Very friendly staff and fast service. I really appreciated that they squeezed me in on sorry notice to accommodate my schedule. The waiting area is nice while they work on your car.

Been here twice and I have had great experiences both times. They have the best price point for full synthetic oil, their lounge area is comfortable, their front desk staff is very friendly and I'm very pleased with the overall service. They fixed the issue with my check engine light and it was cool to see the inspection notes. They also offer a military discount which I absolutely appreciate!!

I went to Pulse for an oil change and it was the fastest oil change that I've ever had and I've had a lot of oil changes. Everybody gave great customer service. When I left the shop on my way home my oil light kept coming on and I called them back and told them about it and within 10 minutes they had somebody out to my car to find out what was going on and it turns out that the oil filter had somehow busted so the technician put a new oil filter on it put more oil in it and he was great he did an awesome job. Again wonderful customer service.

Started coming here from a Groupon for an oil change, kept coming back because of how great they are going on 2yrs now. They're honest, and go above and beyond no matter what I'm getting done. Also really haven't seen such great customer service like this in a while. My whole family has now brought their cars here. A real gem after dealing with such horrible other places.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Work well done and in time but expensive.$670 just for labor to replace brakes, rotors, calipers and brake fluid.

My wife and I can personally attest that the five star rating that you see is not a scam. Rick and Jillian run an incredible company, from the customer service to the work done on your car. Everything is top notch. They aren't trying to up sell you and they will always give you the honest truth in estimates. We've NEVER trusted an auto shop until I came here.Lastly and most important of all to us, is their belief in family which is clear not only from their own family, but also how they treat their customers.Thank you all for all you've done for us and I hope this helps you be able to bless others with the great work that you do.

I definitely recommend this auto repair shop. They are very friendly, professional and give you honest answers that you can ACTUALLY understand. I was referred here by a co-worker of mine about 2 months ago and they have done a ton of work for me already. They are extremely reasonable and what I love the most is, if I don't need a part brand new, they would advised me to get a re-built part to save me money on the repair, since I would have a warranty with them anyway. They have saved me so much money and I can't thank them enough. I love Pulse auto care and will continue to get my car repairs done here! :)Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Air conditioning

Great owners who truly care about their customers and their well being. I ve been putting off to get my tie rod fix in front right. This last visit, they reminded me again before my tire flies off on the highway. I got it fixed and as well as front end alignment which goes hand in hand. Very reasonable price too! I ve always taken my vehicles to Pulse Auto for oil changes regularly and they noticed my tie rod was bent on Chrysler. I d never known that if Rich(owner/mechanic) didn t inspect it throughly. Thanks Rich! And Thanks Jillian for great customer service! You guys are the BEST!I ve never trusted mechanics but you guys can be trusted 100% and I m thankful.

Bought a couple of Groupons for Pulse and they were very good. The Groupons were only for oil changes so I can't really say much about the shops work and prices. The staff were very friendly and didn't try to sell me anything extra that I probably didn't need. Their waiting room is definitely the best waiting room I've ever seen at a body shop that's for sure. They seem like an honest shop which to me is a great thing.

5 stars across the board. The service was quick, affordable, and done properly. I do wish they included a tire rotation with the oil change, but it didn't say that it was included anyways. Customer waiting room was great! This place was also MUCH cleaner than most auto shops, I was very impressed!

OUTSTANDING A+ SERVICE: I have a 2004 Mazda 3 with 230,000 miles on it. My car had been misdiagnosed at another nearby local auto center so I decided to give Pulse a shot after reading some glowing reviews. They lived up to the hype and exceeded all of my expectations. My engine light was on, acceleration was sputtering and there was a noisy vibration coming from the front wheels. The team at Pulse confidently figured out exactly what was wrong with the car. It's an old car that has been driven hard and they prioritized the repairs to make sure that it was safe to drive. The prices were competitive and fair. The customer service was exceptional. Jillian was over the top friendly and professional. She kept in touch every step of the way thru phone calls, emails and text messages. Rick the mechanic is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the details of all the work that was done to the car. They could not have been any nicer... truly a great family vibe. The shop itself and waiting room areas are super clean and inviting. I had a sense of security and peace of mind that my car was in good hands because of the pride and passion that the Pulse team projected. The car is 14 years old and now rides like new since they fixed the issues. Oh...I was also due for an emissions test and they actually got the car to pass and had a certificate ready to go when I picked up the car...unbelievable service!! I don't write many reviews but this experience definitely warranted one. I would give 10 stars if I could. Wish I found this place earlier... it would have saved me a lot of money. The other local auto shop was not as "caring" as they should have been and has lost me as a customer. Pulse Auto has won me over and will be my go to shop for my family's car repairs. I highly recommend this shop for accurate car repairs and personalized customer service!!!!

Friendly staff. Quick service. Great prices. Clean and nice waiting area. Flexible scheduling.This place is a bit farther than I'd like to travel but will continue to since the service is great. I also received a text about re scheduling when I missed my appointment which was really great.

I have used Pulse both for fleet vehicles for work as well as for my personal vehicle. Each time, the team there was amazingly easy to work with, hassle free, and had respectable prices. They are definitely my mechanic of choice in the area.

I was very satisfied with Pulse Auto Care. They did a great job repairing my power steering rack and pinion on my 2012 Dodge journey and the cost was very reasonable. This company show that they care about their customers experience and trust in their services. It is refreshing to feel that I can trust a repair shop to be honest and not over charge, because so many repair shops put their profits in front and customers feelings of trust last. Keep up the good work Pulse and you will be greatly rewarded. I highly recommend.

Rick and his wife were incredibly nice to my wife and I. We came here a few months ago, because my Buick was in desperate need of repair, but all other places were outside of my price range. We came here with a reference from someone else. They were very friendly and helped work with me on the price as much as they could to make it affordable. They even went above and beyond in repairing things that were not in the quote. It also has a very friendly family atmosphere. I would highly recommend them.

Pulse auto care were very attentive to my car when I only went in for an oil change they did extra by checking the brake systems and the transmission I got the deal off Groupon and it was the best place to go because their waiting room was also very comfortable and when my car was done they cleaned most of the inside for me and out a plastic cover on the drivers side. Overall a very reliable business I will be coming back again.

My experience with Pulse Auto Care was very nice. It might be a little hard to locate in the industrial park. Google maps brought me directly there. Just look for the sign on the building. The waiting room was comfortable. The associates were friendly. My car was left clean. I plan to return for my next oil change.

Due to my warranty, my car was not fixed there. However, the customer service provided to me was nothing short of exceptional. I was honestly upset that they weren't able to complete the work. Jillian was amazing from day one. She had enterprise waiting for me with a rental vehicle already, it was a rainy day, so it helped out a lot. If I ever needed my vehicle fixed (that's isn't covered under warranty) I would most definitely return to Pulse Auto Care.

I've been going to Rick for all of my auto mechanic needs for roughly 20 years. He's worked on every car I've owned from a 1986 Mercury Cougar when I was 17 years old to my current SUV. He's always been honest and trustworthy about the repairs, and only fixes what NEEDS to be fixed while allowing me to budget and prioritize all other recommended repairs. It's because of his honest nature that I refer him to all of my family and friends. I'm so proud and happy for him that he now has his own shop! There's no one else I would trust to work on my son or mother's vehicles, let alone my own.Stop going to the chain mechanics and getting ripped off and go see Rick at Pulse if you want quality work for less cost.

Awesome service! Highly recommended!!! Will definitely go back again. My old Suzuki had some leak on the seals; technician took his time to show me and gave his recommendations. Very thorough and honest!

Their service is awesome! I set up an appointment through Groupon, got there on time and was out in less than an hour. The waiting room was really nice, and they even had snacks, water, and tea. I really appreciate them :)

Pulse Auto Care runs an honest business and their work shows it. I had consistent issues with my tires recently, and assumed it was just the weather - until it would lose pressure every day. I brought it in for them to look at and they suggested I may need new tires. I however purchased tires less than a year ago from a big brand auto store (still had the invoice to prove it). They ended up taking it upon themselves to bring in my car to a local, but same big brand auto store to get the tires fixed and they did not ask for any labor or parts cost. Keep in mind, this issue was not Pulse's, it was the first big brand auto store's issue!I've always been weary of auto mechanics and the way they run their business, but Pulse is 100% different. I will exclusively only bring my car to them and I have been raving about them to people I know. 12/10 would recommend!

This place deserves a star rating higher than 5 if possible for the integrity of customer service and hospitality. This is by far the most genuinely honest auto care place I have ever been to. It s a family owned business that is being run with customer oriented service without any strings attached for upselling parts or labor for repairs, oil changes, recommended maintenance etc. I have gotten catalytic converters replaced on Acura MDX 2005 for a better price than any auto shop with genuine parts and warranty and Rick (owner) is a very dependable guy when it came to running diagnostics on the car and suggest what s really needed or can wait unlike the rest of the places which make you believe your car will be dead without all these additional services. The place is kept clean courtesy Jillian (co-owner) who also ensures that the customer knows the fair price options for parts and labor upfront, duration of repair service if the vehicle needs to be left behind, towing service (which I hear is a better deal than what some of the insurance companies might cover) and so on. If you don t want to dread going for an auto repair this is the place I would recommend.

My husband bought the Groupon for an A/C recharge and I expected this shop to be like any other auto shop I've been to. Let me tell you, I was blown away. Right when you walk in Jillian greets you and is so friendly. Their waiting room feels like a homey living room with TV, sofa, chairs, and games to entertain. They also have a kitchen stocked with snacks, coffee and tea! I'm not a coffee drinker so I was very excited to see a selection of tea to brew. I had recently gotten my engine replaced by AAA and after that my power steering line was leaking and my A/C was not working. Rick was able to tell my condensor had a leak causing my A/C issues and put dye in the power steering reservoir so he could see exactly where the leak was. Long story short, AAA wanted to charge me $600 to fix my power steering alone and Rick resealed the pump and replaced my condensor for a little more than that. Rick showed both my husband and myself both of the leaks as well as the old condensor (I had no idea what one looked like and really appreciated he took the time to explain and show why mine was bad). Jillian really tried to get the best price for the condenser and Rick is a quick, efficiant worker. I got my car back in under two hours. They are a great team and their honesty about what was going on with my car really left an impression on me. I will definitely be going back for any future car issues.

Jillian, displayed awesome customer service. I went in for just an oil change and she gave a great deal with getting my air check. So I walked away smiling in the heat because I had air and a oil change. They guys that worked on the car was professional by leaving a sticker on the window which displays my next oil change. I will be back.

Such a great place! Doesn't feel like you're getting your oil change. Its feels like youre at home. Coffee and snacks while you wait. Great offer on Groupon, would definitely advise those around to check it out!

I won't go anywhere else! I absolutely love coming to these guys and have for a few years! Super friendly and knowledgeable and don't expect any BS either. They tell you exactly how it is they don't try to upcharge you. I refer people all the time to go here because I absolutely love them. Thank you for everything that you guys do!
