They got my truck diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Most of the wait was for parts being shipped that couldn't be found locally. Highly recommend!

This place is tops I m my book! They were kind and pleasant from beginning to end! They kept me in the loop every step of the way with my car and didn t stop searching for a part. They truly treat you like a family member because they are out to give you good service not kill your pockets! Any repairs needed on your vehicle I would suggest going to them first!

I took my jeep into these guys. And they have been so helpful. And very thorough. They were also very communicative. And very fair on pricing. I called Pfaff originally and he was just like well then your transmission is shot. Wich was the case but he acted like there wasn't other possibilities. It didn't even seem like he wanted to work on my jeep. I highly recommend these guys. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere elseServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

I only needed a tire plugged so I just showed up and he took my car in right away. It only took 10 minutes tops. And the price was great. I would choose Gator's Garage over and over again.

Been here twice now and I can absolutely guarantee, after years of being brainwashed that dealerships are all that and being screwed over by them this place is legit. Price is right with great work done. Inspected the work myself but after the third time there's simply no need. Lowest prices in town for vehicle repairs.

Called them to tow it to their shop for a bad fuel pump, took them two weeks to get it in, then it still sits out there, been going on 3 weeks now and all I'm being told is the same thing when I call, it will be done tomorrow, they get this done I'm never going back again.

This is one of those small town hidden gems. It's been a few years but they probably remember me. I was working in Springfield and lived in Detroit. My car broke down on the freeway and I was anxious to get back home to see my girlfriend. It was late at night. They gave me a loaner and told me to pick mine up in a few days on my way back to work. I was happily surprised to find out that the problem was a burnt wire and was charged something like 20 or 50 bucks. If I ever break down near them, I'd call them in a heartbeat. They were real genuinely good hearted people. You've always got my business, if I'm in Illinois lol

Awful experience all around. Workers are very unprofessional. Took my car in for a timing chain and they said they fixed the problem. 1 week later the truck had the same issues but now worse. When i called to have them fix it again they said they can t do anything for me. they clearly do not know what they are doing and if i were you i d save your money and go somewhere elseService: Auto engine diagnostic

Chris and Jake to the rescue!If you break down on I-55 on a Sunday these are the guys you want to get you back on the road.Monday morning they replaced a sensor and had me back on the road by 11.Polite, smart and honest.Thank you very much guys!

My key stopped working in my ignition. It had to be redone. I was called and told my car was ready. When I went to pick it up, I couldn't turn it over and had to be worked on again. The price was a little high. Another time I went in to see about getting air conditioning condenser put on and I swear the guy must have thought because I have gray hair and I'm a woman, I'm stupid. I had already gotten three other quotes and his quote was double everyone else's. I said, I'm done.

Very Very disorganized and unprofessional shop there is NO ORDER what's so ever. When he first opened service was good. Now he's so busy is where the communication has lacked.Now the owner doesn't communicate with customers well to inform them if there car is ready to be picked up. You have to contact him and if he decides to leave for the day and you call he will not answer.. All that was asked was a courtesy call and he started yelling at me just because I stated that and how much of an inconvenience it caused and was using profanity very disrespectful. Communication and organization and giving great customer is the key to any success and he get's very rude and non nonchalant as if he doesn't need my business. So will take my business to a much more organized and professional company!!!
