First I have to say this. Been using these folks for years. Always have been good. I needed my brakes changed and have been CLEARLY hearing a wheel bearing humming. I asked for a quote and they shot back $485 ( on top of the $375 for front pads/rotors). I asked them how can they justify that price when they will already be doing the brakes and literally have 80% of the labor done having brakes out. There is about 4 or 5 bolts to pull to get wheel bearing out after brakes are out of the way. Changed their tune to they would back off labor price some. All fine up to this point, then I get the message they drove it and couldn't not hear any noise (wheel bearing hum). Even my 11 year old kid asked what that noise was the second we left there and he rode in the vehicle. In my eyes this quickly went from a very respectable place to a typical garage trying suck every penny out of your wallet they can. Wheel bearing is indeed bad and needed replacing. They chose to ignore a sound and sent me on my way hoping I came back later when it was louder to be able to change it out at their wanted FULL $485!!! I have kids in this vehicle and it was OK to send me out and roll the dice this bearing didn't seize up and possibly cause an accident. Absolutely POOR choice. So to make and extra $150 later they now will lose every penny I would have spent there on all vehicles I own and kids will own in a few years when they start driving. Good business plan. Just got all 4 wheel bearings/hubs done for $700 TOTAL. Don't mind a business making an honest dollar, but I won't allow myself to be robbed blind.

I have been getting all of the services for my car with My Tech Auto for four years. Their price is reasonable, the service is fabulous. Highly recommend!

Found this place from Groupon for interior wash and leather treatment. Fast and easy scheduling and hassle free service. Emailed promptly on location and time. Fair pricing in consideration to the competition! The work done was great. Leather cleaned/treated, clean interior, vaccumed, door jams cleaned, carpet seemed thoroughly washed. Unfortunately it seems that the seatbelts still looked filthy and practically untouched. I have no further issues but would have otherwise given a 5 star rating giving the fast service and reasonable pricing. Would hope to give this place another shot in the near future.*Vehicle: 2006 Acura TL Sedan*

I have been going to MyTech for years now.I drive 30 miles for them to service my cars.They are honest. Very good at mechanical issues and all around service.If your looking for a 5 star company in all aspect, MyTech is the company you want.

Sent my car in for a two step correction, ceramic coat, and installation of a spoiler. Not only were they able to adjust and install the spoiler that others turned down installing, their workmanship and attention to detail were impeccable and prices were more than reasonable! These guys are legit and trustworthy.

Can't recommend enough!, Gerardo was amazing, he explained everything done to fix my car. The dealership was not helpful at all and wanted thousands to figure out the issue. I had very little hope when I picked up this fleet vehicle and saw the stains in the rear seats. But My Tech Auto in Plainfield didn t see an issue. When I got a call saying the vehicle was ready, I was not expecting it to be as clean as it was. I intend to use My Tech Auto as my main detail shop now that I ve moved to the Chicago area! Thanks for being courteous, helpful and getting the job done!

Called around for Oil change and Brakes replacement for my Lexus, and unlike some of their competitors, they were able to give me price over phone - that was less than competitors nearby, considering they give 5% off for using their app! Gerardo, the owner, explained options for brakes and optional repairs. No pushiness at all, and was easy-going when I turned down the optionals.They did the work while I waited, and afterwards, the brakes worked so good after that I called him just to tell him how excellent the car felt! They filled up my tire pressure to get rid of my tire sign on dash without me mentioning anything, as well.Great work, highly recommended!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I took my mothers car in to be detailed and have a oil change. They did an amazing job on her car. It hasn't been this clean since the day she got it 5 yrs ago. The car was a mess when I bought it to them. It looks so good now. The staff was also very good. They looked over the car throughly to see if anything else was needed. Thank u so much. I took my car there before and they had done a good job. This time I was charged extra to have my seats deep cleaned and to have my bulb changed. I did not get what i paid for! I got this service from Groupon. After they were finished, the bill came to over $140.00 the windows were still dirty, and had smudges, the back window was sprayed but barely wiped. There are streaks and spots from where it was sprayed and the seats have more stains than when i took the car in. I could have gotten my car interior and exterior done for less money that they charged!

Took my car in recently for a full detailing (interior/exterior). Arthur and his crew made my car look like it was just off the showroom floor of a Dealership! The time and effort they put into cleaning the car definitely showed. I will absolutely be returning here whenever I need my car detailed as well as letting all my colleagues know about where to get their cars done. Was referred to them from my mechanic for interior cleaning. I got an estimate from them which was a little cheaper then what i normally pay at delta sonic. I dropped my van to them. No seats inside, just wanted a basic clean up. The next morning i woke up to several emails showing pics of dog hair which I'm aware i own a dog. They said it was going to be more work then they expected. They then told me i needed a new air filter also...then i got an email they wanted more money to do job to they're quality. Then they told me they couldnt do the detail for a few days. I had to get a ride back and make an appointment with delta sonic which i wished i had originally done.

Gino and the crew did an amazing job. They took care of my brakes, (pads and rotors) a synthetic oil change and wipers for an incredible price. I m pretty upset with how my detail turned out.. I asked for the ultimate detail paid $200.00 for me to not have my car cleaned all the way? I still have bugs all over my mirrors, front of my car, dog hair in my trunk and liner, residue on my trunk from a sticker decal (I assumed would be gone from the ultimate exterior detail)? The interior was half done, looks like they did a quick wipe even though they had my car from 11am to 5:30pm. I saw all the good reviews and was happy to support a local business but I m very disappointed and will never return to this establishment. I will get my car redetailed some where that will actually do the job they say they are going to do.Service: Auto detailing

This was worth every penny! They did a fantastic job - my vehicle looked like it had just come off the production line when it was finished. It truly hasn't been this clean since the day I bought it. You can't beat the price or the service. I highly, highly recommend My Tech and will definitely be a repeat customer!

We found this place about a year ago on Groupon. Since then they have detailed multiple cars for us and done multiple break jobs. Always great quality and very fair price. They are flexible and will work with you on schedule and their team is very professional. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work guys!

I needed to get my car detailed in a hurry and searched online for a place near my home. I'm big on reviews to help me with a decision to try a new place, and I'm so glad I listened! They got me finished in less time than originally quoted, plus took care of my oil change, and the result was way better than I exepcted....Plus, they have a super comfy chair in case you want to take a nap or get some work done like I did, while you wait! Very satisfied client and will be bringing my husband and two daughters cars next!

I had this company do a Ceramic coating on my new 2018 Dodge Durango R/T, Gerardo walked me through what each step would be and entail and then even picked up my car and dropped back off to me when completed 4 days later. Great pricing and great customer service. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who asks about my finished product.

I had them do my breaks through a groupon, they completely ripped me off. Not only did they put old breaks on my car, they stole my wheel lock key. Within a week of getting my breaks done, they were squeaking, I waited 2 months to make sure they just didn't need to be broken in a bit. Since they were still under warranty I took them back. They claimed the squeaking was caused by 'rust'. Why would there be rust on brand new breaks! I ended up having to replace my back breaks AGAIN 4 months later. Which is when I found out they stole the wheel lock key. I wouldn't trust them to do an oil change. Stay clear! On the other hand you can find an awesome shop right across the street at Pulse auto. I should have taken it there first, it's my usual shop but wanted to save some money. They've serviced my entire family's car and I never felt an ounce of shadiness like this place. Honestly I should have had them double check the work from my tech, and saved me the headache.

Great service, friendly and honest. Interior and exterior looked great went I picked it up this weekend. First time there, but will go there again in the spring. One worry you always have with dropping car off is if you forgot an valuables, especially going to a new place. Well when I picked up our car, they had put a single Diamond earring in the tray in my console. My wife had lost this years ago. They found it. Amazing honestly. Don't trust your vehicle anywhere else. Go with these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointed! We purchased a complete detail interior and exterior groupon then paid an additional $75 to upgrade. We dropped the truck off and were called to pick it up. We immediately saw poor work and asked that they take care of it. They did (extra half hour to wait) when we arrived home upon further inspection it seemed they did the bare minimum to pass. There were still bugs on exterior. As all as dirt and garbage on interior. The door jams were not cleaned. Under back seat had not been vacuumed out. The tires were cleaned but rim's were not. Very unsatisfactory service.

I just got my car detailed two days ago and I'm still raving about how good my car looks. I had some stains in my seats that I had forsaken to be permanent but little did I know. When I got my car back I felt like I just bought it - the stains were gone! Great customer service - locally owned - very impressed. I highly recommend this business!

I have been here for interior detailing, i got a deal on Groupon , however that wasn t enough for what I wanted for my car so Jieno suggested me to go for a full interior detail + detailing engine bay, so i did as suggested. The smell in the car didn t go off completely, and they just degreased the engine and did a very bad job..however staff is good and friendly but not the job

This place is the absolute best! Took my car to another shop and they wanted an arm and a leg to fix my radiator. I took it to Gerardo at MyTech and he fixed it for significantly less. I won't take my cars anywhere else from now on. MyTech has fixed my cars several times over the last few years and I've never had any issues. They also have an easy to use estimate and pay system that just makes it so easy.

Found these guys on Groupon and took my vehicle over to have my brakes changed. Come to find out I had a lot more issue that just a basic brake change. These guys took great care of me and my car, gave me a great and more than fair price on the work they did, and had my car back to me faster than I expected! I will definitely be bring the rest of my cars to these guys. Great work.
