By far one of the best dealerships I have worked with. I live a little more than two hours away & we did almost everything over the phone. Only took a couple hours! Super friendly & honest. Eric & Jake were amazing! Happy to be back in the Jeep family!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! My wife and I bought a slightly used Ram Limited from Jeremy, and he made the whole deal as easy as possible. Him and Jake were both super friendly and great to deal with. Truck was ready when we got there, and went straight to a test drive.I'd definitely buy another car here!

Easy buying process. Jeremy was so friendly and knowledgeable. The upfront pricing online is what I paid. Test drove a jeep wrangler and left with it the same day. Would definitely buy from them again. The facility is spot less and easy to get to from the highway.

We drive an hour and a half to buy our cars from Heller and for good reason. They are extremely welcoming, fair, and convenient. Joe took care of us via phone before we arrived and was incredible when we got there. We highly recommend going there even if you live a few hours way. I normally dread going to a dealership, but have no problem going to Hellers.

Best car dealer experience I've ever had. Up front: I bought a Lincoln Aviator GT from this dealer at a phenomenal price with no haggling or shenanigans. They were upfront with pricing which was well below anyone in the nation. This made me suspicious, as I've had too many experiences with car dealers that made me that way (including several that I worked for). The salesman was open about how they acquire vehicles and willing to show the paperwork to prove it. They were super accommodating to my wife, who drove 12 hours to get to this dealer (and needed to drive 12 hours back), getting the entire transaction (including a trade-in) done in about 2.5 hours. The salesman told me upfront that their owners were super nice and customer satisfaction oriented (this is a common tactic these days, so I was suspicious), but he was not exaggerating. Their offer for the entire sale was exactly what I wanted from the start, without me even proposing it! If were to buy from any dealer I've ever dealt with again, it would be this one (1 out of about 29)!

Had a fantastic experience with Heller! I'm in Chattanooga, TN and found the model we wanted at their dealership. David's communication was top-notch. They had the vehicle delivered to TN from IL within 48 hours of when they received my loan wire. They've followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

Awesome Experience!Our salesman Joe Andres helped us purchase the car site unseen. We were very happy with the level of access we had to photos, videos, Joe even took us on a FaceTime test drive!Jeff Butcher made the paperwork easy and explained everything with no stress.John Warren took care of shipping the vehicle, which was way cheaper than expected.Overall we had an incredibly easy and fun experience to what we thought would be a nightmare.

Jake and Bob were exceptionally efficient and drama-free in assisting my wife and I with purchasing the exact used car we had been searching for. The financing and trade-in process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. As someone who has purchased about 2 dozen cars over the last 10 years for both business and personal use, I can confidently say that this has been the smoothest transaction to date. Very happy with my purchase and the team was very expedite with their service. I knew what I wanted and they treated me fair with my trade in. The team has been very good about making sure that I felt welcome, they were great about providing what I asked for, and there was no pressure to settle for less than that. Bob Corrie has sold me my last two vehicles and has been a pleasure to work with, he does well with responding to text and making the customer feel like a priority. The finance associate is very professional, makes quick work of all the paperwork, and is clear about informing me of my obligations. Overall my experience at this location has been great and the service dept has been great about all the regular maintenance.

Just purchased a new Dodge Charger at Heller at the beginning of the month. Max was a very informative and honest salesman. I originally looked at a used vehicle, and it didn t meet my criteria. I asked to look at one of the new vehicles they had in stock just to check it out, and fell in love with it! Didn t buy it the same day I test drove, but came back a few days to purchase. I did not finance through the dealer, so I cannot speak about that, however at no point did I ever feel pressured and the overall experience was incredibly smooth. Every employee I came in contact with was more than willing to help and make every effort to make my experience an easy one.

For the first time in buying cars for 45 yrs, I bought a pick up truck sight unseen. It was all done via text messages and Heller Motors made it like I was there in person. Wired the cash, and they deliver the vehicle the next day by noon. Now that's service. When looking for another vehicle, I would highly recommend Heller Motors!!

My husband purchased his dream car via the internet. Contacted Heller Ford/ Joe Butcher dealer rep. Mr. B walked him through the entire process, financing, shipping, etc. The new age of vehicle buying. Went very smoothly, class A service dealership. Can t thank this dealership enough. BTW, it was a Shelby GT500, and he also arranged for perfect shipping and careful drop-off.

I visited Heller Motors recently to test drive an SUV, but I had no intentions of buying a car that day. With my daughter being in a wheelchair, I was looking for very specific accommodations in a vehicle. Unfortunately, the SUV I wanted didn t meet all of our needs. The Sales Consultant took the time to listen to what I had to have for my daughter, and with the help of the Sales Manager, we were able to find a vehicle that met all of our needs and then some! The car was very clean and went through a final detail before I drove it off the lot just to be sure everything was perfect. The Finance Manager made the loan process so easy and explained everything in detail. These three gentlemen made the entire process so painless and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Heller Motors to anyone looking for a new car.

Buying experience was quick and easy (used - online sale). Customer service was outstanding and everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly!However, upon taking delivery of the vehicle I bought, I noticed it had not been washed after being told it would be beforehand.Furthermore, one of the wheels had curb rash when I was told all 4 wheels were in great condition.Lastly, I bought the car "as is" and being from a different state, I was unable to inspect the car over. Didn't think much of it, as I wouldn't expect any major problems from a dealer, but the A/C is not functioning properly, and the exterior B-Pillar on the driver's side was not mounted correctly (top slightly bent off door frame).OCD about car? Picky? Possibly, but my rating would have been higher if the things mentioned would have at least been expressed via phone and attempted to be taken care of, or worked out in the deal beforehand...Over all my buying experience was top notch, but the condition of the vehicle could have been better; and at least washed!

We purchased a 2019 chevy blazer from the pontiac location. We had Rod Sykes as our salesman. He was very good to do business with. Really nice, wasn't pushy, super cool. I highly recommend coming to him for your next vehicle. When I'm in the market for a new truck I'll be giving him a call to see what's on the lot! Jake was our finance manager and he was also very nice was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai accent from these guys, paid for the car but before i was able to take possession they said they had to "fix" a few issues on the car. I was able to drive the car for one month before my car started having issues and my check engine light came on. Turns out they "fixed" my car by replacing the catalytic convertor with one from EBAY! After a year of dealing with these guys they finally told me they would not do anything to make this right, and that my extended warranty that i spend thousands on would also not cover this. I am now on the hook for paying over $1300 dollars to have this replaced with the correct parts. Please if you want to buy a vehicle that is not fixed with EBAY parts do not buy from here!

Was a little disappointed. Spent a lot of time waiting on my salesperson while he was helping someone else and there were other salesman with no customers. After about 2 and a half hours I was readyTo work something out and was told they don't deal on prices. To bad. I Would have bought a car at the right price.

Had a wonderful out of state experience with Heller Motors! Our salesman Kyle was great to work with and made everything super easy, even when I was giving him a hard time . We had a tight timeline to have our suburban shipped to us before leaving on vacation and everyone at Heller from sales, finance, business office, and shipping worked hard to make it happen for us!Having dealt with numerous car dealers over the years, I can say this one of the easiest to work with! We had a great experience with our salesman Keith Kabureck. Unfortunately, we do have an issue that he was unable to resolve. We went to Heller Motors in Pontiac on Monday December 11th, and drove the 2023 Dodge Durango R/T and fell in love with it. After agreeing on the purchase and going over the vehicle we inquired about a second key fob, and were told they would get it for us before we left that day. We sat down with the finance guy and signed all the papers. It was then that we were told that they only had one fob for the vehicle. Our salesman said he would look into getting an additional fob. Weeks later we were told that the dealership refuses to pay for an extra fob, however we could get one at their cost of $337.50 plus tax. We bought a vehicle and paid over $50,000 for it. We should Not have to spend any more money!Additionally, an e-mail was sent to us from Karen Traylor (Customer Care Representative) asking about our experience with our new car purchase. We explained our unhappiness in an e-mail dated 12/28/23, as of yet no response! Regrettably this lack of response and disinterest shown by this dealership in making this right is beyond me.I will never purchase a vehicle nor would I recommend anyone to do business with Heller Motors.Sales manager replied that their pricing structure only allows for what comes with the vehicle. However, we inquired about a second key fob before signing any documents. We were told that an employee had been driving the vehicle and they would look for it. It wasn t until halfway signing documents that we were told that they could not find a second fob.If you only had one key for a 2023 vehicle it should have been disclosed at the beginning of the deal, not after documents were signed.The lack of accountability this dealership has shown is appalling.

Excellent customer service and care from the team here!!I contacted David, my salesman, about an Alfa Romeo I saw online about 48 hours ago. Turns out, they had just took the car in so he knew just as little about it as me! LolNonetheless, he preceded to do whatever was needed to get me the information I needed, even when he came down with a horrible case of covid yesterday and was out of office.Fast forward 48 hours, David, Jake, Glenn, and many others on the team helped push the car through service and detailing on very short notice so I could drive up and get the car today, all the way from Cincinnati Ohio.Thank you David and everyone on the team at Heller. I ll be back!
