I don t recommend this place. They are liars! I purchased a car from Posen motors(They have a relationship with Posen motors) and I took the car to A1 auto to have it checked for any defects or problems. They told me that nothing was wrong with the car and that everything was fine. A few days later I found out that the car was in fact too dangerous to be on the road due to two broken coil springs. The springs were literally snapped in half and could ve broken off at any moment while driving on the highway which would ve lead to a major crash. I guess they didn t want to tell me the problems the car had since they have a relationship with Posen motors. Very Shady business. Their relationship with Posen motors is more important than the safety of their customers I suppose!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS RINKY DINK PLACE. The shop looks very ran down and the service matches the looks!

This place for my car up they charge me for work that was not necessary and all the work I ask them to do they never did lied to me and said they did... Found out 3 weeks later the parts they were supposed to replace broke while I was driving on the expressway.......never do any business with them never

I was highly recommend to this place but after reading all these reviews I'm SCARED as HELL to take my ONLY means of Transportation to them LAWD to make this decision to take it or not to take it.

Great service from beginning to end! Explained everything in detail before performing services and showed the faulty parts previously installed by another mechanic. I have recommended them to my entire family for any future vehicle repairs. Mike is amazing and Jill is just as wonderful. You will not be disappointed. My very own dream team. Daughter's car starting acting up on I294 and was barely driveable. She was an hour from home. Luckily A1 was open and Adam was honest and made the necessary repairs at good price. I was here today and it went by super smoothly! I would definitely recommend coming back here for car issues or to at least have them look at your car. The guy that helped me was super sweat as well and great at explaining what they did to the car or what needs to be done.

Went to get it oil change. Which went from $30-$40.... looking for Tony and Mike no longer there.the new guy at the desk playing games when you're trying to be serious. ask them to check my transmission fluid in because I had a slow pull off in my Nissan Marano said they did......they did not ask them to put air in my tires said they did......they did not... do not go back must be new management

I THOUGHT this was a good place to take my wife's car but she's been back several times. The last time they told her they it's something don't do. When in fact they didn't want to deal with it anymore. She took it to the dealership and they had to replace the same parts from this place because it was CHEAP parts. Now my wife is out another $400+ to replace this part. I wish they would treat other people's cars like it was theirs.. And not just a customer

Its like Russian roulette sometimes its gets fixed, sometimes they kill you...I just paid 5500 for a new engine to be put in. They put the engine in BUT...now I have some type of electrical problem all the warning lights are on the dash...my reverse camera doesn't work only the driver door locks and unlocks with the button ...motor sounds terrible upon starting...told me I had a transmission problem but I don't...going to Chevy dealership Monday and get a print out of all they caused. Worked with me on payment and didn't charge all the storage fees they could have.. So just beware!!!

They don't play around. They take good care of your vehicle. Great customer service. I've been coming here for the last three years. If you are the type of customer with a hidden agenda, don't try it. The mechanics will point it out, they don't BS and they won't try to get over on you. In you will leave satisfied.

In this mechanics market where it's difficult to get seen sometimes not only did we get diagnosed but they handled our issue for a vet fair price! Very satisfied

The last month I've had both of my car repair here total about $1200.00. My check engine came on one of the car not saying they did something to have it come on.. They wanted to charge me $60.00 to a diagnostic. I was surprised after bringing my business here so Frequently they would charge me. So I said if u find out what's wrong with the car , and I get it repaired here would you put the $60 toward my repairs. He said no, I very surprised since I had been here twice within a month with both of our cars and gotta them repaired. I called another repair shop and talked to them and they stated if your car get a diagnostic and the repairs are done here. You Do Not Pay For the Diagnostic.

Shady, tried to get my engine light off spent 1100 and they promised I would pass emissions. Came to pick up my, car they left a towel in my tail pipe. Told me it was because they were making sure it would pass. I get home engine light comes back on.(ten minute drive) I took the car back they tell me I have to pay for them to look at it again. Shady they start talking in their language when they don't want you to know what they are saying or when talking about you. 1100 bucks for nothing, lesson learned.

Unbelievable these guys are amazing if you can't go to the dealer to get your car fixed, these guys will straighten it out for you . These guys put a smile on my face once I picked up my car and I'm very satisfied I'm very happy I would highly recommend these guys if you don't prefer going to the dealer . My car runs great !...

Service change. They preformed work on my car. They blew my engine and didn't take accountability. Went in to complain and they stated that my truck was good to go but wouldn't even start.

Did a major overhaul on my engine completely upgraded the engine to the exact way i wanted it and got recommended few tips! they are truly the best and honest family business jus the way it should be! Recommend for all who are looking best work! Dont try play no games they will know and call u out no scams here! Thats y i like it most!!!!

Just took my car to do a timing belt and honestly I love the fact my car drives better then ever but they even did an oil change and tire rotation! Truly recommend everyone come here great honest people

I went to these people to get my alternator done light was on I spent $130 in tow to get it there they said it was fixed I pull off hit some blocks light back on I took it back up I spent $600 with them I waiting for them to ask for more money I m call the police cause they got that bad you take your car up there for one thing when it s time to pay they telling you they fix something else to don t go to them they put bad parts on your car I missed 3 days of work cause of them and they told me one price when I got there it was $100 more don t ship with themService: Air & cabin filter replacement
