I broke down and got towed to them, not knowing anything in the area, from PA. The owner took 1-2 hrs of his time seeing if he could help and working on it, ended up telling me it s a dealer specific issue and nothing he could do.Crazy part is he didn t charge me a cent and then helped me get car to the nearest dealer. He Walked into the dealer and was trying to get them to schedule me ASAP. It was as if the guy was a close friend. Was bending over backwards to make sure I was getting the best care in a tough situation. And once again, never asked me for a cent. Couldn t believe it.

This is actually the 2nd time Brown's has hauled a car for me... first time was sort of an emergency and they got there fast. But more importantly, they treated my car with kid gloves! This time was planned and I called because I'd gotten good service. I said there was no particular hurry, so whenever they could fit me in would be fine. The response was, "How about today, as soon as you're ready to go?" And they did, with the same tender care as before!

I have NEVER been treated so GOOD with any type of car services until I got Browns Auto Repair. It's refreshing to see someone so HONEST in their services!! From the the beginning, their tow guy Jim was friendly and kind. JR was so fast and efficient, you can't get any better. Like with all the places I called from the side of the road, they didn't make me feel like a bother and they cared for my well being.

First of all they answered the phone on the first ring after 5 p.m. on a Sunday night. Then after I explained what I needed with my repairs, I was told no problem about the time. As they were a 24 hr towing and repair facility during times of need. They went above and beyond when others wouldn t even attempt to get the parts needed. They made a special trip to the local automotive parts store. ( With no price mark up) Showed up until the Truck (semi) was back on the road. That s correct! SEMI. They do not even service them as their daily business. But, as an emergency they had no problem or hesitation at all to help out of towners. Billing was even less than quoted on the road let alone, I would have expected to pay more in their shop. Great Company and service!!!! Very helpful, after 36 hours of moving we returned a uhaul here, when our main vehicle died with our 3 children inside. Luckily they were there and polite enough to jumpstart us! I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to help!! I will be recommending them in the future!!

JR came to my rescue after being stranded on the side of the road with a bad alternator. He was able to quickly locate the part got us towed to the shop and had me back on the road all in under an hour! We definitely recommend Brown's auto. JR the mechanic is trustworthy, honest, reliable, and does a great job. He has helped us with several different issues on both of our vehicles and has been great.

My 80 yr old mother needed her 2016 Malibu serviced. Purely by accident, she called Brown's instead of the dealership. They were accommodating by picking up and dropping the car off, no issues until recently the car began to act up. Running rough and engine light (car has less than 40K miles). There was NO oil on the dipstick and it took almost 3 quarts to fill it up. Long story short, it's now at the dealership having the pistons replaced because Brown's obviously didn't add the required amount when they serviced it.Thank God for the warranty

Starter quit on our truck 150 miles from home. Called AAA for service and waited 3+ hours before our situation was escalated. JIM from Browns Towing arrived, tried to jump start our truck no luck. Drove us to nearby repair place (possibly a competitor, no less) still no luck. JIM crawled under our truck and found corroded starter wire, peeled back wire coating enough to make contact and our truck started!! THANK YOU JIM FOR STAYING WITH US UNTIL OUR SITUATION WAS RESOLVED. You are an angel in disguise!
