Everything about this dealership was wonderful! We have been buying GMC vehicles for quite a few years and have FINALLY found a dealership that is personable, friendly, helpful, goes above and beyond! And this is just our dealings with them buying a vehicle. We are looking so forward to doing more business with them. Every service we need will be done there. Anything that needs to be purchased for the vehicles, will be bought there. They were outstanding! Made us feel like we were the only customers they had. We have been looking for this for a very long time!

This is the first time that we have purchased a vehicle at Driscoll Motors. What a delight to work with them. No high pressure and a very laid back atmosphere. Mike Bigger was great! He took a lot of time with us showing us how everything worked in our Terrain and was very thorough and patient. He answered all of our questions. He also got us all signed up with onStar. Carla Schlueter was also great to work with. She was very efficient getting all of our paper work signed and did a good job of explaining everything to us. We are very, very pleased with our experience here and will highly recommend Driscoll Motors to everyone!!!

We were looking for a new vehicle and seen that the 2024 Trailblazer was in transit to the dealership. My husband reached out to Mike to let him know that we were interested. He provided us with updates on when it would arrive. He contacted my husband the day it arrived and we took care of the paperwork that day. We were able to take our new Trailblazer home that day. It was a quick and easy experience. Thank you!!

My husband and I were so happy to make our vacation vehicle purchase with Driscoll Motors. The whole experience was the best we ve ever encountered in making a vehicle purchase. With the personable sales consultant Jamie, sales manager Dan and business manager Carla, we were well served yet not pressured! We believe we came away with a great vehicle for our needs, a beautiful CPO Suburban, and we were very happy with all aspects of the buying experience. Driscoll is truly a local dealer with down to earth people and service. Seems hard to come by these days, so thank you for how you do business!

Sales staff, this time Rex, was as good as always. This is my 4th new GMC truck with Driscoll and if memory serves me correctly 2-3 used vehicles back in the day and my wife purchased a new car years ago as well. Great dealership with an awesome owner in Pam!

They always get you in very quickly. I called and spoke with Jake H. in the service department. He was very professional with the whole process. My car wouldn't be done for several hours. Jake offered to give me a ride to my next destination. His driving was excellent and safe. Highly recommend Driscolls!

Dealership is great. People are professional and do great work. Disappointed in GM. To have a complete engine failure on a 2022 Yukon XL ( 1 year , 9 months) old is unbelievable. The 5.3 V8 has been a good engine. It isn't now. GM is sadly turning out junk.

I would like to give a big shout out to the Driscoll Motors team members Jamie Iverson, Dan Millman and Carla Schlueter for making my recent purchase so easy and enjoyable. I had my last vehicle for 13 years partly because I have not been a lover of the car shopping experience in the past. This purchase was a whole different story due to the Driscoll Motors team. Jamie was great at showing me what the vehicle I was interested in had to offer. Dan gave straight answers to a few in depth questions I had involving service and extra options I was adding. Carla also attempted to find me a better interest rate that the pre approved I had from my credit union.When I picked up my vehicle Jamie happily stayed over past closing to ensure I knew all the features of my new vehicle. She was even nice enough to recommend a great little place for dinner as I had driven over an hour to purchase my vehicle from Driscoll s.I believe that it was time well spent.

It was horrible. Took my truck in October 2023 for an oil leak dealership told me it needed a new engine and the engine was replaced. I received the truck with wire harnesses not attached bolts missing plastic push rivets, missing scratch in the front bumper so the dealership Picked the truck up to fix the issues and Came back with only half the issues fixed and leaking antifreeze in my driveway took back to the dealership to find out coolant hose had a leak with multiple bolts missing under the hood and the under pan. when they fix the scratch in the bumper, they had overspray over the black vents on the lower bumper. Very poor paint job couldn t believe the workmanship out of this dealership very dissatisfied took two weeks for the dealership to get the hose in and In the meantime, I traded it into another dealership and purchased a new truck, very disappointed in GM!

I have had MANY really, really bad experiences buying cars in the last few years. This was NOT one of those! Glen Murphy was great to work with - he gave us a video tour before we drove 90 minutes to see the car, and held it for us during the trip. He very honestly pointed out the few minor cosmetic issues as well.We also worked with Carla to have all of our financing info done before we arrived. I'd guess the whole signing process took less than 10 minutes. She was not pushy about anything, but offered options.Overall, great experience.

Driscoll s is my go to for all service on my truck. From the first time I took my brand new truck, my baby, to Driscoll s for its first oil change I ve been impressed with the entire experience. The service department does excellent work and everyone s very courteous and professional. When my service is complete my truck is in the same order I left it if not better, no oily finger/palm print surprises like I ve seen from other shops, even my drivers seat is in the position I left it in! Today they impressed me more, I had my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation earlier and unbeknownst to me someone had forgot to put my wheel lock key back in my truck, well the service manager called within 20-30 minutes of me leaving and arranged to have one of their people drop it off at my house, 20 minutes later I had it in my hand!Thank you guys, I appreciate you going out of the way and going above and beyond the service of other places!My truck is the most expensive thing I ve ever bought and I treat it accordingly, so it s great to have a local dealer like Driscoll GMC that I can count on to treat my truck with the same level of care that I do! I have confidence in their work and will continue to use their shop as long as I live in the area, and recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle, or needing service on their existing one, should definitely make a point to go to Driscoll s in Pontiac IL!

We just left the lot in our brand new vehicle. Our salesman was Glen and we couldn t have asked for a better experience - He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience. We were also pleasantly surprised with our trade-in value. We will definitely be back to Driscoll s for future purchases.

Driscoll's Chevvy is a clean, efficient place with plain-spoken people for you to have your car repaired.Of course, as a dealership, their work is not inexpensive in price.Unless you factor in the cost of the time you'd spend looking for cheaper service and the sketchy repair work on your car.Getting it done right the first time and on time is worth a lot.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire process, from getting to order my Equinox to out the door. This was the shortest time I've had to stay in a dealership buying a car! That is what counts to me. 90 minutes in and out. I've spent HOURS at other dealerships to the point I just wanted to walk out. Buying a vehicle should be a joy, not a trial. Take a bow everyone, you earned it!

We just bought our vehicle with Rex at Driscoll Motors and couldn't be happier with the customer service we received! Carla at Driscoll Motors coordinated our out of state sale and had everything ready before we arrived, so it was very quick and easy to finalize the purchase. Rex also spent a lot of time going over the car's features with us and made sure that we understood everything before we left. I can't say enough about Driscoll Motors and highly recommend them and Rex to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle!

Brought our car here to have a couple of door dings fixed. They did a great job and even did a little touch-up on it. Given the cost of everything these days, the cost seemed reasonable. Looks great! Would recommend!!

5 Canadien bikers on vacation, cough in a thunder storm. We needed a place to put our bikes in a safe place. We would like to thanks all the team of Driscoll Motor Co for their hospitality you guys where awesome to take our bikes into your garage. The shop gave great service. Rotated my tires, and replaced a few lugs, at a very decent price. John kept me informed about the issue with my lugs, and really made me feel like a part of the family. And Jerome in the Quick Lube is the man! He did under the hood, and under the vehicle. He had me cashed out within 15 mins. That dude needs a raise, or promotion to QL manager!

Such great customer service at Driscoll Motor in Pontiac! My car battery died late in the afternoon this summer, I was able to take my Acadia in with no appointment of course and they replaced my battery and got me on the road so that I did not miss my appointment out of town! We so appreciate the staff at Driscoll's!
