My thermostat went out on the way back from Arizona to Cleveland. No one else could get to it for a day or two. I told Mike my situation and he was able to get me in and out in a couple hours. He did a great job and a price was great. Thanks Mike.

The owner helped us when we were stranded with a cracked radiator while driving back from Ohio after my father s sudden passing heading home to Oklahoma. This man not only took time out of his day to run a pressure test to diagnose the problem, he called multiple places to try and get us a radiator. Unfortunately everywhere was out of it and he told us of a radiator sealant to hopefully get us home. He also gave us water jugs to keep topping off our coolant during our drive. This complete stranger who could have easily turned us away, took the time to help us at no charge. If we lived in your town, I d be recommending you to everyone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you sir for all of your time and help.

The folks at Mike s Auto were really a blessing! We were traveling through when our car overheated. We called all over to multiple mechanics and they were the only ones who would take us in on the same day. They were really nice and understanding of our situation. Luckily, the problem wasn t too bad and they were able to send us on our way a couple hours later. These guys are amazing Freightliner supposedly diagnosed it an ordered a part that would take two day from Indianapolis to Troy IL. They fixed it in less than five minutes with a turn of a wrench. Thank God for real people an real mechanics

They are honestly so amazing and courteous. My sister and I were on a road trip when we damaged our undercarriage. We gave them a call and even though they were booked out they took us in and fixed us up in just a few minutes. The price was amazing and the customer service was out of this world. Highly recommend!!

Took my 2005 F250 6.0L diesel to a local dealership after a Water in Fuel warning scared me. The dealer charged me a fortune and didn't fix the issue, didn't find other safety items that truly needed attention, and told me I needed a new rear main seal at $3500. After getting a second Water in Fuel warning within 50 miles following the dealer "fix," I had the truck towed to Mike's Diesel for repair and second opinion. Mike and Dawn are OUTSTANDING!! I watch a YouTube channel called Car Wizard, and Mike is just like the Car Wizard - honest, fair, thorough, honest, cares about customers, master mechanic, did I mention honest? Mike fixed my water in fuel issue, found suspension issues that needed repair, put on new tires, and said I did NOT need a rear main seal. If Mike had time for his own YouTube channel, it should be called the Diesel Doctor. Seriously folks, if you are reading this, DONT donate your money to the dealer!! This shop is amazing we were on our way to AZ from PA, we started having trouble with our truck. We have a GMC 2500 they were so easy to work with Dawn is great with communication and the customerservice was delightful. They sent Jon (towing tech) he was positive and very helpful if you need repairs I highly recommend this place!!!! Keep up the great work Mike's rock star team

Mike helped us and we are very thankful!!While traveling back to Wyoming, our truck experienced a mechanical failure just prior to the Pocahontas exit. With the truck in reduced power mode we found ourselves driving into Mike's shop.We explained our situation, Mike had us pull into the shop and immediately dropped his ongoing job and started working on ours.After ordering a part, replacing ours and resetting our computer, he had us back on the road in short order!!His prices are exceptionally affordable!!!We made it back to WY without anymore issues!!Thanks again Mike!!!God Bless!!!!

Mike bailed us out BIG TIME. After pulling into BP and mistaking a green gas pump for Diesel in our Sprinter on a cross country trip, Mike and his mechanics came to the rescue. The spent 2.5 hours on the ground under our Van getting every last drop of gas out of the Tank. Why were we so thankful? When we called it was 4:30PM on the Friday before the 4th of July. We could have been stranded in Pocahontas until Monday or Tuesday but Mike and the whole team made it happen. They charged us only shop rates even though they came to us to save us from a tow. We were so thankful of their help and dedication. It says a lot about a group of individuals who could have easily said its not our problem to a complete stranger and it wouldn t have been a surprise. The customer service in the office was amazing as well. These guys are a top notch outfit and we give them our highest recommendation.

I understand why Mike's gets 5-star ratings. I might have been stranded when warning lights came on close to the exit on I-70. Good fortune landed me @ Mike's where diagnosis was quickly made and though he could not fix at that moment I received satisfaction with his advice that I could safely return to St. Louis and my regular mechanic. He asked for nothing more than this excellent rating.

Great service by Mike and his team! Came to our rescue after hours and got us back on the road. Dawn even let us stay in the air conditioned office with our pets while they worked on our RV. I broke down near the exit to Mike's about 5 1/2 hours from my home. I limped my car to Mike's, where Dawn immediately put me at ease, and Mike didn't rest until he fixed my car. A big thank you to Mike and Josh for making themselves available to help us. We had accidentally put gas in our diesel truck because the BP station pumps in Pocahontas are green (yikes!). They pumped all the bad mixed fuel out and made sure we were all good to roll. Shame on BP for not changing their pumps as this is a common problem at this station we were told.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We dropped off our car for a "trouble shoot". Already pretty sure what was wrong.The mechanic quoted a price for this service. But the office staff charged double for this service.We were also told that the part was very expensive and barely available.A 1-minute Google search showed otherwise.If you want to go to this place, Ttake a cell phone recording of the your conversation with the mechanic, or better yet, go to a professional.

Had issues with a wheel seal, brake chamber and relay valve. Mike and Josh worked extremely hard to get me back on the road same day. Thanks guys. I will be stopping for more in the near future. Prices were great and so was the down time

Messaged them in Facebook on a Sunday afternoon, they made room for my daughter's Jeep first thing Monday morning.four wheel brake job rotors included are out of there for a little over four hundred bucks. Fast friendly and awesome, oh, and the pricing was really good too!

Would recommend these guys to anyone. Had a brake issue on my semi truck, and they had it fixed and back on the road within an hour. Prices are fair too. Needing mechanic work? Visit these guys!

Motor died. Gave me options and on the road in 2 weeks with a replaced motor. Did not feel gouged. Very satisfied. Friendly and knowledgeable.
