They always do a fantastic job! We have been coming here for years and they always are able to diagnose and solve any problem we throw at them, with great customer service! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a auto care shop that will care about your car as much you do!

Great reliable place to take your car. Jim always does a great job at explaining the issues your car has and explains very well the work that they did to fix the issues. Marco on the phone was great at understanding what was going on with my car and able to help me get it in quickly. They work fast and do great work. Thank you Tire Tracks!

I walked in with no appointment. My tire had a screw in it and was losing air fast. In approximately 1 hour I walked out of Tire Tracks for under $30. Very polite. Just a bit of advice to anyone buying new tires there. Purchase the "road insurance" for each tire. It would have been a free repair if I had paid the extra $ in the beginning. Thank you to all of the workers there.

I always take my cars here for minor repairs and tires. Service is great. Staff are friendly and Jim's a great guy and should run for mayor. Lol. Pricing is fair and service quality is above par.

What a great group of people that offer expert services. I was able to get a referral for my tire repair and was back on the road quickly and safely. I will go back for tires just because I know I can trust this team.

Great place!! Little story, I road to work on a flat, changed into my donut, that went flat half way home, the next morning I had work so I took my car to these gentleman hidden behind heartland bank & they had my new tire in less than 15mins & I made it to work on time. They are really friendly & the price wasn t bad at alll I will be back soon.

This is my first time coming to Tire Tracks in Plano. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I definitely am comfortable with them working on my car.

Everyone at this location went above and beyond in the work they did on my vehicle. Went in for a quick tire change, and they found a safety concern in the front end of my car. They were able to diagnose the issue and were quick with an estimate. They also explained the problem clearly. I will definitely be coming back here!

Spoke to Marco on the phone, this man was so polite and respectful walked me through the process. I know absolutely nothing about cars and he was just so wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. The staff was lovely, personable, and efficient. Thank you all! Appreciate the professionalism! Will be back!

I came in for my front tires to get changed, and they changed them. But they also pointed out problems that I didn't even realize until the appointment. And the staff were patient and calm. 5 stars

Absolutely love the service and attention to detail my vehicle receives. I was shocked to find out that you are closed on Saturdays. However, it gave me a reason to take a day off of work. Enjoy this new found time with your family. You deserve it!

Always an awesome experience! Jim and Marco are very knowledgeable and helpful and always go above and beyond for customers. Only negative thing to say is that since they were taken over by new management, they stopped having Saturday hours. I'm pretty sure they have no idea how much business they are losing by making this small change. Saturday service is important for those of us who work M-F. Should of at least done a 90 day test to see if it was worth it or not before just cutting it off completely. Hope they bring Saturday back!
