Went in to return commercial account and Store Manager Tracy was completely out of line. I made a comment about her being grumpy towards customers and Tracy made threats. AutoZone do better. Or Tracy Do better. Take your business somewhere else.

The entire staff greeted me with a smile. I came in after getting terrible customer service at the competition, and autozone exceeded my expectations. I was in and out with the part I needed and couldn't be happier with the service. I won't be shopping with the competition any longer.

The employees Bill and Tracy helped us out close to closing time when our headlight went out. They were very polite and helpfull! We got it swapped out and had a safe drive home. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

I stopped in a few weeks ago and purchased some exhaust parts. The lady who waited on me was extremely helpful and pleasant.I went in today to return one of the parts that I did not end up using and the same lady was there working. Unfortunately I had lost the receipt, I told her that I would be happy to do a return for in store credit. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her and seemed a bit condescending, to be honest. I nearly turned around and walked out, but I stayed and she did end up begrudgingly providing me with an in-store gift card.Then I asked another store associate if they had any vapor canister filter paper, it would be for a 1977 MGB, but I think any 5 round paper filter media would work. He typed in my vehicle info and said sorry we don t have anything. I asked if he could do a general search within their system, I had seen it listed for sale on the Autozone website for a different vehicle make/model and could not remember what it was for but it seemed like it would work. Again he said he couldn t help. Zero problem solving skills apparently.So to be honest a 3/5 is a fair review. I ll probably be shopping at O Reillys from now on.

Great Auto parts store, with a large selection of Auto Parts, wiper blades, motor oil, lubricants, tools, car & truck batteries. Lawn tractor batteries. Went in to the store at 8::00 PM they helped get my auto parts quickly. Fast friendly knowledgeable auto parts sales people. I got fast friendly customer service.

I m very happy with the service I got this Monday. A guy named Colin. S helped me with my Mercedes van and I don t have any sort of mechanic background at all so I didn t know what to do. I went in there trying to figure out why my check engine light came on and I thought it was the def system was low on def and he scanned it found it needed a cabin air filter and he changed that and checked all my tire pressure for me. Very happy will come back again because of people like him.

I recently had visited this AutoZone store on a drive from Colorado to NJ! I had to buy a tire pressure gauge to check my tire pressure. The manager and employees greeted me with a smile when I walked in! They were so helpful and it was nice to find such knowledgeable people during my long drive home. Thank you Auto Zone in Princeton, IL!

I stopped in Sat. afternoon because my check engine light was on. I talked to Colin Schauer and he checked what was going on. Colin was so sweet and helpful, he looked it up on the computer and told me what it was and basically explained what it was and the importance of it. Very cheerful and upbeat associate. Thank you.

My husband looked up on their website what he needed for his f350 brake line & gave me the part number me to get while I was out. The store had what he needed but not a similar part he was wanting, so the associate have me a suggestion, reminding me I could return it if it didn't work. Very Helpful.

Bought top of line battery. Guess its my fault for not shopping around , butt it was 750 CCA. 225.00 bucks and the kid got down right rude when I asked him to install it.

Had to stop on a road trip for a burned out headlight. These guys were great! They came out and installed it for me even! And so I was back on the road twice as fast!

Great service. You have to use scan tool yourself because of covid, I like that they are thinking of their associates and customers during this time. Thank you.
