Contours is awesome! I had to have a pretty large scrape repaired from someone side swiping my car, and it turned out great. It looked brand new and the color matched perfectly. I was initially skeptical because his quote was less than half of what two other places quoted me, but I heard great things about their work and they definitely exceeded my expectations. It was also a very quick turn around time and the final price was exactly what he quoted - no surprises.I was so impressed that I took my car back there for a new issue. I initially took it to the dealer since it's still under warranty, but since the rear windshield fluid line was chewed up by an animal, it wasn't covered. The dealer said they did a temporary fix, but there was fluid all over my cabin, so I took it right to Contours. Robert was so nice and helpful. He got my car in on the spot and put in a temporary fix until the can get the part in.

I was quoted a price for my vehicle by Josh, and we landed on a deal. As discussed, I dropped by vehicle off this past Monday morning and by the evening, I received a call from Robert stating that I was incorrectly quoted and there would be an additional $1,050 charge. The work had not even begun, this was simply from Robert s perspective. I can t speak to the quality of their work, due to picking up my vehicle the following morning, as I do not prefer to do business with folks who give out incorrect information. It would be one thing if the work begun and something unexpected came up, but to have the vehicle sitting there an entire day before contacting me tells me that customer service is not a priority for them. A company name is a brand and they did not show up as a brand I would like to do business with.

Went here again for my brand new Nissan Titan. Got side swiped. Multiple places said they would do their best but weren t confident. Right away I was told at contours that the dent would be an easy fix over a days work. Dent is now gone and I will never go anywhere else for repair work!Extremely professional manner. Took the dent out of my motorcycle tank and repainted and looks brand new. Would highly recommend Contours for any auto body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have used Contours on a couple of different occasions and we have had such a great experience. Most recently our son was involved in a hit and run a week before he was due to go back to school. Contours worked hard to get the repairs done in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I had an excellent experience and I want to thank Josh and Contours Auto Body for the excellent work and outstanding customer service. There was damage to the frame/body in which initially was thought not to be able to be fixed. Josh used his expertise/creativity and diagnosed it to come up with an alternate solution to salvage the vehicle. He got the repair done and back to me in a shorter time than previously estimated even though it it needed major repair work. This location is highly recommended!Service: Welding

This shop was a breeze to work with! Owner was very professional and answered all my questions/put my mind at ease. I was very impressed by the work performed after my car was in an accident. Completely new exhaust, lift gate, rear bumper and all the fixins'. The sensors and backup cameras work perfectly. I had a ding on my door that they got out - doesn't even look like it was ever there. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Josh has worked on two vehicles for me and we have been happy with the price and quality each time. Most recently, he repaired my Dad's Honda Accord after he sideswiped a pole. The work was done within 3 days and we were extremely happy with the quality of what he did. We would absolutely bring our vehicle back to to him for any further bodywork that was needed to be done on any of our cars.

Just blown away by Josh, Jody and the the rest of team. Excellent customer service. The quality of work was top notch. They definitely want to make sure you leave a happy customer and that they did with me. The attention to detail and how they always keep you in the loop of what's going on is something to be witnessed. Just a warm and cozy shop makes you feel right at home. I took my Mustang GT to Contours. My car is my baby, and I expect the best. Josh and Jody are exactly that. Firstly, when walking through the door you're treated not like just another customer but like family. When looking at your car, Josh (the guru/master of body work) will tell you his recommendations and offer courses of action for fixing the issue. You'll know your in the right place. Jody (the office manager) prides herself on giving you the absolute best price she can on all work, and is also extremely friendly. Throughout the repair they kept me completely up-to-date on everything, answered my questions promptly, and didn't mind if i stopped by to see what was going on. They were able to get me in to the shop extremely fast, and finished the work a day ahead of schedule (and stayed open late for me to come pick it up). I'm extremely satisfied with all work done by Josh (and i'm hard to please when it comes to my car)... he really is the best. Great place, friendly, honest, outstanding communication, great prices, and amazing at what they do - what more can you ask for? Skip the other places and take your car here - you will not be disappointed.

GREAT SERVICE! So convenient - I was lucky enough to get a same day estimate for damage to my car. Josh was very friendly and professional! Service was very quick. The estimate was on a Wednesday and I was able to make an appointment for the following Monday for the work. The office manager, Jody, even gave me a ride home after drop off. Originally, Josh said he would need the car Monday - Wednesday. Imagine my surprise when Jody called mid-day Tuesday to let me know my car was ready! I am very pleased with the repair - it looks AWESOME! All of their work is guaranteed, so it's a win-win situation. And, as an added bonus, the quote was extremely fair!

Great service and attention to detail. Brought my car in after being rear ended. They did a great job and stood by their work. While I hope I don't have a need to bring my car in for service again, if I do, I will definitely be bring my car back to them!

Used this shop for the first time with fairly extensive repair to a 2012 Ford Fusion rear end. Work was completed within a timely fashion and looked brand new. My customer opened her door after being amazed with repair quality to find a freshly detailed interior. That finishing touch created not only a return customer for my business but two for theirs. With complete confidence, I highly recommend Countours Auto Body!

After my car was in an accident I called here not knowing any places in the area. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Everyone was kind and helpful. I don't live in the area and was only here visiting when the accident occured. But if I did I would bring my car here for any body work that I may need. If you live in the area you should do the same. Thank you Contours for all of your help.

Repaired a dent in the tank and painted tank and fenders for my motorcycle. It took a little longer than originally estimated, but end results looked great and the price was very reasonable. Will look to have more work done in the future on my cars.

I have used Josh and his team for the last 7-8 years. He does great work and they are a good value for money. JRP can not say enough good things about this business. Incredible work. Our entire industrial park brings their body work to this business and there is a reason they do. They are the best body shop we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in our six plus years of business. They keep incredibly busy at all times and have repairs completed in a timely fashion. Will continue to return and recommend.

Contours quoted me $50 and $120 higher than two other local places. Unfortunately both of the other shops were booked for a solid month so I decided I wanted the work done asap and took it to Contours.I was very disappointed with the work they did. The color matching was not the same color as the rest of the car. It was slightly more orange and there were dark flecks in a few spots. The clear coat they applied was duller looking than the rest of my car as well. It was obvious where the work had been done. There were tons of bumps in the clear coat as if it was sprayed on with dust and debris in the air. There was also a very noticeable tape line where they had stopped painting. Extremely unprofessional.When I brought up these issues I was told to bring the car back in. When I took it back in I was lied to and told the tape line was from the car manufacturer. Car factories do NOT leave tape lines from their paint jobs. They needed my car over night but basically just polished and buffed some of the bumps out and did nothing else for the numerous other issues.

A&G Paintless Dent Removal uses Contours Auto Body for some of our paint work and I would highly recommend Josh s work and I m picky.. Fair prices and returns our vehicles in a timely fashion.

This shop is great! They took care of my car, replacing bumper with after market last year.....
