Best car buying experience I've had by far was buying my truck from these guys. I told the salesman I was only interested in buying a truck, not a bunch of extras and warranties to go with it. He barely even mentioned any of them, let alone try to sell them to me. I told the salesman what finance terms I wanted and requested they minimize running my credit. They got me exactly what I wanted and only ran my credit twice, which is unheard of when financing through a dealership. Finance manager actually recommended against GAP insurance, which is also unheard of even if you don't need it. I also traded in a vehicle that I was originally going to sell privately, since they offered me more for it than I was asking. My only minor gripes is that the salesman promised a full tank of gas and an underhood detail, and neither had been done when I picked up the truck. Still five stars.

Johnny Ray is the guy you want to see if you are buying a car. He is a great guy, we had a very good experience with him. More importantly than the purchase experience is that he goes the extra mile for his customers after the purchase. We would highly recommend going to him!

I went to Prescotts service department after being screwed around by another dealership on scheduling. At first Brandon was very professional, friendly and earned my trust, THAT WAS SHORT LIVED. I will never do business with this place again and as someone who owns a small, but fast growing local company I was hoping for a good outcome to keep my business local however after this experience I'm unsure of that being the case. I dropped my truck off with them on Oct. 24/26 expecting them to actually diagnose my problem and turn into aftermarket warranty for them to come out and do there inspection as this particular warranty company does, HOWEVER THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! The technician only simply pulled the dipstick verified metal shavings were on it and tried to get warranty to replace said transmission at a tune of $8,000 dollars naturally warranty wanted to know what part failed exactly and how bad the damage was. This then took them 4 more days to bring my vehicle back inside just to drop the transmission oil pan and let it sit for a couple more days waiting for the warranty inspector to come out and verify the issues and take the required pictures on a Friday. It than took them until Wednesday the following week to get the approval from warranty to do the job. Brandon than scheduled to have my truck done and back to me on Thursday Nov. 16th without even having the part to know for sure it would be done that day. Weds. Nov. 15th I get a phone call and told they don't have the part and my truck won't be finished on Thursday that they would call me as soon as they had the part and would get my truck in to get it finished. On Monday Nov. 20th I reached out to them because I hadn't heard anything and was told that they had received my transmission, but it would be ANOTHER 2 weeks Nov. 30th-Dec. 1st before I got my truck back because they simply didn't have time to get to it. I than suggested just putting fluid back in the transmission so I can use my truck as it was still driving when I dropped it off, and own a small business and need my truck to work and had already been out of my truck for a month, and I would bring it back to them on Nov. 29th for the Nov. 30th appointment. I was than informed that if they did I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A SIGNIFICANT DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH THIS JOB IS BEING FOR BY WARRANTY AND IM ONLY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY $100 DEDUCTIBLE. Moral of the story never do business with BRANDON JOHNSON OR PRESCOTT BROTHERS FORD if you plan on a simple transmission swap to only take AT MOST a week and a half. Because it will take much longer and you will be made to feel like the A**hole when you call them out on their BS. By the way these clowns still have my truck and it doesn't look like I'm going to have it back anytime soon.

I am not one to do all these reviews for a car dealerships and so forth and etc. but after dealing with a gentleman, call Johnny Ray! (Catchy name can t forget laugh out loud) I had such an excellent experience buying a new car and getting everything that I wanted or needed in a new car. He provided me with all the information I needed, payments, loans, down payment, etc. nothing was left out he made me realize that I could make an informative decision just by all the knowledge he had given me. I would like to thank Mr. Johnny Ray and the company. my friends on Facebook social media s family I personally would suggest please go see Mr. Johnny Ray, he won t do you wrong, and that s a promise. Well, at least my experience was an excellent experience.. I met Mr. Johnny Ray, for the first time at the dealership!!!

My sales consultant Frankie Wolsfeld was absolutely top notch. He was patient, calm, informative and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. When I had questions, he was able to quickly find the answer and answer it effectively. He also made at least a dozen trips to my home to personally answer these questions when I was unable to travel to the dealership. While I could have purchased this vehicle from another dealership, I chose Prescott Brothers solely due to the attention, patience and effort I received from Frankie! He was simply top notch!

I contacted this dealership and spoke with Frankie. I told him my price range and he did some searching for me. Frankie saved me so much time by sending me pictures of options within my price range. The van i looked at was in the perfect price range for me, and super clean and had low mileage. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Frankie, and I more than happy with my purchase.

I asked Frankie for some pricing estimates, he went above and beyond, what I had asked for! Bought a MKX from them and found the experience to be great. No pressure, I liked the car and the employees did a good job.. They also offer a 3-month 3,000 mile powertrain warranty as part of the deal. What a great thing to do on a used car. I drove the car home (over 3 hours) and everything was great. Don't hesitate to buy from Prescott.

Emailed for a Used Truck. Bob emailed me and got me setup with an appointment as I am 2 hours away. Scheduled for a Saturday test drive/inspection/trade in/purchase/etc. Probably the most painless experience I've ever had. I'd totally recommend and would buy another vehicle from them again. Low pressure, honesty, upfront on charges/costs. Did not add in any additional BS fees or "services" or addons. Let me know that some of their services would be harder to perform due to the time to get there and they told me the truth. Thank you guys for the experience. Local Ford dealership to me held me hostage for 3 hours and low balling me on my trade-in and all sorts of BS. This place is legit.

I will never do business with Prescott motors. I made an appointment to go look at a vehicle I was interested in and got emails from two different salesman confirming my appointment. I drove an hour to make my appointment on-time. After arriving I find that one salesman that emailed me wasn't even there and the other didn't recall anything. After reminding the salesman of the vehicle I was there to look at the sales manager came and said the vehicle I was there for wasn't working and walked away. No apologies or anything, knowing the vehicle wasn't running I should have been given a call and informed. But no,they opted to let me drive an hour there and an hour back . This is not what attracts customers, a simple phone call would have been helpful, but that is obviously not part of their customer service. Prescott motors you definitely lost a sale !!!!

Recently, I traded 2 vehicles for 1 at Prescott's. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable about the vehicles, pricing, financing, etc. My deal was done quickly and right on the payment amount I wanted. After the sale, they made sure everything was right...not every dealer does that. Thanks to Keith, Jason and the others for getting me into a great vehicle at my price. It will be the first place I look next time I need a vehicle.

The worst place to go get your vehicle fixed these people robbed me of close to $3000.00 The manager Brandon was useless and the lead technician is not a good one he was charging me for things I didn t need and never fixed my leak! I will never go back to this place ever. I went to this new place that was affordable and the technician fixed my leak and I will definitely be staying with this new place. I also contacted one of the Prescott brothers he was useless as well! Don t go! They will charge you ridiculous and not fix the real problem. I give them a zero! They lost my business! Terrible customer service terrible mechanics terrible everything! Worst experience of my life and out of $3000. Never again! Robbery go some place else!!

Small dealership but probably the best experience I ve had purchasing vehicle! No one will beat their prices and Bob was an amazing rep that we worked with. Not only that, but they have lifetime warranty included on all of their vehicles for no extra pay, something you don t get at any other dealership without paying. Highly recommend them!

DONT BUY A CAR HERE ! I bought a 30,000$ Escalade from here on 06/25/2022. I ve already had to put the car in the shop. The AC was out in the vehicle and prescott brothers covered it up. Haven t had the car a week and the AC is completely out! I just took the vehicle to a mechanic today (07/05/2022) And the hose for the air conditioning compressor was BROKEN. There is also not a drop of oil in the car and I have to get an oil change as well. Im sure there s a ton of other stuff wrong with this vehicle that just hasn t been uncovered yet. DONT BUY HERE. They are very untrustworthy. I reached out to my salesman BOB to tell him what all is going wrong with the car now, HE NEVER REPLIED. I ve been in the car business before and never have I ever seen a dealer roll a vehicle they know the AC doesn t work. Especially in the middle of summer. Dont buy here please they are shiesty

We just bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan for our family! We love it! Keith was great and worked good with us! He was so patient. We took three vans overnight and we finally decided on the third one. They explained everything for us and made sure we understand everything before we finalized the paperwork. We will definitely be purchasing through prescott for future purchases! Thank you so much!

We have had a great experience with Prescott's. Keith Bopes went out of his way to find us the truck we were looking for. He knew what we wanted and kept looking for the best deal. He found the truck out of state and went and got it and had all the paper work taken care of. He went out of his way to get the best deal for us. We are very happy with the deal he gave us and the honesty and help he gave us getting the phones hooked up and getting us to the technology coalmine to the old truck. Thank you Keith. The salesman, Randy, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked that we test drive the Jeep Cherokee and bring it back after 24 hours, to see if we liked it. We brought it back and are now the new owners. My wife does a lot of driving and this will be a good, dependable vehicle, with a great warranty.

Great techs who are willing to help out if they can. Prices are a little high for mechanic work but nothing out of the ordinary for a dealership. Selection can be limited when looking at purchasing, but for a small dealership it is worth the visit, especially since they have other locations to help locate the right vehicle for you. It's in a bit of an out of the way location, which can be a negative, but I still recommend giving them a chance.

I went to Prescott Brothers website to get preapproved for a used vehicle. I got a call the next morning from Eric Nelson asking for my info again to run the credit. I never heard from him, went to the dealership to talk to him and had to give all the info again. Said we was approved for a 2012 focus that would ha e a free lifetime warranty included. My wife was at work and he told me to bring her by to look at the car too. We showed up an hour later and his story changed, told me we would not qualify for that car, and that we would be able to get an older car with no warranty for the same price. Told him no. Asked if had a co signer if we'd be able to get the first car he showed me and said most likely. So had the cosigner give their info and never heard from him, sent an email asking what he found out, now in order to get that car we would need 1/3 of the cars price down to qualify. We will NEVER go there again. Very unprofessional! Total waste of time!

I have always been treated well by this establishment, even before it was Prescott. Low pressure environment, where the salesperson does their best to get you a vehicle that meets your needs more than their wallet. That speaks volumes about the quality of the salesperson. I highly recommend Prescott Brothers Ford Lincoln of Princeton.
