My new and only auto parts supply store. The staff is always very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help get anything taken care of.

Very disappointed in the manager, thinks she knows knowledge and knows nothing, especially how to treat a customer, and also employees don't even know how to return things, don't get me wrong I love O'Reilly's but not this store, I won't ever walk in their doors again, I never want to feel like they made me feel, like I was bothering them . The manager needs to work else where ,their langugage I don't need to hear, I spend thousands with O'Reilly's being a shop I work out of, there's no call for the terrible treatment they have given me, four times I've been in the Plano store and all bad experiances I've had, I'll definitely keep going to O'Reilly's but not in Plano ill, sincerly iam,burl

Excellent service! I had questions about what a mechanic told me about adding brake fluid to my car, and they answered my questions. What impressed me was that they asked me questions to ensure the information they gave me was correct. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Last week we desperately needed a car battery. It was right before closing when we walked into the store. I want to give a huge shout out to the employees. They were so nice and accommodating. We got the battery and they worked in almost sub zero temperature to put it in for us. Thank you so much.

Came in for a simple replacement bulb for my rear turn signal, and the staff - especially Fred who rang me up - were very friendly and helpful.

Quick and simple run. Came back into town from a week trip to MO. and needed something to get some caked on bugs off the car before a wash. Brooklyn was able to find a few different products and which one she liked best and Justin was able to ring me up quick. Perfect service for a mom with two kids running around the store.

Assistant manager was amazing and super helpful. It's nice to see smiling happy people. Prices were great, and the installation took 2 minutes.

Went in to get my check light engine checked and the person who helped me was super nice. He was able to get the code and even take a look at what the problem was, which he didn t have to do but I was very thankful for

I visited several times and have found that I tend to have to wait on the staff for service even to check out. I waited 10 minutes in the store once before I even saw an employee. Store itself is nice and clean

I ordered brake pads on a Saturday morning at 11.a.m. they were promised to be ready at 3.p.m., as of 6:30 they were not in.. Come to find out the manager that ordered AM for me did not send his driver to pick them up from the Oswego store where the order was dropped and when I asked him about it he was very rude very short And very sarcastic towards beyond the phone I ended up having to go to us we go to pick them up myself stay away from the plane all rileys badd business
