We were out of town and our battery gauge was getting lower we got to the Napa auto parts store within a hour of closing, the gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and very helpful. He let us borrow a socket set to change the battery. I feel like I was treated to small town friendliness. I hope this helps. Thank you.

More than nappa no how when it comes to service there. You have priority over the phone calls a big plus! From rv parts to equipment parts more than willing to help you find what you need. Clean can sit on chair or lean on counter with out grease stain.

Tim is a bit grouchy but lets be honest we all are. But the staff are very knowledgeable and actuallt are nice people. Very quick to help as well.

Cheap on some things n expensive on others staff is alright they don't always carry what u need u have to wait for the to order something's, which means u have to wait tell next day. They get the shipment early in the morning so it's convenient. Overall it's an alright place.

Overpriced rude and arrogant. I would walk to Missouri to get parts if I was broke down in Pittsfield.
