The attendent was able to locate my windshield wiper blade quickly. She then informed me she could install it for free. She was knowledgable, courteous, and very professional.

Went to warranty out a battery that was less the a year and 3 months old and 3 people could not give me a answer on if it was gonna be a straight swap or prorated battery. Wasted 30 minutes and still without a battery. Worst O Riley s around hands down.
