We just bought a new Ford Edge Titanium from Fraher Ford. We have never had an easier time purchasing a vehicle! Ryan got us connected with the vehicle we wanted to see, and Cathy did our financing and paperwork. We chose to come back the next day to pick up Edge and Cathy spent a lot of time with us in the vehicle showing us all the bells and whistles! Great group to work with! Great local dealer!

We recently started looking for a small SUV for our daughters and one for a Ford Escape popped up on CarGurus for Fraher Ford. It was listed as a great deal on CG and from the pictures it looked really nice. Pontiac is about a two hour trip one way from where we live but I contacted Ryan and from the get go we received unbelievable customer service. We drove down there on a Saturday and took it for a test drive and the car was impeccable. It was clean, Ryan provided the Carfax equivalent and gave us the background on the vehicle. We spent about 15 mins negotiating and agreed on a price out the door. We were there for a total of 35 mins that Saturday. We would have to come back the following weekend as we needed a week to get the finances in order. The following weekend we drove and did all the paperwork with Cathy and she gave us the run down on the vehicle and showed us how things worked. All in all, only another 35 mins. So 8 hours of round trip driving to the dealership and only 1 hour 10 mins at the dealership. Unbelievable!! It s usually the other way around. Fraher is a 3rd generation family owned dealership that provided us with the easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my 40 yrs of buying cars. Wonderful customer service and an amazing buying experience. Well done Fraher family!!!

They take care of their customers. Sometimes they do go above and beyond but they are always doing the little things right. I always have a great experience with the service staff. I didn't buy my vehicle at Fraher's but they will be one of the first dealers I talk to when it's time to purchase my next Ford.

Ryan went above and beyond with getting me information and photos of the truck I was interested in. This was crucial to me being I had a far drive. Easy negotiations. Overall you can feel the difference in their family ran dealership compared to other dealerships i was working with whom only was out to make a dollar on me. Thank you Fraher Ford. You gained a customer for life! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Fraher Ford is a place I can trust. They try to save me money. They don't add on other charges or surprises. They are truly a family business and you are treated as a friend. The best place to go in Pontiac to fix your car. Because of them all my cars are Ford.

Great place, great family, great prices! I came all the way down from Wyoming to purchase a truck from Fraher Ford. Ryan was super honest and open with all the questions I had. The truck made the 13 hour drive without a single issue. 10/10 experience.

We had a steering issue where our steering wheel was vertical instead of horizonal(as it should be). Needed whole new steering column , Ryan and the team went above and beyond getting a Ford safety warranty and saving us thousands. Koudos to the people at Fraher Ford!! excellent service and customer care.....

Buying my Bronco at Fraher Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The team at Fraher went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle I wanted was available and gave me the best price out of any dealership in Illinois. This dealership is small and reminds you of the way car buying used to be, the way it should be. There's no gimmicks, no games, no back and forth, just honest and ethical people who sell great vehicles. I had to drive 4 hours to get to Fraher Ford and will continue to revisit for all my vehicles in the future.

Requested information from this place and was not contacted. Was not a big deal. I had contacted several Ford dealers after speaking to a Ford representative, who told me where Mavericks were going to be delivered and the estimated delivery dates.Fraher had one coming in that was almost exactly what I wanted, and she said she would put a note on their paperwork, with my name and address.I also sent a note through their website telling them that I was very interested in the maverick they had scheduled for delivery, on whatever the date was.I just figured they sold it before it came in, and since I had contacted several other dealerships she told me about, I forgot all about it.Either way - I certainly wouldn't give any favorable rating to a dealership that didn't contact me, because their hot selling item was already sold.

Fraher Ford is an excellent example of Ford at it s best!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the Fraher family makes everyone feel like a part of the Fraher/Ford family too.

We shopped for weeks before finding a truck at Fraher Ford. Vehicle was better than the online post. Best price we found across 4 states. Great service, friendly and patient staff (we were there 4 hours past closing). We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

At Fraher Ford your not going get some pushy salesman that makes multiple trips back and forth 4 times to the desk before you get a answer you want fraher ford is ran and operated. By jon and wife kathy and ryan thier son .They are down to earth. Laid back family that treat there customers like family So if slick talk and shady tatics is what your looking for your in the wrong place they genuinely care about there customers Service after the sale is. Is top notch in my book and they have always treated me this way so give them a try and become a family member not a number simcerly happy jeff mayer

I am traveling from Wisconsin to Florida And they were able to get my car in quickly to get it diagnosed Due to their schedule - which I understand - they were not able to work on it But they were especially great and get in my car and get it diagnose so I could find a dealership that could work on the car Since so many places are backed up they were great and helping me find a place

I'm in pontiac illinois traveling for work and had expected problems with my 6.0 diesel... I delt with Ryan with my problems and they did an extraordinary job on my truck. Got me back on the rd in a reasonable time and went above and beyond my expectations... and at a fair price which rarely happens at a dealership. I strongly recommend them.

I took my 2017 Ford escape in for a water leak inside the car they cleaned the area and told me to let them know if it happened again they would need to have the car for half a day to spray it down and see where it's leaking. It started leaking again so i called and got it in 9 days later. I dropped it off at 8am and at 340 after not hearing from them I called and Ryan told me they were busy all day and he hasn't had time to look up recalls on the computer for windshield leaks. Finally 430 (on a Friday) he calls says there's no recall and they don't do windshield work so I took it to safelite and they tell me there's no leak from windshield so they obviously never even looked at the car at all! Now I have to find someone to see if it's from the roof racks! frustrating!

Git my front tires changed on The work van. Quoted me over the phone and tired were there the next day. Replaced very quickly after arrival. Excellent service.

My husband was on his way to St. Louis from Indiana and his Gas tank strap broke. They got him in and out in an amazing amount of time so he could get to his vacation with the guys! They rock!
