Casey's has continued to improve over the last several years re: remodeling or building new. Much better than before the plague. Usually pretty clean, but as the day goes on, bathrooms get progressively skunkier.Still, the Casey's on the west side of HWY 29 in Henry, Illinois is much nicer than the previous store on the east side of 29, if for no other reason than that the building is essentially brand new, being built on the site of a Fast Stop and Phillips that was demolished. I usually find the cashiers, kitchen workers, etc. to be quite friendly here and helpful.It's a much better Casey's than those scattered through the area that have not yet been remodeled.

Terrible terrible terrible. Ordered a simple cheese pizza. Delivery said it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Longer than I wanted, but oh well. Order put in at 6:20. It s 8:30 and still no pizza. Called and they weren t even apologetic.

I got an offer fron my rewards and when i tried to order online paying cash or using my car i was told it was not accepted for this purchase. Whe. I called she said she could take my order at the end i asked if i could use my rewards and she said no. This is ridiculous....

Almost two hours late with my order and missing a ton of food. Never called and never brought the rest of the food. They completely expected me to be okay with never getting the food I paid for. Worst experience I ve ever had. Can t even comment on the taste of the food since I never got it!

Absolutely terrible. Got my delivery order completely wrong and was extremely late. Very unprofessional. Would NEVER recommend someone to get food from this DISGUSTING store. Most of the workers are on DRUGS. Don t order from them or you ll lose money.

Worst ever!!! Over 2 hours to get pizza and it was wrong, then an hour and a half later have the right pizza even though I called 4 times and they would say it's on the way each time.Pizza was not that good and I've ordered from several Casey's before. We will never be ordering from this Casey's again.

At busy times, they usually only have one cashier. I've waited up to ten minutes in line. When you pay convenience store prices, you expect the store to be convenient.

Every time we order pizza they are always at least 20 to 30 mins late. Not happy. Better to pick it up yourself

In order to have your food in time you have to order 3 hours ahead they always deliver the food at least 1 hour and half later that what they say but tonight they broke the record we waited for over 2 hours for one cheese pizza
