Third time updating this review. Went from 5 stars to 3 stars back to 5 stars again because these guys are ON POINT! Ive been to every stop in town from Midas, to jiffy lube, to walmart and plano quick fix, and NONE OF THEM can touch the level of professionalism that these guys have! I gave them a 3 stars because they price gouged me 30$ on a tail light of all things, so definitely steer clear if you have something minor like a light or filter replacement and just do it yourself like i do from now on, but besides that these guys are the nicest in town and they also keep their shop SPOTLESS, bathroom, lobby and garage all look like they are cleaned hourly! And 40$ FULL SYNTHETIC oil change? NOBODY can beat that priceServices: Electrical, Oil change

"Quick" is in their name. Either drop off or stay and relax. It's been great ever since day one. I've never had an issue, they are very friendly and I still get my Ford points!

Excellent experiences here. I had to get something looked at and Dave and the team were very helpful.I needed some new tires and they were professional and explained the situation in easy to understand, non-patronizing, non-salesman terms.I did my research and the price they gave me was very reasonable and when they put the tires on, they costed less than the initial quote.I was really impressed at how helpful the team was and how quickly and professionally Dave handled getting my product in and getting it installed.Friends of mine have had similar experiences here for oil changes and new tires as well. Great job!

I took a car in for some major brake work and tires on April 4th. Kevin, who runs that front desk LIKE A BOSS, left no stone unturned to make sure I got the best prices, discounts and rebates I had coming. The fact that I m inspired to write such a glowing review speaks volumes. Incidentally, if you re having > $200 of work done, the Quick Lane credit card is a good deal. I ve always had great service here, but Kevin took it to the next level. Thanks, Kevin! You rock!

I worked here over the summer was a good place to work and has great people in the shop. they will Not sell extra stuff that you do not need to make money. Dave is a good honest service writer and will do everyone good. After the 2nd wave of covid I got laid off and switched dealerships. If I cant do the work for my family and friends my self because lack of time or to big of a job would recommend them hands down over anywhere else.

The staff behind the desk are great, not so much are the mechanics. After 4 months of bring my car here for the same problem they still didnt fix the problem. I had to take it to Crows auto down the street in Plano to finally get it done correctly. If you have simple repairs that dont require the mechanics to actually problem solve i would take your ride somewhere else.

Took 3.5 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. Also, the guy at the front desk was zero help and seemed like he didn t want to be there or be bothered. Not recommended.

I took them 2 brand new out of the box wheels for my farm jeep. I installed 2 new heavy duty bolt in valve stems and asked if they could tighten them as I just installed them in the local parts store parking lot and did not bring a wrench with me. I needed 2 tires taken off leaking rims and reinstalled on the new rims.... sounds easy enough. I explained to the service writer that I did not need balancing as this vehicle only plows my driveway and is not driven on the road. He was fine with that, after an hour wait the same service writer approached me and explained that my new combo was way out of balance, to which I reminded him I didnt care.... vehicle is lucky to see 15 mph, he insisted and it was agreed I would not be charged further for this, I said ok and thanked him. Upon receiving my rims and tires back... the first thing that was quite obvious was that someone installed one tire with the white letters out.... and yup.. the other was white letters in. Hmmm ok whatever not worth another hour of my time to get that mistake fixed... it's a farm jeep. I went home to reinstall them, before I took them out to the jeep I decided I would give them the once over. What I find is.. besides the white letter issue is, valve stems still only finger tight, one tire at 30 psi, the other at 20 psi AND my brand new rim just unboxed and inspected before going to them... bent where the bead seats. I had another issue there a year or so ago and decided to not use their service again at that point.... so maybe this is my fault... but really... it was just 2 wheels, how bad could it be they are close to my home. Not going back to complain... not worth any bigger problems... I can have a temper when I feel I've been wronged. My advice, even if you have to drive farther.. IS DO SO. I will never make this mistake again. It's your money spend it wisley... pass them by!

Stopped in for an oil change. First time I've ever done business with them. Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. I plan on going back for the next oil change.

I called this location on July 6th, @ approximately 4:15 - 4:30pm. The gentleman that answered the phone was very unprofessional I have been coming here for years and was never treated this bad...I brought my wife's car here anyway way and got the same same RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY experience just as it was over the phone. If this is the same experience I'm going to continue to see...this will be the last of my hard earned cash this place will ever see of mine.

It was great, I went to get an oil change for my vehicle. Then, they I had wait until they called out to me and said that my vehicle is good to go.

The guy at the front desk with the pony tail is very unprofessional and rude to customers. People at the DMV are more professional than this guy. What a joke.
