2016 Camaro SS-Cam/DOD delete/headersIts been atleast 6mos since I had work done at Modern Muscle. Work was done out of necessity, but Brad was very easy to work with, and we worked together to come to a price point that worked for me. The shop was busy so it took some time for the work to be completed but good work takes time. I havent had any issues with my vehicle since ive gotten work done and it sounds great!

This review is way past due Brad & Justin have done multiple builds for me including a hellcat and multiple zl1s and recently worked on my 55 Chevy and rocked it out!! I have 2 more builds on the schedule with them later this year. I ve been working with these guys since 2016 and I moved to Nashville in 2019 and still ship my cars to be done at Modern Muscle.. All I can say is what a great group of guys who take care of business quickly and efficiently. These guys have really built some killer cars for me and can t wait for the C8 build.

This was my first experience with work being completed by modern Muscle but it was a long time in the making. Brad talked through options in detail years before my factory warranty was over. So I had a solid plan when I was ready. They stand behind their work and have enough patience for us picky car owners.

I had my 2018 Camero SS worked on here. Brad and the team are very knowledgeable. Especially when it came to installing parts they've never worked with before. I will be going back in the future to get my engine worked on. I would highly recommend them to anyone who likes quality service or cheap service!

The customer service at modern muscle is top notch . Brad is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Justin did an awesome job with my tune .I brought my 09 tahoe to another very reputable shop . I wasn t very satisfied with the work the other shop did . I brought the truck to modern muscle and they got it done in a day . The truck feels like a totally different vehicle . I ve got quite a bit more hp and tq now and the trans shifts excellent . My mpg have gone up drastically too . Super satisfied with their work and how they treat their customers . I would highly recommend modern muscle to anyone that needs work done to their vehicle . Modern muscle has a life long customer in me now.The only regret I have is not going to them first .

I highly recommend Modern Muscle for anyone interested in performance upgrades for their vehicle. Brad was awesome. Listened to all my questions and concerns and took time to answer everything thoroughly. Great person. I can t say enough about the guys in the shop as well. Very friendly and accommodating.The performance boost for my Durango was worth every penny! Any future upgrades I will definitely be bringing here. 5/5 easy!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Brad was very nice and can't wait to schedule the appointment!Update! Car came back with perfect tune. Enough Hp and rwtq it's fun, fast and get amazing gas mileage with this beast! 100% satisfaction and worth waiting for!

Took my 2006 Mustang Gt in for some improvements. It had a ProCharger however I had no info on the tune or anything else that was done to the car. Spoke to Brad and told him what I was looking for as far as performance. Received input from Justin and Brad as to what would be best for what I was looking for and we came up with a plan. I was sold what I needed and nothing more. When I came in to pick up the car my old parts were packaged and my remaining invoice was explained in full. No surprises, no disappointments. They wanted me to drive the car and take my time to make sure I didn't have any issues. They had already completed their testing of course, but wanted me to also be assured of their work. I was completely satisfied with their service, detail and input at every stage of the build. The tune is spot on and the car runs very strong. If you have a "modern muscle" car or any car for that matter that needs performance work or just routine maintenance you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended this shop!!!

Had these guys tune my Mustang after I installed a Kenne Bell supercharger. Basically nailed it first time! I had to have them make one small adjustment to the timing of my shift points, which was done @ no charge, and which is also not something I fault them for in the least. Not only that, they did this without question 6 month later since I take liability off it in the winter. Brad was awesome to deal with and his partner nailed the tune. The tune was all they did, since I do my own work, but I was very pleased with everything, from the first call to make the appointment, to the small shift point adjustment 6 month later!

I've spent well over six figures at this garage so I have a lot of experiences with MM to write this review. I have brought the car back four times for the same problem, three times I've driven out of there and had to call a tow truck within 2 hours (all at my expense but once), they tuned and wired a fast system to my car, that upon professional FAST review was considered completely inappropriate. The list could go on and on, but the end of the story is: terrific guys, very good at main stream stuff, stay away from anything custom

So far I am pleased with all the work Carlos and the other technicians from Modern Muscle have done on my 2004 Chevy Tahoe. I know it's not a super car but it is my daily driver and Irreplaceable to me. I also appreciate how helpful and professional Brad is . There a busy shop and can't always answer calls but he did a great job at getting back to me through email and kept me in the loop on where they were with my truck! Can't wait to go back for the final tune after 500 miles. Keep up the good work!

Over the last few years I have had Modern Muscle perform a ton of work to my 2008 Dodge Challanger. I have always been impressed with how devoted they are to making sure I'm happy in the end. Brad and Justin really take the time to make sure the job is done right. Their attention to detail is incredible and unmatched. Modern Muscle is a one stop shop that stands behind their work. Dan and Carlos and awesome mechanics who take pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend MM if your looking to modify your ride.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the guys at Modern Muscle. They have gone out of their way to help multiple times. I have had them work on my car around 6 times or so and have had nothing but good results. I recommend them to any and everyone when asked where my car was worked on and tuned. They are just good people.

Was looking for more power and performance from my muscle car, so I did a Google search for high performance shops and modern muscle popped up. I decided to set up a consultation and visit their shop and after spending an hour or so talking with Brad and him showing me around the shop, I was pretty impressed with their customer service, knowledge, and advice on what would fit my goals and budget best. They're really a one stop shop over there since it seems like they can do it all, which is great and convenient for me. Before I knew it, I decided on hiring them to do their stage 2.5 package, and man the finished product was awesome! The performance and sound coming from my car now is amazing and I couldn't be happier. It'll take some time getting used to the power but once I do and I feel the itch for more, I'll definitely be going back to them for more goodies and upgrades. The crew at modern muscle is next to none and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend these guys. Check em' out, you won't be disappointed!

I'd recommend this shop if you have an American Muscle Car of recent vintage. I decided to bring my vehicle here and was pleased with their work.Also Brad is always very helpful whether I call or email him with questions. He was willing to price match parts when he could, and let me bring them in myself if that's what was cheaper. Whatever works, he was able to work with me.Thanks Brad!

I took my 1992 mustang GT for a dyno tuning after installing the Holly Terminator X and needed some suspension adjustments. Not only they did an awesome job but they cared about my car and treated me with the most respect. They did the job right . They care about you and your car not like most others . Just want your money and good luck . I will definitely take my car for extra work that im planning to do in the future. Thank you Modern MuscleService: Steering & suspension repair

Could not be happier with Modern Muscle. Perfect, the car runs perfect. Had them tune it twice before, as I added bolt on parts (headers, larger throttle body, fresh air etc.) They also relocated the O2 sensors that were conflicting with trans mount. This time added a camshaft, lifters, springs and retune. Communication was excellent, when a problem was found. Dan called my right away, so I could decide what to do, and when a very minor oversight was found when I picked up the car they made an "on the spot correction". Solid commitment to excellence. Top notch service and professionalism. These guys have been around for a long time and their knowledge and experience is second to none. I've been taking my street/strip rides to them for over a decade now as a loyal customer. My cars are always in good hands with Modern Muscle and yours will be too!

I have a 96 mustang gt that had a bad motor so I reached out to modern muscle for help. They offered me a coyote motor that was taken out of a low mileage mustang in there shop. The motor was all apart and they assured me that it was a good motor and that they had gone through it to make sure that everything was ok. They gave me a great deal on all the parts so I was very happy until I finished my build. The engine only ran for like 15 min before it started knocking. I let brad know what had happened not asking for anything yet, he said that they don t warranty any of they re work because it was a used motor and that makes it like shopping at eBay you never know what you ll get. Even though they went through it and put it all together and they said it was good before it was pulled from the mustang. They also put a bunch of new parts that they recommend me to buy and now I m out thousands. Never again will I go here for anything. 15 minutes of run time, for roughly 5,000 dollars in parts.

Great team at modern muscle,very professional and knowledgeable! They gave great advise and assistance in helping me with my overhaul of my 2011 challenger and continue to a be a great help! Can not speak highly enough of the modern muscle team with a special shout to Brad and Justin!

Aug.2021, 2012 Mustang GT, auto trans, car had 15200 miles. Brought it to Modern Muscle for a Procharger kit install and required supporting mods including ID 1050x injectors.Nothing fancy.Installation was good, no issues and reason for 2 stars.It was the dyno tuning that was bad. Wayyy off. Brought the car back 4x for tune adj. at an extra $150 an hr. At idle it would pop thru the exh. and would not sbift up or down nowhere near correct. The tuner said "Injector Dynamics injectors dont work in a 5oh" (now i kno he's lieing) but would sell me the right FIC injectors for $579. The car ran worse, would barely idle. Tuner said drive it for awhile it should smooth out. Just wants me to leave.Another time the tuner said "oops! I thought this had cams installed, thats what the problem is" No, its not. Its still pops while idling and hasnt shifted properly up or down since the tuner touched it. Brought the car home and stored it. After going back to Mod Muscle 4x a 5th return wont help.Blower install should get 5 stars but the tune cost the 3 stars. The tuner has probably boogered alot of cars. It was obviouse he was lost.I take my LS Corvette to Speed Inc, Schaumberg, IL. They have done far farrr more exstensive mods & tuning to it and I have never had problems there.Service: Auto engine tuning

THANK YOU JUSTIN, DAN AND BRAD!!! Brought in my 2017 Dodge Charger that was having issues with a just installed supercharger by another shop. The original installer was having difficulty diagnosing the performance problems so I found Modern Muscle on the internet. They were a little bit of a drive for me but boy was I glad I made the trip to them. Not only did they diagnose a complex issue, they gave me an education along the way. Justin's knowledge with tuning and diagnosing is top notch. I even had a washed car when I picked it up. Thanks Guys!!

I have brought multiple cars here from my 2006 Pontiac Gto to my 2013 Cadillac CTS-V. They have always been very responsive and upfront with all costs and estimates on the work they have performed on my cars. I have worked quite a bit with Brad who is always available to talk and give great advice on which direction to take my car in. I have also worked with Justin who has always tuned my cars so that they run strong and are reliable.If you are looking for a reliable place to take your car to, look no further and call Modern Muscle.

The crew at Modern Muscle is beyond exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure total satisfaction and their customer service is second to none. My 2010 SS has been in there twice for different upgrades and each time I have been absolutely thrilled with the results. Keep up the great work.

Long time in the making, but they did a great job. Even when problems occur they step up and make things right. Brad is great guy to work with and very knowledgeable. Will work with you to try to stay within your budget.

Bought my supercharged C5(2001) Corvette used in NJ about a year and half ago. It was already built and tuned when I got it. Had a bigger cam with supporting mods, headers, full exhaust , FAST intake, and a snow meth injection system. Made great power (558 on a Mustang dyno) and drove ok. Did have some fluctuations in rpms when letting off the throttle, would even drop low enough to stall sometimes, was a little jerky and had a pretty bad odor. I thought that it was tuned good and just figured I d live with the small things and I did for over a year.I ve had work done in the past here at Modern Muscle and have always been happy with it, I had even discussed the build with Brad prior to buying it and he had always told me from day one that it would be a good idea to have it brought in and have Justin look at the tune and adjust as needed.I finally decided to do it and let me say, should have done it from day one!!!I decided to not rely on the methanol injection system for fear of failure and causing damage to the engine, plus I don t need to make anymore power. Justin tuned it with the meth off. It made more power(now) and the drivability is WAY BETTER!!! It is so much smoother now, doesn t smell nearly as bad and best of all, it doesn t feel like it s going to stall when I pop it in neutral coming to a light. It s like a whole new driving experience! Worth every penny.Their shop is always professional, but still personal. I never feel pressured at all while discussing mods. If you are looking for a tuner with TONS of experience, and a shop with the knowledge and skill to do it right the first time, just stop looking and go to Modern Muscle. You won t be disappointed at all.Service: Auto engine tuning

Very good experience with the team. Everyone was patient, listened to my questions and comments, explained things to me clearly. This is the first time I've ever left my vehicle (I'm very picky), even for major work, and they exceeded my expectations. There was a shifting issue upon delivery but I worked with Dan and they corrected it, no questions and faster than I expected. I would not have issues working with them in the future. Brad, Justin, Gordon, Dan - thanks again.
