This was my first time working with Jason and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! He was very professional and timely. I am more than pleased with how my vehicle turned out and was returned to me. They went above and beyond and I am so appreciative! I would highly recommend Heartland Auto Body!

Heartland has worked on my car a few times over the last year. They are easy to work with, get you estimates and a time frame back quickly. They even made to time to schedule my repairs out during my vacation so that I wasn t left without a car. I recently got my door fixed, and came back to a fully detailed car. They are awesome!

Heartland did some touch up paintwork to fix scratches on the door of my truck. They fixed it up way faster than I anticipated, and for a very fair price! They even cleaned up the cab, which was a very nice surprise. Would 100% recommend!

Jason was awesome to work with. He done a complete change of color repaint on my sons 2012 truck. Plus reinstalled new LED headlights and taillights. Colored matched the bumpers. It had a little body repair that needed to be done as well. My son was going for the blackout look. His shop and team were excellent took care of all our needs. Very clean, and professional. I would highly recommend his business. If I ever need anything painted again I will definitely call Heartland Auto Body. Thanks Jason!

Once again I had the need for car repair and again I cant say enough about Heartland Auto Body. Jason and the guys always go above and beyond. This time they had my vehicle ready for me the next day. Again my car was spotless inside and out, and the damage was repaired perfectly. The customer service is beyond compare. Although I don't want anyone else to hit my car if it happens I will continue go back to Heartland Auto Body and I highly recommend that you do too. JackieServices: Painting, Body & Trim

After a deer accident in October, I contacted them about replacing the grille and front cap on my car. I had to wait until a few days ago to get it done, but it was well worth the wait! Decided to have this man do some rust work for us. He assured us that he had double protected our quarter panel so there would be no more rust . 6 months later I had to call him and say omg this thing has terrible rusting going on where you repaired it and then protected it .. his response .. sorry we don t guarantee rust preventive work . The only rust on my vehicle is where he did some preventive work . He really should have stood behind this work. I wouldn t have had the work done if I had known there was no warranty .Service: Body & Trim

Heartland Auto Body Shop in Princeton IS THE VERY BEST shop anyone could take their vehicle to for body repairs of all kinds. Twice in about 7 years Heartland worked on my cars. Both perfect work. Cost was reasonable and fair... work was spotless and perfect. Owner and body men have many years experience with major or simple repairs. These guys are as honest as my son's tooth fairy...I have known them many years. I like them and love them.If you are new in the area or simply need a body shop I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEARTLAND BODY SHOP IN PRINCETON IL. YOU WILL BE PLEASED AFTER JOB IS OVER.No I am not related with these men. I have worked with most of them several years and closely know them. I did business with them in November 2019 after hitting a big raccoon that took out part of my bumper. I had a small window that I was able to bring my car in to get the work done and Jason was super nice and made sure to get it done as fast as he could! I called my insurance agent on Thursday, scheduled a drop off for 8 am Monday, and was originally told I should have my car back by Wednesday end of day. He had it finished by 1 pm Monday! Great work, can t even tell it s a different bumper!

Just got my truck back today. The whole experience there was great. Jason was very friendly and helped me out more than I expected. 10/10 would recommend! Although I hope I never have to get work done again but if by accident I will go back time and time again!

Jason and the crew did an AMAZING job repairing my car and they were SUPER quick. Dropped the car off Monday and got the call Wednesday that the car was ready to be picked up. Thanks for getting my car back to me in excellent condition and much faster than expected!
