Excellent experience end-to-end!!! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.I was definitely happy with my new vehicle purchase at Dempsey. Overall, the Dempsey team members were very friendly and considerate. They were down to earth and transparent about the buying process, which made me feel much more comfortable about the transaction. Larry, Jordan, and Dwayne were very helpful throughout the entire process, with everything from vehicle questions to the financing process. Jordan was very knowledgeable about Ram pickup trucks, and he helped me find the Ram pickup truck that was most suitable for me. The owner Tom also took the time to chat with me and address my questions as well.A huge thank you to the Dempsey team! They made my vehicle purchase process a truly enjoyable one.

We quickly realized what a great decision we made, based on the volume and variety of inventory, as well as the relaxed, no pressure sales environment. John was very responsive and knowledgeable. Absolutely terrible experience got played on multiple vehicles just giving me the run around I had an appointment to come see a vehicle I was interested in made an appointment the day of my appointment came I drove over an hour to go see it just to get there to be told it was sold and they didn t have any others like it months go by so i decided to give them another chance made another appointment was really set on this vehicle drive over an hour to go see it and they pulled the bait and switch on me saying the owner took that vehicle home for the night. So we tell them we would be back a few days later to see it. They say we come to see it same thing they say it was sold already after wasting hours of driving back and forth to this dealership they didn t even attempt to make it right but cutting us a fair deal. I will never be returning to this place again. Total waste of time!!!

My husband and I purchased our 2nd Jeep Wrangler just before Christmas. Our 1st purchase was in February. We were very pleased with the service at Dempsey Jeep in Plano, IL. From the moment I inquired about the Jeep to when we left with our new vehicle, the whole process went very well! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, offering smiles and refreshments. Jim was our salesman and it was a pleasure working with him! He made the whole process go as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely purchase again through them!

Both Josh and Jordan are excellent, I traded my vehicle in for a brand new jeep and couldn t be happier. The buying process was super smooth, the rates are reasonable and it didn t take very long. Glad to be a jeep owner now. Also p.s the sales floor looks great!

Just leased my second Jeep from Dempsey and as before the customer service was outstanding! John in sales, London and Dwayne in finance and Mr Dempsey himself all made our experience very positive and joyful. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back again

Their service department is the absolute worst. I WAS a customer of theirs for 6 years and when my Jeep overheated I had to drop it off on a Saturday when their service department wasn t open so I left my keys with the sales department. Long story short, they had my Jeep from 7/8-7/19 just to replace my thermostat. Not 1 phone call from them the entire time it was there. When I asked for a loaner car (this was warranty work)Amanda and Craig both said they didn t have any available until at least 8/15 but if something changes they will let me know. I asked Amanda to change my oil and rotate my tires and check the rear spring while it was there. Fast forward to 7/19, I called once again to check the status and spoke with Krystal. She said I can pick up my Jeep but will leave the ticket open cuz she said the back spring was fine but I need new shocks and she s going to do everything she can to get my warranty to cover them. I pick up my Jeep and on my way home I notice the oil life hasn t been reset and the oil change sticker wasn t replaced on my windshield. I called the next day and spoke with Amanda who assures me these services were completed. I checked my oil and sure enough, it was NOT changed. It took 2 more phone calls to them for them to finally admit they didn t do and it took more than 2 months to get my full refund. Long story short on the shocks, Krystal got paid for the shocks and told me she didn t and then got nasty with me. I filed a consumer complaint and then a week later, she sent the money from the shocks back to jeep. I got a copy of her response to my consumer complaint and it was complete false statements from her. She also said in the complaint that since I didn t purchase my Jeep from them, I am not covered for a loaner car from them. Funny thing about this, I ve been going there for 6 years and they have ALWAYS given me a loaner. She also said in the complaint that they are not interested in keeping me as a service customer which is completely fine with me cuz I would NEVER go back there after the way I was treated. I also spoke with Tom Dempsey and he was no help at all. I told him if he listened to the phone conversation I had with Krystal, he would hear for himself she s scamming people and not being honest. Now I know why they can t keep employees in the service department.

I was looking on line to replace my 2019 Ram limited, and I found one at Dempsey in Plano.I messaged them and I got a reply back from Jessie, with in a half hour.We discussed details about the new truck and what vehicle I was going to trade in, to come up with a price.I have been buying trucks for a long time, but this was the easiest buying experience I have had in over 30 years.When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by John, who walked to the truck which was cleand and sitting inside. Then John walked me thru the truck, and all the options it had in great detail.We went for a test drive, and it a quiter and more comfortable ride compaired to my 2019.When we came back to the dealership, I was meet by Josh the sales manager, who checked to make sure to answer any questions I hade, and to introduce me to Londan the finance manager.I was in and out in under a half hour.There was no haggling no pressure to upsell.All the details about the Financials we discussed over the phone is exactly what all the paperwork reflected.I will definitely buy my next vehicles from Dempsey.

From the 1st phone call I could already see why Dempsey is a household name here in my brother's town and just about every other house on every block owns a Jeep! The guys here are GREAT! They are EXPERTS at recommending the best options and explaining how each model compares. You can tell they have been doing this a lonnng time and it's easy to see why Dempsey has been the #1 Jeep dealership for decades---these guys have the whole car buying experience down to a science!! Everyone I spoke with was super happy to help, friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what questions to ask to get an understanding of what MY best options are and why....I love how when I first called they asked when I'd be in so they could schedule it and make sure someone was available to help as soon as I got there. I didn't realize what a HUGE benefit this is, especially at a dealership as busy as Dempsey! Had I just strolled in without that appointment I would've been sitting around for a LONG time waiting to even ask a question, so THANK YOU Dempsey for implementing the appointment system, I felt like a V.I.P.!! (and double THANKS!! for the good coffee!)Bottom line, from the initial call to setting the initial appointment to the test drives, to the financing, the purchase, and even the future maintenance plan, I felt like I had a whole team of experts guiding me thru each step!! I felt confident in my decisions and choices, which made it a whole lot less overwhelming, confusing, and stressful than the usual car buying experience I'm used to!! Although I walked in as a virtual stranger, I certainly drove off in my new Cherokee be h feeling like part of the Dempsey family of Jeep owners!!!

I was searching across the country for a Ram Mega Cab on Car Gurus. They had a 2022 on the lot. It checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. I began having back and forth conversations starting in July. Called in September and agreed to a price and that the vehicle was being held for me. Went through the financing process, and unbeknownst to me the finance manager went away for training for two weeks. Got a notification today that the truck had been sold. Made a call to the sales manager, he said he'd look into it. After multiple calls over a course of 5 hours, I got a return call. Was finally told the truck was sold even though it was supposedly held for me. Not sure where the communication fell off in the sales department happened but it's apparent.

Bought Grand Cherokee today and the salesman John Weissensel was AMAZING!!!!! The Managers were nice and very friendly all were helpful and this was an awesome experience would recommend Dempsey to everyone.

Worst experience ever!!! My Gladiator is at their garage since last Thursday. By Friday they knew that they have to keep the car in for a week. When I asked about a replacement car they said they would call me on Monday. A weekend past without having a car. On Monday nobody called. I got in contact with them in the afternoon for nothing. I needed to wait until the next day. Nobody called again. When I called by noon no update. In the evening they called proudly just to tell me that they still couldn t give me a replacement car. 6th day in, nobody called. Now, I do not even get my Gladiator back!!! 7th day in I asked to be called back. Nobody called. Let s see how long it will take them to repair my Jeep. Another weekend without my car and more than a week has passed.

I hate buying cars. It's just waiting and run arounds and general malarkey. This place however was the easiest and most streamlined and efficient car buying experience of my life. Elijah Willis is a man amongst men, he isn't just a mere vendor of automobiles but a connoisseur of his craft. Few have ever been the salesperson he is, and even fewer will ever be. He truly has attained a level that most cannot fathom. Josh Bickle is the sales manager, yet that title doesn't even begin to describe the finesse and ease of which he made the buying experience for my wife and I. He is more than just a sales manager at a car dealership, he is genuine, honest and straight forward. It may not seem like much, but when it comes to buying a car, those are traits which unfortunately are not shared by all managers. Josh Bickle is exemplary and truly is what all sales managers should emulate. From the first contact, to the hour and a half I spent in the dealership during the entire process, to driving home satisfied in every way, I would steer you well in the direction of Elijah and Josh personally.

Such an incredible dealership!! Mr. Dempsey , Larry, Jordan & Dwane truly set them selves apart as a car dealership! Our experience was truly one of a kind , we could not be more thankful and pleased with the unparalleled level of customer service , transparency, peace of mind , and consistency they treated us with , beginning over the phone all the way from out the door with the purchase of 2 new cars. They kept every word they said since I spoke to them on the phone from the time we walked in. Truly a place of quality ladies and gentlemen. A an example of how every business or establishment should be ran and how their employees present them selves. Larry was a real pleasure to deal with he helped us out and took us on such a white glove experience test driving our cars. Jordan stepped in with a tremendous amount of knowledge and answered any questions we had, Dwayne was so consistent and honest , and truly pulled through on making our deal come together .. finally Mr. Dempsey himself .. what a true gentleman , you can see why everyone is so happy to be there, and how they mirror their performance from such a great business owner. Worst experience here. Owner or manager whatever he was was SUPER rude to us. Acted like he was better than us. Trying to pressure us into running our credit before we even got to look at any cars. Also expressed what we were looking for and his response was well I want a Ferrari but you don t see me with one do you before he even knew how much we were approved for or had to put down in cash. Very horrible experience. Do not recommend!!!!!!!

This is Shannon, Jason s wife. I cannot speak highly enough of Dempsey in Plano, IL. I was coming from 3 hours away, never having bought a vehicle without my husband before. I was uneasy going into the appointment and all of that quickly faded away. Eli could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I never felt the least bit pressured or like I was being sold . It was like we were just hanging out, getting to know the vehicle better and it was a great fit! His boss, Josh, helped strike the deal and was once again, super accommodating. The owner even came out and chatted with me a few times throughout the process as did some of the guys on the service side. It was an all around terrific experience and honestly, an answer to prayer. I will definitely check them out again when we are in need of our next vehicle and suggest you do, too! It was definitely worth the drive!

Went here just looking and thanks to dream team Eli and Jabari left in Chevy Equinox. The entire staff is phenomal from the front desk receptionist trying to put me in a Hellcat lol to the owner walking around making sure all was okay. By far the best experience I have ever had at a car lot. I will see you all in a few years when my 13 year old begins driving. Keep doing what you are doing. Will definetly recommend. You to anyone looking for vehicle.
