Chris the part sales manager was outstanding! He helped me put in a cabin air filter and air filter. Not only that but he trained me throughly. He showed me how to do it and then had me do it myself. That was amazing. I have never had anyone invest so much energy and time in me. He has excellent customer service skills and training skills. I am so grateful what he did. This man should be a teacher and instructor for autozones training academy. Thank you again.

This place is great. Eric did an amazing job at helping me find the right headlight for me, and installing it with excellent customer service. I felt like I was simply visiting a friend to install a headlight for me. Again, Eric is fantastic and I will recommend everyone to visit this location.

Stopped in while it was raining tonight for new wiper blades for my son s car. Mychel was very helpful, made sure we had the correct wiper blades and helped me install them. Thank you Mychel!!

They had me dump my own oil in the drum they keep in the back of the store which I don't think is allowed. When I walked out there was a couple struggling to get some wipers they just bought put on their car. I helped them out after they said the guys inside denied helping install them. 4 or 5 guys inside and none were willing to help.

The ONE time I'm too lazy to back in to my garage, my battery dies. labor day weekend, and everything is closed! needless to say I'm stressed! but AutoZone was open, they had the battery I needed...YAY! BUT Christopher, that man is awesome! he calmed me down, he made me laugh, he explained everything he did, and why. He even answered my stupid questions. WOW! He really is awesome!! Great experience!! :)

not the desired customer service, I purchased items for my vehicles and was given the wrong part.. no issues there. I return to the same store and the female attendant asks me what I needed, all while a loud speaker playing heavy metal music adjacent to the register I was at. I said I was given the wrong parts. she proceeds to check and she confirmed it was the wrong part. She proceeds to tell me if I want to purchase the correct part; I said I want to exchange the wrong part for the correct one. s he asks me for the receipt; which I did not have in my possession. I said I was at this store 2 days ago on this register since they could not retrieve the transaction with the credit card used for the purchase, The manager comes over and searches for the transaction, and says to swap the part. In the meantime I was looking for my bank transaction and showed it the the female attendant to confirm I had bought the items there ,,, she responded So? I[ve been an A\Z customer for many years, this is the first time I encountered staff with no desire to address the issue that originated with the wrong part and on top of it an attitude,,,,

This location has the best help and expertise. I visited over a month ago, and I can't forget how well I was treated. My check engine light triggered, so I stopped to have the codes read. Chris not only helped me get the right part, but he proceeded to lift the hood so he could demonstrate to me the steps I needed to follow and ensure I had additional tools needed to complete the job. After all of this I managed to find that I locked the keys in the car. The staff helped me to contact the community officer (my phone was also locked in the car) and they laughed with me until the officer came to help. What could have been a terrible day is forever seared as a day when so much kindness was extended. Many thanks to thus Auto Zone Family.

Amazing experience here yesterday. After a long day of distress with my car not working. I can t remember the employee name but he installed A battery on my 2017 black Kia forte. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on the product. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Chris and Eric were Amazing. They tagged team to assist with my new battery in my Honda Civic. I was missing a screw for the holding battery bracket and Chris knew right away where a replacement was and able to assist with no hesitation. Speedy service!! You guys Rock!!!Thank you sooooo much!I will be back for more service if needed.

Walked in looking puzzled and Chirs C saw I was kinda puzzled. Was having a few problems with getting parts for my car, and looking for a few other things. Chris went above and beyond help he helped me look for everything I needed and if they didn't have it he told me they can order the parts I needed and have them shipped to the store, then he also helped me look for the parts that Auto Zone don't carry and where I can find them and gave me the part numbers so I can find them to order them. I have been to many stores and never have had a Employee ever go above and beyond to help a customer. More stores should find more Employees like this, Thank you so much Chris C

Walked in today for new windshield wipers as soon as I walked in Christopher helped me right away and asked to install my windshield wipers for me. He was very helpful and generous, the best customer service I received.

I stopped in for a front turn signal light bulb. I had intended to change it myself and asked the manager (I think his name was Luis) to show me how. He took a look and showed me what to do, stating it would take about 10 minutes. I went inside to pay for the bulb and before I knew it, he started working on it! While I as waiting, I walked around the store and decided to get new windshield wipers as well. When I paid for them, he asked If I would like him to put them on. Luis was pleasant, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I will continue to use this AutoZone in the future and highly recommend this store.

Just stopped in to AutoZone in Plainfield. Had an issue with a maintenance required alert on my Toyota Corolla. Chris C. came out and fixed the problem by resetting my car program at no cost to me! I am so grateful he was in the store today to help! Told him thanks so much and he replied (It's what we do)! Thanks again Chris you are the man!!

Weirdest thing happened to me while driving. I found a 5ft charger wrapped around the inside of my tire.I stopped by auto zone in Plainfield on Rt 59 and Chris instantly jumped up to help me. He took a quick look and way able to unlodge the charger cord. I m so thankful he could help. There s no way I could have gotten it on my own. Thanks Chris!

Needed wipers for my car. Mychel was very helpful in finding the size and explaining the differences in prices and brands and how ice and snow cause wipers to wear down. He installed them for me and would not accept a tip. My experiences at this location have always been stellar. Kudos. Will definitely return for any future necessities.

I came to the store to have battery and alternator checked. The staff member (my bad that I did not take his name) was professional and patient. He not only tested my battery, starter and alternator, he also took time explain other things that might have caused the trouble starting the car (e.g. moisture in the fuel system). Really appreciate his help.

Great place for your basic auto needs! Quick Lanes down the road said I needed a new battery. Went to AutoZone, where they gave great recommendations for new batteries and would be able to replace it for me. They also tested out my battery again for me, and it turned out it was in great working order. Ended up saving over $100 due to their great customer service. The staff there was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this AutoZone.

Every Auto Zone location I have been to has great customer service. The staff here helped change the battery on my girlfriend s car. The process was quite time consuming because the car takes a special battery, but the two Auto Zone staff members were extremely kind and took the time to replace it for us. I really appreciate them both!

Spencer was a great help! Went in to try to have someone help me with a car air pump and Spencer went out of his way to make sure my tire was filled and to show me the proper way to use the car air pump. 10/10 customer service. If you need any help, definitely go to Spencer!

I'm not usually one to take the time to write reviews, but I really felt the need to after the excellent service the Store Manager, Ryan, provided me with today. After my car key fob was incorrectly re-assembled and no longer working by a guy from the Walmart auto section, Ryan was quick to assist me and figure out the issue even though he knew I wasn't there to make a purchase. He took a good chunk of time to resolve it and made sure I left the store with a working key fob. I really appreciated his help and will definitely be returning to this store for any other auto-related issues or purchases I need to make. Thanks Ryan!
