Crystal shine is fixing my Hyundai for the second time! I absolutely love the work they do. Your car will be looking brand new . I recommend them to anyone who wants honest hard work. They also have amazing communication through the process letting you know what is going on they take the time to make sure the job is done right !

There s so much positive and outstanding things I can say about this body shop! I was driving to work early in the morning when a buck who had a death wish decided to run into my 2021 Dodge Durango Rt. Of course when it happened I called around the Plainfield area looking for a body shop to take it to. The second I walked in the shop, immediately was helped by the ladies in the office, and they gave me a break down of the process of getting it worked on. Kept me updated with how long it was going to get parts as well. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a body shop to go here, stay away from big cooperations they are not the same. John the owner is running an outstanding business. My car was finished in under a month!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

John is an awesome guy! My vehicle was oversized for his shop (it s an RV) but he still took time to look at my paint issues and provided some honest & valuable advice for me. A rare find in the Chicago area, and he ll be the first spot I check when I need work on my regular vehicles.

Working with John and team at Crystal Shine Body Shop was an pleasure. They took all of the problems of working with the insurance, making sure quality parts were used and supplied, and kept me informed of where they were in the process.. In the end, the car turned out better than could be expected and my 19 year old was very pleased to get his car back looking like new. His statement was the bodylines on the door were better than the factory on the side that was fixed. I would recommend John and Team to anyone that wants their car to look new again.

We had an out of the ordinary issue with a wheelchair ramp van and John accepted the challenge and did a great job. Took time to show me what he did and shared pictures of the whole process. Office staff was good to work with as well

I was driving from Chicago to Missouri when my fender became loose as I was driving on 55. I pulled off the side of the road and called Crystal Shine and explained what happened. They told me to come right on by and that they would take care of me. John looked at my car and he and his crew had my car fixed up and ready to go in under 15 minutes. They even stayed into their lunch break because I was following my family on our road trip and was wanting to get back on the road asap. They didn t even charge me for their work or materials. Thank you so much, John and everyone at Crystal Shine. You are truly Angels and I m grateful to have been taken care of by each of you. My wife got rear ended in her Traverse and we took our car to Crystal Shine to get fixed. These guys were great! They gave us an estimate, took car of the insurance submission, and was able to fix the car in less than a week. They even went beyond what was expected and painted the whole tailgate and both quarter panels, just so the paint matched. You can't even tell that any work was done to the car, it looks great. Everyone at the shop is really nice and professional. I highly recommend these guys.

Had a great experience with the team at Crystal Shine. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had 2 different jobs completed and both turned out great. They were able to paint a new fender and bumper that I brought in for my 10 year old SUV and the results match perfectly(which I've come to understand is tricky off the vehicle without blending due to sun fade, wear, reflection etc.). Thus, extremely pleased with these results for my metallic black vehicle. The team also repaired my sons silver vehicle with side impact damage - another quality repair / match all the while being completed in nearly half of the time listed on the insurance estimate.

My experience with Crystal Shine Auto Body was fabulous! They were honest, thorough and provided excellent customer service! Maria handled all communication with the insurance company of the person who rear ended my car. She even caught things on the adjuster report that would have not been to my advantage and worked to make everything right. This is a wonderful family owned business. Highly recommend!!!!

These guys are amazing. Truly honest and go out of their way to honor their quotes. My daughter smashed her car up pretty badly, and knowing we were paying out of pocket Crystal Shine Body Shop went above and beyond trying to keep our out of pocket costs low. The car runs like new after being fixed and looks like nothing ever happened to it. They did all the work in a week, and I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely recommend this place! Hope I never have to use them again for something this serious, but they've got a lifetime customer should I ever need it. 5 stars!

Came in got a price within 10 minutes, other places told me they were backed up at least a month or had no one to give me a quote at the moment. I came here got a quote and they can have it finished within 2 weeks not 2 months at a resonable price, plus friendly people own the business n work here. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended body shop. They took my 1991 Mazda Miata and fixed a major dent/scratch right on a contour line on the passenger door. Other 'dent guys' said that they wouldn't be able to get it out so I didn't have much hope. Crystal Shine fixed it and I cannot tell where the problem was. Really great work. The color match for the scratch and many other dings and scratches on the side of the car is great. I feel proud of my car again. They did such great work that I now want to go back to get other minor scratches and dings on the rest of the body taken care of. I will definitely use Crystal Shine again. Price was good and turnaround was very good.

I was looking for a small business owner body shop in my area to fix body damage on my vehicle from a car accident. Being a small business owner myself, and with Covid causing havoc on small businesses, I wanted to find a local and reliable body shop to handle my insurance claim. Google reviews looked promising so I decided to stop by. John and his team were kind and very easy to work with. It s a family owned shop and I preferred to give them the business over a standard Franchise chain body shop. There quality of work was great as well as there attention to detail. There staff is very friendly, but professional. I had a great experience and will definitely send a referral there way in the futureService: Body & Trim

My car was in an accident and the person that hit me didn t have insurance I went through my insurance company and they recommended this place ! It was a great they are very professional and communication is SUPERB ! They fixed my car in a timely manner and kept me updated on everything! I highly recommend this place to anyone for any body job on their vehicle ! Love the outcome of my car and the people there are so sweet, Especially the lady at the front desk! I had the cab corners and rockers replaced on my 01 Silverado. The truck looks great. Was sent text message updates as the process moved along and being one to do most mechanical work on it myself I really liked seeing what was going on as I am intrigued by everything mechanical. Was a great experience from beginning to end and now my low mileage Chevy Silverado won t disappear from rust before I get some miles on it. And the price was very reasonable.Thank You Crystal Shine!

Brought my BMW here following a rear end accident. Did a perfect job, repaired & repainted my bumper which now looks off the dealer lot. Looking at their rates, this place has very reasonable pricing, and quick turn-around as it only took two days to fix everything. Would highly recommend.

Huge thanks for the work they did on my car. It had a fair amount of damage simply due to daily driving it and some bad luck. I got quotes all over the place and it was simply too much. When I got the quote from Crystal Shine Body Shop I accepted it immediately since it was nearly half of what others wanted and it turned out excellent. My car looks better than when I picked it up at 12,000 miles used. Huge thanks to everyone at Crystal Shine Body Shop! I would highly recommend everyone go to them for any body work needs.

My car needed repairs on 3 different occasions in the last 18 month and Crystal shine did an AMAZING JOB each and every time . John and his staff is nothing short of Amazing ! I brought my white 08 honda accord in to get my rear bumper fixed, it took a little longer then expected but the results were amazing. Looked just like when i first purchased the car. Their customer service is amazing. These guys will take care of you!

If you need any vehicle body work done, small or large, do yourself a favor and see the owner of Crystal Shine Body Shop, John Carmona. John and his team performed magic on my 2001 325i BMW. They removed quarter panel and hood rust, welded new metal into a severely rusted out rocker panel and repaired minor blemishes. I'm not kidding when I say the vehicle looks brand new! And, I feel the price of the job was very, very reasonable! I've had body work done on my vehicles in the past, but never to this level of quality. I highly recommend!!

The people at Crystal Shine Body Shop are wonderful, I had a great experience there. It s a family owned business and you can tell they take great pride in their work and really care about their customers. They went out of their way to help me with my car and to keep my repairs as affordable as possible. Would highly recommend them!!!!

I had some issues at first that I was quite mad about. John took it upon himself to contact my insurance and get the problem resolved. He even got my car towed to the shop free of charge when I notified him my radiator fell out the support. He made sure everything was done right and told me what was done to my car when I came to pick it up. Nice guy who cares about the reputation of his company and cares about his customers.

They are a great shop! The staff is very friendly and explained the procedures well. I was assure that if I wasn't happy with the final repair they would fix it. I had no issue when I picked up my car it was as if it had never gone through a wreck. Definitely recommend them.

Amazing service and amazing quality. I couldn't even tell my 2014 Dodge Avenger was in an accident. They were patient with me and my insurance company. The only reason it took about two months to get my vehicle was my horrible insurance. They even replaced my seats free of charge! Definitely a shop id recommend and go to for any work i may need in the future.
