My bf had to take his car here. Glen (I believe the owner) is beyond professional, easy to talk to, and explained everything that he had done. He kept in contact with us so we knew what was going on, he's reasonable with pricing as well which is always a plus! Would highly recommend this place, lets keep supporting small businesses such as this one.

This is absolutely a family business. The owner, is honest, fair, goes above and exceeds expectations every time. What else can you look for? Trusted, fair- will get done right. He went above and beyond to help my partner with her Jeep. And it was done perfectly.Don t bother looking around. Just come here and work with honest people who are masters of their crafts. I have never met a guy or been in a shop this honest. I just stumbled upon them in Whats happening in BB. I took my old bmw SUV for a noise and Jason told me to go there at 1pm Friday (today). I walked in and I didn't even wait. He took the key and minutes later he came back with diagnosis FREE, quoting hours and parts to fix it just like that, unlike other shops telling me that they can't quote me a price until they start fixing it. I read right about them, they care about your concern and not your pocket. I will definitely start bringing our cars here. No wonder they got 5 stars anywhere you search for them, currently mid 70s review in google and more than 761 reviews in surecritic, all 5 stars.

I had a dashcam/radar professionally installed on my Lexus NX300. It looks as if they were originally installed from the manufacturer. Glenn & Jason are awesome, they both are excellent mechanics. Honest & clear on what "needs" to be repaired. I have used them for years, repair price always what is quoted or less. Always recommend Arrowhead Automotive. Great service.

Have been bringing my cars here for few years now and have always been greeted nicely, treated nicely. The charges are also reasonable.Jason and Glenn are awesome guys.I love helping family run business, like this one.They have a lounge with wifi and have worked from there few times, good to know.If you need anything to be done to your car, visit them.Regards,Andy - Anand

Glen and Jason are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, friendly, fast, honest, and fairly priced. I have never been disappointed or felt taken advantage of at their shop. Take your vehicle to Arrowhead with confidence knowing your vehicle is in good hands at a fair price.

I brought my Audi A6 to Arrowhead for service for a multitude of fixes. The facility is very clean and has a nice waiting area with tables & chairs and a TV where you can wait for your car while being serviced. The owners, Jason and Glen, were professional and knowledgeable and have years of experience. They both have worked for a competitor before opening up their own automotive repair shop. I have never brought my Audi anywhere but the dealer, and I can tell you that I loved the personal service I received ... and the cost savings! I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend Arrowhead Automotive to anyone who needs work done on any car from luxury on down.

I m a single woman and certainly a target for unscrupulous car repair shops. I have total confidence when I bring my car to Glen and Jason. They are always honest, fair and dependable. Their shop is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. Glen has worked on my car for over 25 years and I highly recommended both Jason and Glen for any repair.

Hands down the best automotive repair shop I have ever been too. They did great work on my Mercedes for a reasonable price. The Naperville Mercedes Dealer wanted close to $3,000 to replace my failed power steering pump serpentine belt and a few pulleys. Jason and Glen did it job in less than a day using Mercedes OEM Parts for less than half the price. Since then, I have put 15,000 miles on my car with no issues. I now bring my wife's car and my mom also brings her car there. UPDATE 6 YEARS LATER: also have had 10+ friends bring their cars to them for repair and all of them have been pleased. Jason and Glen are the best mechanics you could ever ask for.

Hands down, best car shop I've ever been to. Highly recommend!They are efficient, friendly, helpful, and super fair with pricing. And unlike some other places, they don't try and trick you into doing unnecessary work. Can't say enough good stuff about this place!

Had my vehicle serviced there last week after a check engine light came on. My wife was going to be out of town for a week so we just dropped it off on a Sunday night hoping they could get to it while she was gone. Although they were booked out Glen was able to get it in, repair the car and get it back to me. Great service and great people. I would highly recommend them.

I will absolutely go NOWHERE else to have work done on my car. Jason & Glenn did such a phenomenal job that I will be recommending them to anyone I come across, friend or stranger. They are quick, efficient, cost effective, and my favorite part, HONEST. I couldn't tell you the last time I went to a mechanic and didn't feel like they were trying to take me to the bank with all the things "my car absolutely needs done". Jason told me exactly what was going on, what it would cost to fix it, and that was it. I was sold. I had my car back in less than 24 hours, and it has been driving like a dream ever since. Without a doubt, I will be returning to this shop for many years to come. Absolutely the most fantastic, honest guys I've ever met! You'd be stupid to not take your car here, seriously.

The service: Among the best. I don't trust many people with my cars, especially because I have had some bad experiences with unnecessary services and being overcharged. The guys at Arrowhead are experts, and truly make me understand what issues my car has, when it needs to be serviced, and any work being done. I trust them more than my Lincoln dealer.The location: Easy to find, easy parking, and clean facilities. Comfortable areas to wait for very timely service.Overall experience: I would recommend Arrowhead to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic, no BS auto service at a fair price. Solved my car's problems the first time around. Glen and Jason are what all mechanics should be, honest, fair and knowledgeable. My car not only ran better than it has since I bought it (over 10 years ago), but it also came back cleaner than I brought it in.This is the kind of shop you stick with for life.

Arrowhead Automotive is the most honest and knowledgeable place that I ve had the pleasure to go to. They will not rip you off and do unnecessary work on your car. They will fix what you ask them to fix and let you know what else you might need in the future or what you will need right now. I am a man, but I would recommend this shop for women who sick of getting ripped off by shady mechanics. They are honest and good.

I'm so grateful for Jason and Glenn! I was at the dealer this morning to get a recall fixed and watching those service advisors trying to push unnecessary repairs on people. It's disgusting! Arrowhead never pushes unneeded repairs. Thank you so much Arrowhead for being awesome and honest!

Everyone knows that fixing an automobile can be a stressful and costly experience. Jason and Glen of Arrowhead Automotive have made every experience seamless and much less expensive than the dealer.I trust these guys from my oil changes and tire rotations, all the way to a full engine replacement and transmission work.Very friendly, very clean, very reasonable with the cost. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else but Arrowhead from now on!

If you are in need of any auto repair do not hesitate to call up Jason & Glen at Arrowhead Auto. They are the best mechanics around and there is nothing they can't diagnose and fix right the first time. They are the only mechanics I use when I need repairs or routine maintenance. Best described as Honest, Precise, Accommodating & Fairly priced.

A friend recommended Arrowhead Automotive to me because he knows how particular I am with my work and personal vehicles. I ve been taking cars and my carpet cleaning van to Jason for routine maintenance and am very happy with the service, scheduling and fair price. Very nice folks also. Arrowhead is always my first choice for auto service and repairs. Glen and Jason are very honest and have intregrity in spades. Their prices are very competitive; moreover, they only charge for the work done and nothing more.

My entire household goes to Arrowhead Automotive for everything! Oil change, brakes, emissions light, engine trouble, you name it! They are always knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, efficient, and fair. I haven't had a single bad experience here, and am not going to anyone else. On top of all that, every summer they have a classic car show & cook out!
