It is so refreshing to come across trustworthy, wholesome guys like them. I called a couple days ago explaining a noise coming from the front end of my car. Randy said to come by anytime the noise was occurring so he could take a drive and listen to it. The next day he had my car hoisted up- took a look- lubricated what was needed- then said to come by in a few days of the noise still occurs. Great place and great people! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

They seem nice but are most importantly professional here. I've been to several other places in town that do not conduct their business in a professional manner. This is a very good and thorough shop. Although availability is limited since they are frequently busy and the price at a premium. You get what you pay for. The sweetness of low cost is soon overwhelmed by the bitterness of low quality.

Hands down the best quality service I've ever had. After hitting a deer on rt 26, Randy towed my car back to Streator, and dealt with my insurance agent . He was very professional and a friendly guy. Great service and good price. Thanks Randy

called for an awkward ice related tow (see photos)response time was super quickrandy (driver) was friendly and charismaticvehicle was extracted quickly and without any mechanical or cosmetic damagewe had tried Happy's towing (spring valley) first and they straight up refused to even consider coming out to our location, going so far as to say that he doubted anyone would tow where we were. Joe's midtown said they could not promise anything but promised they would come out and see the situation and do what they could.I cannot more highly recommend joes to anyone who needs a repair or a toe. Quality people who do honest work

I called to see if they do used car inspections and he took 15 minutes to talk through the vehicle and my options and that is without even paying him for his service. Very impressed.

I writing this after talking with one of the mechanics from Joes. His words to me and I we need to make money. What do you want me to do it s what the computer says I must charge. My mother had her 08 mercury thermostat/housing changed. What I question was Joes over charging double for the part I can understand a 10% mark up not a 100%. Next was the time that was charged 2.2hrs for a job you could have done in 45-60 min w/video from YouTube. I m only writing this to help everyone beaware and research. There are shops in Princeton that are not taking advantage of older women. Anyone can lookup the prices on google and YouTube what it actually takes to change out a part. Good LuckThey need a lot of money 100% mark up on parts is not good business

I tried twice taken my truck to another repair shop in town and they were unable to diagnose my brake issue. Batter just one time the problem was corrected at the shop. Excellent repair service and customer service
