2 hour waiting for tire rotation when there are no cars on the shop, terrible customer service, lady on the phone all time, went somewhere else.

They was busy but it took over a hour to replace head lamp and they apologize for for waiting that long. Once they got the in it 15 minutes.

Called in asked how long the wait was, Peggy told me 2 hours...you know what, you should just come bring it in tomorrow. I called at 8 AM! They opened at 7 AM. I told them, that I needed an oil change so I can go to work, so I m bringing it in. I live 10 minutes away from Walmart. When I pull up, There was ONE car...I went inside and asked So, do you just lie to people on the phone so they won t come in?? And she just tells me Well, they must have just finished I knew right away she was lying, because they had 2 workers working on cars. After that, I wonder the store waiting for my car to be finished. I checked back in later and sat down. Another lady came up to me named Ro and asked, what my first name was. She then proceeded to tell me my car is done. I asked Why did you call me to tell me my car was finished? I m just wondering the store when I could be ready for work?? She then told me that, People don t like to be disturbing while they shop. I then ask, So...why don t you give someone the option if they want to be notified if their car is done? ... she had no response. I then pay, ask for my keys and they tell me the wrong direction to get to my car. So after another 10 minutes looking for my car. I ask the ladies again, and then they had the audacity to tell me THE OTHER WAY! when clearly you both pointed left. I then asked for their names. Ro have her name. While PEGGY over here, refused and even tried to COVER HER NAME! I manage to get a picture of it before I left. Absolutely worst experience EVER! I also over heard them ask what the difference between the oils they offer is. If you work in the automotive department, you should know what oil goes in what car. Not just wing it.

My dad took my car here to get my oil change and they literally cracked my oil pan! I couldn t get it fixed there so I had to wait a week so I could get it towed since I didn t have that kind of money at the time and literally spent $1,000 dollars on the tow with the repair! I had to get it towed to Dekalb to motor works and thankfully I had some money in savings if not my car would be just sitting at the parking lot at Walmart. I m still waiting for my check to come in from Walmart for the whole cost of this damage but never go here because I wouldn t want anyone else to experience this especially in theses tough times right because of the pandemic! The mechanics there are not experienced and need more proper training! If it wasn t for the my friends help during this time I would still be without my car and thankfully I got it back today from motor works! I can t believe this happened in the first place and please never take the cheap way out it doesn t always end good and I ve learned my lesson.

I had an appointment to install two tires I purchased online. And an oil change. 2.5 hours after I dropped it off they still are not finished. The only car in the bays, and the employees are standing around talking about weekend plans. For get about customer service.No one at the counter for 10 minutes,Service: Tires

service lady behind the counter told me they had to put what ever oil it says on the gas cap in my. first off no gas cap on any car will it tell you what kind of oil to put in the motor. maybe a recommend oil on the oil filler cap but not on the gas cap. I told her I would take my business somewhere else and she did even seem to care. this was Nov. 26th at 1:15 pm.

They do the job, but are extremely messy. I've had to wipe down my car every time I've had my oil changed here due to the techs leaving greasy hand prints all over my interior.

went there to get a oil change and a new tire they said it would only take 45-1hr I said ok so I go back and they told me another hr I said umm ok so I wait one more hr at this point im irrated I asked y it was taking so long the lady had no clue I asked to speak to mechanic she said hold on please the guy comes out and says we haven't gotten to u yet it will bee another hr im overly mad I said no ty im going else where ... never had to wait 3 hrs for oil change and a new tire smh

I don't know if I would ever buy tires at Walmart or have my oil changed there oh, but I did have to buy a jug of antifreeze the other day and the cheapest place was Walmart. I bought the solution that is not pre-mixed so I had to add water not thinking about that I didn't have any water with me so I went to the auto care section and they gladly help me out free of charge. I have heard bad stories about Walmart not putting drain plugs in or leaving wheels loose on cars I can't confirm that but what I can confirm is that the crew at Walmart auto care center and Plano Illinois is friendly and took care of me. Ok , if you have a place that you could go that's more personable go there , but this place is ok in a pinch , the staff always seems like your bothering them or they are so busy and what do you want now kinda attuide , yet there are no cars or customers in the shop! Ther prices are high and they constantly want to upsell you on services and repairs ..all very annoying ..I only go here when I have no other choice .

Said 2 1/2 hours it was 2. Thanks, the only thing that bothers me is they always say they check my tire pressure an they don't! My front tire was low when I came an the same when I left. But the print off sheet said it was 30, not it was 24.

Stopped at 3:01 pm for an oil change. I was told at the desk they closed at 4:00 and couldn t do the oil change. Hours are to 7:00! 1car in a bay.

When we visited this location April 2019 the Service Writer told us the wait time was 3 hours at that time there were no cars in the bays just mechanics, 4 of them, we did not stay and will make no effort to visit again
