Three hours for an oil change and rear brakes replacement and as a bonus they scratched my front driver wheel considering that I told them not to do the tire rotation because I did it two weeks ago when I changed winter tires to all seasons!

I was in a car accident March 17th, turned into a transmission/warranty issues. Though warranty denied me without sending an inspector out. Jeff at hawk Subaru in the service department was able to help me turn the tables and get approval for my trans. He helped me out big time and I m glad to say I m happy with the service I have been receiving from them.

Dave Gonzales has to be an asset to your company he is the most caring man I have ever seen. He takes his time with customers explaining in detail what is being performed. Plus he has the softest hands of any man I have ever known. (Wink)

Had a wonderful experience getting my 2020 Legacy serviced here. Donna in the service department was so helpful over the phone and helped me book a service and Oil Change. They gave me a free loaner for the day. Went over the service with me before I left and were not pushy at all. Texted me when the car was ready and even send a video recording from the technician explaining the work they did. By far my best dealership service experience. Will definitely be the only place I take my Subaru for service.
