My family and I were traveling from Ohio to Kansas and found ourselves in immediate need of a tire repair shop to get home. A quick Google search sent us to Neal 10 minutes before their closing time. They were so generous and wonderful and helpful. Their experience and customer service and kindness can t be beat. We are thankful we found them and to them for their help.

My sister made an emergency stop as her car was overheating. First thing they did was change the radiator as they said it was leaking (which it was not, verified by a certified mechanic) and charged her over $600. That did not fix the problem. They told her that it was probably the head gasket and needed to check further. Their next step was to remove the cylinder head and replace a gasket. We advised her to tell them not to do anything else and we picked up the car. We took it to another mechanic and the car is fixed with no additional parts needed and the engine was repaired. Let s just keep throwing parts and labor until something might work .I think not!!

Had my truck aligned and drives perfect! Would highly recommend these guys! Rich and Dave were very professional and took the time to explained what adjustment was made. I was out in a hour! Excellent guys!

What an awesome place to do business. I have bought tires, and had a lift kit installed on 2 trucks. The staff is always professional and the quality of work is exceptional. Dave in the shop is by far the best suspension guy out there. I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.

Do all my business there. Have always had great service, with or without appointments. Have had the "run in and hope they get me in", and always have worked me in. Great bunch of workers. Planning two oil changes this week. Thanks for your hard work.

Very unprofessional establishment! I live 4 hours away and Never been to this place but yet they reported to car fax I had my tires rotated there with incorrect mileage causing my vehicle to be branded with mileage inconsistency! I called and spoke with cliff who took 3 weeks giving me the run around till I mentioned I will be seeking further legal action if this is not corrected asap! Not only did this careless mistake make me lose out on selling my car but it was just a horrible experience that should have never happened!

Cliff an his staff always take care of your needs free flat repair an rotation when you buy your tires there an if you get your oil changed they also offer free rotation of tires no matter were you buy them!!
