The entire buying process with Moore Brothers was the best I've ever experienced! Jason made everything so simple and easy. He got all the paperwork ready for me before I got there and it literally took me like 5-10 minutes to sign. I'd HIGHLY recommend Moore Brothers Auto for your next vehicle purchase!

Honorable group to work with! Just weeks after my purchase from Moore brothers auto my vehicle experienced an error code of pending doom, but Jason Houghland worked with me and was more than helpful in rectifying the problem. 11/10!!! B

Owner was very intimidating to us as a young couple. We've never purchased a vehicle from a dealer before and we could tell he didn't want us looking under the hood or nothing like that. Trying to rush us back inside. I ended up purchasing a vehicle, and my car was still under warranty, and the catalac converter needed replaced. They cleared codes before the car got test drove. Took the car for a catalac converter replacement, had it in their shop for a few days, thought they replaced it, come to found out layer on they NEVER REPLACED IT! LIARS! Ill never do business with them again. I had to pay 1500 to get a car under warranty fixed

Great place to buy a car ! I m beyond happy ! They make you feel comfortable and help you any way they can to get you the car you want ! I love the car I purchased and I am very very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff! Highly recommend moores brothers if you need a car or truck!

After deciding I wanted a bigger car but wasn't sure what I wanted to do, I decided to message Jason after a friend recommended me. He was amazing through the WHOLE process. I asked questions upon questions and he answered every single one. He never pushed me into buying anything.He made the car buying process so much easier! Just got my new car today and absolutely love it. :)

We are very pleased with this car dealership! They helped my daughter get into her Mazda 3!! They answered all our questions and even called SI credit union and discussed with them our daughters situation and helped us get approved! We will definitely be back! Also our salesman jessy was wonderful and not pushy at all!!

They treated my son who just turned 16 great he had saved his own money from working since he was 15 he found a car he liked online I sent them a message they responded almost immediately my son and his uncle drove up the next day to drive the car. He ended up wanting it and handed them cash. When the dealership found out he would have to come back to get it as his mom didn t want him driving that far away yet by himself they offered to deliver the car to him. We could not of had a better experience. Highly recommend.

We drove an hour and a half to buy our 2015 Toyota Corolla from Moore Brothers and we were very happy with the whole process. When I asked if I could put it on a credit card they even split the card fee with us. He said the 2nd key fob had been lost but would send it to us if he found it. Sure enough, 3 months later the key fob came in the mail!! That's going above and beyond :).

Jessy is a great salesman , he is easy to work with, never pushy, honest and bonus he is great with cranky kiddos when your trying to buy your vehicle! Highly recommended moore Brothers their all around the best dealership around

My second experience at Moore Brothers was such a night and day difference with my salesman Jason from my first experience. Jason help me so much through the process of finding the right car for me and what I was looking for on the monthly payment. He kept me informed through the process and kept it as stress free as possible. I appreciated all the help I got from Jason. I will probably be back in the future and see him from now on.

Today I had an appointment to search for a secondary vehicle. My salesman had a very repulsive demeanor when he found out that I was wanting to find the information instead of just purchasing the vehicle. I told him that I wanted about to talk with my father about the vehicle and have him look at the vehicle as well, and he was overly aggressive and kept questioning why I was wanting to talk with my father. He simply stated that since I was just fact finding he might as well put up the close sign and kick his feet up on the desk. At this point in time in I was so appalled that for a small town car dealership Moore Brothers would have more professionalism and better customer service. This experience was my first and definitely last time I do business with Moore Brothers if this is how they treat a customer who was just wanting some information before making a purchase.

My wife and I purchased a car from Moore Brothers nearly 3 weeks ago. The car is exactly what we were looking for. So far so good!!! The highlight of our experience was meeting Jason and discussing our pending purchase. Jason was super-nice and very personable. We left feeling he was an honest man who dealt very fairly with us. My first purchase and experience with Moore Brothers was excellent. Alex, Trevor, and the other great guys that cleaned up our purchase and kept us happy with coffee. Denise and I just want to say what a difference it is when your dealing with professional and down home folks. We will certainly come back for another vehicle purchase.

Amazing dealership! They helped me so much when I couldn t figure out what it was a I wanted. Alex, bill and Jason all helped me and figured out what was safest for my family. It really has given me peace of mind that I didn t have before. I appreciate everything these awesome salesmen did for me and my family! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about Moore Brothers! I trade vehicles often because I am very indecisive ;) and I have bought 3 vehicles from Jason. I will continue to buy from there in the future. They are very helpful and straight forward. If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Moore Brothers. I find it VERY convenient that I can TEXT for more information about a vehicles and they always get back to me right away.I also really enjoy the extra $$ that I get for referring friends and family to buy there as well. For each referral that you send that makes a purchase, Moore Brothers will send you $100!!!

I traded in a 2012 Nissan Altima. The car was perfect. Bought a 03 f250 7.3 diesel turbo charged 165,000 miles . It has been nothing but problems a money pit . 4 wheel drive , transmission went out , won t start at 40 degrees unless I plug it in . I have spent approximately $ 8000 on this truck for repairs. Almost forgot rebuilt front end and brakes all the way around . Stay away from this dealership.

I bought my suv in September as soon as I was driving off the lot I noticed the backup camera was upside the salesman said all it needs is to be reset at the dealership went to the dealership and they said I need a new camera told them they replaced my camera I also had a evap censor going off they fixed that also my suv is an older suv but when I had them problems not even a month after having it (maybe 2 wks) I told them and they fixed the problems can't complain I also can't complain about the price I paid either

When I got my car I got great service. Got a Dodge nitro and I have had nothing but issues with it since 2 months after I got it and it breaks down every like 3 months if that.. I have had to put way to much money into it and still having to. Fix one thing and another goes out and it shouldnt be that way.. got it so I had a reliable car and can't even have that...

I was in need of a newer more dependable car so I stopped in at the Moore Bros. Auto lot in Pinckneyville Il. where I met the mngr. Jason I test drove a couple different cars and really liked a 2007 Chrysler Sebring with 92 K. miles I was turned down by my Bank because of a Tax lein i had outstanding and I knew it was there i was making pmts. on it but Murphy-wal bank just looked at the problem not a solution, I had been in a severe motorcycle accident in 08 and became 100% disabled i was pretty discouraged and then I got a call from Jason who introduced me to the loan Mngr. at F.N.B. of p-ville. who found a solution to my problem. I am happy to say i now bank with F.N.B and i got a decent percentage rate on the loan and paid off the tax lein and when i get this Sebring paid down I will be going back to see Jason about a chevy truck, I am happy to say I call him my friend now. Thanks Jason If you need a good usaed car go see Jason he is a great guy, very professional and will do what he can to get you in to a car you like. Sincerely Randall J. Dodds

Very good experience. The van that I bought runs great and for a great price. The only bad thing is I wish I didn't have to buy new tires 3 months afterwards.

I was approved for a Nissan Juke then when I went out with my information to pickup the car they wanted slot more and told me I wasn't consistent with my work history because I'm fully employed aswell as capbiable to pay for a ten thousand dollar car, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
