Poor service and commination skills, Took my truck to shop to have a fender repaired and was charged more than the estimate without being told then had them look at hail damage and was given a date to bring it in, the date changed 3 time until it was almost 4 moths out, so i took to a different repair shop, I was told by the owner of Haldane Custom that his GOOD customers get priority so im guessing that why my repair date kept being changed. I would never use this shop again

My company purchased a work van from TJ at Haldane Custom in Polo and we were very happy with the service we received. He was very professional and his team did a great job getting us exactly what we were looking for.

Body work and paint turned out PERFECT.... Better than expected.. WOW! Very friendly, they worked great with our insurance company, and rental car company. Very professional. and very timely from beginning to end. No hidden charges.. what they estimated out of pocket is what we paid. We recommend Haldane with 100% confidence. They will treat you well. They helped a bad situation better (no body likes having their car in the shop). We will go to them for any future body and paint needs.

They have serviced my BMW several times and are extremely honest and nice shop. I took my BMW there after a fender bender and for oil changes and recently brakes.

Fantastic experience. Very timely, thorough, and professional. This was my first time having to need collision repair on my car and Haldane Custom came through for me 100%. Small town shop that doesn t fall short on the big name collision shops. I would definitely come back again and will for sure recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much!

Not only does he come get my vehicle from me at work and gets it back to me the same day, he also has given great prices over the years. I happen to not be patient so he strives to complete the tasks in a quick manor. A +

Great police passed by several times out in the country people have a country attitude very cool relaxed and talk to you without trying to put the pressure on you fair prices Service Garage is excellent this is the one in Polo they have another one up north a little bit but you could ask for kooler people my buddy bought a vehicle there I had it looks like he is quite satisfied
