We bought an old car in Chicago,the front crankshaft seal went out and we were able to make it to this store. Joyce was working and helped us find the part at another Advance store 30 minutes away. She asked he son if he would go get the part and he did. We are back on the road heading to Alta OK. Thanks to Joyce and Advance for all the help. This is a fabulous store.

Went in for brakes and a battery, Joyce and Connor had extreme kindness and helped get me the best price available compared to other places around.

I stopped in today for a torque wrench for my trailer David and Brandon could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable -and made sure I got my best veteran s discount -it was a real pleasure to do business with them -thanks guys!

I've recently just went into this auto parts store and I was amazed by the customer service of this one employee named Andrew was exceptional he greatest me with a smile and helped me find my parts quick and efficiently I will be coming back again and the new general manager Nick is super respectful and willing to do anything in his power to help you out thank you so much advance autos in Pontiac IL

Today I came into the store looking for some headlights and I was greeted by Nate and he was super nice and had knowledge about the headlights I needed they were greatly priced and he mention that I should buy two pack because if one went out the other one is on its way and he was right as soon I as I got home the other one was out definitely will be coming again

I was in a bind with my car while in Pontiac for work. Jake, Joyce, and Cole were all super helpful and accommodating in helping me. Just the courtesy to let me wait inside while I waited for a tow since they couldn t actually help because problem was pretty specific- is enough for me to always come back.

I opened a comercial acount with Advanced Auto after having numerous problems with Oreillys Auto Parts across the street.The service I have had at this store is great if parts have to be ordered usually I recieve them by 7:30 the next morning 12:30 the latest. The employees are very knowledgable and the pricing is very competitive.

I went to get my check engine and they came out right away. The man that helped me was very nice and helpful. He told me what the code meant and what could be causing it. It made me feel better to know. Plus I looked it up and he was spot on.

The BEST parts store ever!! CJ and Jake know their stuff, and got us (a suburban full of kids) back on the road in under an hour. Wish I could give ten stars.

Your guy at the counter was not very helpful he didn't want to go to the back of the store and let me look at a different muffler he had aditude almost went to autozone
