I was I72 East bound and had my second flat tire of the day. Allen's was recommended to me by a friendly state trooper. John C. helped me out with a tow and 2 new tires. Awesome service! Thank you John!!!

We needed our motorhome and our trailer towed home 4hrs away. They not only towed the motorhome but provided a pickup truck so we could get our trailer home!! Above and beyond service!! The tow truck driver was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he made a bad day a little better.

Fast & friendly! Excellent service on a busy holiday. Phone answered (not voicemail). Came out right away. Couldn't tow immediately but offered a generous solution. A jump start worked--headed home now. Thank you!

This place really saved the day for us! We were traveling across country and we blew a tire on the highway, and they sent a worker to come find us 25 minutes down the highway, and he brought a tire and help change it on the side of the road and got us all set to go again. Such a huge help In a time and place that was definitely not familiar or comfortable for us. Thank you for your service!

Has helped us out 2 times recently. They came and did the job without anymore damages. Wasn't too fair from them and needed help. They are the first people we call for our tire needs. Very friendly. Great quality to have that in our hometown.

While visiting a local campground in Pittsfield, our camper developed a tire valve stem leak on Friday. Called in and spoke with Brooks who was very polite and helpful. On Saturday we received a call from Pat who said he d be there in 5 minutes to fix it. The issue was repaired right at the campground. Great service and super polite!

Had all four New tires put on my truck here. I paid $600.00 not even a week later 4 out of 5 posts broke on my rear passenger tire! The owner refused to take accountability for the new rim that is need ($357.00) yet replaced all the posts and said he s been a swell guy for doing that much! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!!!!! They treat your safety and your families safety like a joke!!

Called for a tow service. I paid $115 in advance over the phone. I requested a receipt for insurance reimbursement. Not only did the tow not happen until the following day, they forgot the receipt. The excuse given was that they called to tell us that they had a more important service call; yet the person that paid the bill (myself) didn t get a courtesy call (I gave my number also). I called to ask why the delay and lack of receipt. Instead I get an extremely rude response from (Brooks). He said that we could drive to their shop to get the receipt. I asked for it to be faxed to me and that took two phone calls and two different people to successfully send a fax. I understand how it works with Allen Tire. Pay in advance, not get the service done in a timely manner and get a horrible customer service experience. Lesson learned. Never again!

Amazing people here!! If you want great, fast service, then stop Here! We were just passing by and had problems with our vehicle and Allen Tire went above and beyond to help us out and quickly too!

Great bunch of guys and always willing to help. Buy all my tires there. Just have to be patient, they are a very busy place but they will take very good care of you. Won't go anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about Allen's Tire and Wrecker Service! They helped my husband and I with our flat tire that we had NO idea how to fix AND it was the 4th of July! We were out of towners and were stranded at least 270 miles from home and Allen's tire service took care of us without fail and even on a day that they technically weren't open or obligated to service us. All this for a fair and reasonable price! Ask for Richie if you're ever in a jam with your automobile. Richie was super knowledgeable and professional and had us in and out in no time. THANK YOU ALLEN'S TIRE WRECKER SERVICE!

After having 4 tires put on my truck the wheel came off all of a sudden and caused an accident leaving my children scarred to death and in tears. The recommendation I have is they be shut down immediately and take responsibility for their actions. The owner laughed in our face when we spoke to him about what transpired.

Timely assistance with a car start in very cold weather. The young man was very kind - he even stayed to make sure my car was able to exit the driveway full of snow.

I had a tire put on a Rim there and they over inflated it and the 1st bump I hit the tire exploded causing damage to my car they said they weren't liable and essentially laughed in my face about it when I asked them to repair my car. They are a very horrible company and I agree with the last comment they should be shut down
