they dont answer phones or emails i been trying to figure out parts need to repair a anthony lift gate and there useless cant answer phones or resond to emails..

customer serivce has really become a thing of the past, NOT with Anthony Liftgates! Great guy over the phone, I called there and Dillon spent five minutes answering all of my "silly" questions.... thanks for the help, we found the fuse and all is well!! Scotty

Worked with Mike burns on a replacement pump for a lift gate. Helped find one and was able to overnight it to me to so we could get the gate fixed. Was very happy with the service he provided.

Once again Anthony comes thru.Called customer service, got a real person - in Illinois!!Said before, great product, great company.Our application is using the lifts as a side frame mounted lift onto our contractor bed dump trucks.

Our "Maxon" gate failed on us in the middle of an VIP job right there in Pontiac, Illinois. Quickly, we googled "lift gate repair Pontiac Illinois" Brock, one of the techs at Anthony went above and beyond to help us on a product that wasn't even their company's. He got our crew going again. Next time we're buying an Anthony Liftgate! Thank you to everyone at Anthony for your help that extremely cold day.
