed so I call all dayMonday from the time they open to thetime they close could not speak to aManager..I left messages still can'tspeak to anybody. I call almost the wholeday Tuesday still no manager will take myphone call mind you I have not spoken toa manager at all since I picked my truckup. I spoke to the guy at the desk at theservice department (nice guy) says he should be theone who speaks to the manager becauseit's going to come back on him anyhow. Isaid I just want a refund so I can take mytruck somewhere to get it fixed properlybecause I can't even hardly drive it now. Several days later from the time I took my vehicle in I left a review and would you guess I got a call back. The service manager stated he wanted to try to fix it even though I wasn't interested I'd already had enough I wanted a refund. Well I ended up taking it back in the next day and they gave me a loaner. Needless to say the manager said he couldn't do it and made the truck "drivable". Was trying to blame why they couldn't do it on a leveling kit which was ridiculous the truck is completely factory besides this and drove fine when I took it in. Then proceeds to bring up because I left a review explaining my experience he wasn't interested in rectifying this any longer (I just wanted a refund). Well I told him that I took my review down just before I brought my vehicle back in hoping they might by chance straighten everything out..to which he says "oh OK well if you figure out the issue" I'll put it back on the machine again. I'm the one out 150 dollars, I literally gave away money for nothing. I ended up taking my truck to another place for half the price 1 hour later and everything is fixed, nothing wrong with my vehicle.I'd also like to add that the drivers side tie rod wasn't even tight when the new shop put it on their lift.

Awesome people to deal with when buying a vehicle. My wife and I have now bought 2 vehicles from them and couldn't be happier!! Sales representative Matt Manning was great threw out the entire process. He was fast and on the ball about the vehicles history and past ownership. Would definitely refer friends and family to them.

Fist time getting an oil change here. Was a remarkable experience. Luci in service was extremely helpful when scheduling dealing with my own hectic schedules. They boys were so fast with it I was in and out under 30 minutes. 10/10 recommend.

Great overall experience! Salesman Dustin Williams took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable information to help me understand all the features of my new Camaro. Dealership didn t up charge the vehicle s sticker price like many other dealerships and gave me a fair value for my trade.

I m from out of state. My 2018 GMC Sierra had an issue in the front end. Heather in Service was phenomenal. She hooked me up with Shane s Towing (Super Good People Also). Got my truck in the Service right away, I was back on the road in under 90 minutes! Everyone in service department are absolutely exceptional people.Explained everything to me thoroughly! I highly recommend Princeton Chevy-GMC! Usually a good experience. This time not so much. Did oil change and diagnostics on a 300. Charged me 216.. I normally wouldn't be mad except the diagnostic was wrong and they wanted to charge me (500$)to replace a part that only needed tightened. Could have discounted the diagnostic. Lost two customers over this. We took it to a different shop thank god.

I had a really good experience. This is my second vehicle from Piehls and they never disappoint. The staff is very helpful, ready to answer any question you have, and helps you find what vehicle will best fit your needs. Ask for Chris! He sold me my 2022 Chevy Equinox. Would highly recommend!

People are great but, when an appointment is scheduled I wish they would tell you how long it will take. Our last appointment took 4 hours. Yes a loner was given but for people over 70 a Malibu isn t a comfortable car to get in and out of when you brought in a truck. Give times or similar vehicle so arrangements can be made.

They didn't actually check my tire depth. They are new and you told me they were low and needed looked at. Just like last time I had my oil change done. I replaced them after last oil change and have driven less then 4k miles.

I was looking for a new Traverse over the weekend. I found one at Piehl Motors online. I called Dustin Monday morning to check availability. He said he would get it out so I could look at it. While I did so, they valued my trade. Within a very reasonable time, I drove off in my first new vehicle!
