One of the best body shops I have worked with. George was very helpful and respectful. They did an amazing job fixing my rear bumper, tailgate, exhaust, hitch. I'm very very happy with the final product. I highly recommend Plano collision center.

I was rear ended last month and my insurance gave me a list of places to go to. I called several places from the list and checked all of their reviews. I chose Plano Collision because they had the best reviews of all the places I looked at. I had to wait a couple weeks more than the lowest rated place told me it would take, but my experience was amazing and worth the wait. At no point was I worried about how it would turn out or if they were going to scam me. They did the estimate the day after I called and ended up getting my parts even sooner than expected. When I brought it in to have it repaired, George told me it would be 5-7 business days before they would be done. I got a call three days later that it was all finished. George explained that he heard my concerns about affording a rental while my car was there and he was able to get it done quickly for me, relieving my stress. The car looks amazing. You can t even tell that anything was replaced, everything was a perfect match. I m so glad they were so helpful and amazing at what they do.Service: Body & Trim

I called to ask about having my truck repainted the secretary was very nice and said when can you bring it over? It was a Friday late afternoon and I said we'll I can come right now if someone will stick around she said no problem I drove 40 minutes burning $5.60 gal diesel to have George walk out and say $10k then 1 second later $15k then he said let me go get the owner. The owner wouldn't even walk out the open shop door to talk to me just had George come say we aren't interested and sorry I need to get back inside. What a complete joke what a waste of my time and I was willing and figuring on atleast $10k to paint it so if you want another joke of a body shop that only wants insurance work use them otherwise don't bother

Had bumper, quarter panel, and tailgate damage. Brought it in, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. Like it never happened. I will come here again if needed.

Great service, very friendly husband and wife that run the business. They went above and beyond my expectations repairing a dent I put into my new truck. They even touched up other spots where I had chipped the paint and put edge guard on doors to prevent chipping. I would Highly recommend.

Unprofessional, unorganizedI have been in contact with Plano Collision for the past 2 weeks. I was informed my car was being worked on and all they were waiting on was parts. After 2 weeks of receiving the same information, I am told my car was totaled!!! It turns out (despite me providing my name, and vehicle make and model), they have been giving me updates on someone else s vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this establishment.

Had some repair / paint work done on my truck. They did a phenomenal job. The truck looks amazing. I see why dealerships use them. Absolutely would recommend.

We did not end up using them but they were very friendly, kind, and honest. Those are very key points to have especially with body shops! Will be sure to call them with any future needs as long as I am in the area!

Jeremy is the only one I had interactions with. He's a nice guy. They replaced my rear bumber and they only had my car for 2 days! The bumber looks as good as new. I'm a customer.

Nice people poor work quality. I had to return no less than four times for various issues like overspray on tires and wheelwells, loose trim and overall poor quality.
