The staff was polite and friendly but the selection of tires was limited and mainly for truck and SUV. So I wasn't able to get assistance but they did try there best to help me with other solutions. I appreciated that.One employee in particular went above and beyond to try and help me with my problem and I am grateful for his valiant effort.Overall had they had a slightly bigger variety of tire selection and been able to help me they would have gotten a 5 star from me.

Been here more than a few times and in the past been told it's first come first serve that they don't take appointments. I go in today and the guy tells me your not getting an oil change without an appointment! I said in the past I've been told you don't have to make one. Then tells me we been taking them for a year and a half idk how you didn't know that! I've been procrastinating long enough and I'm going to try so hard and not to go back to Walmart for nothing!!!!!

So upset with experience here getting tires. Manager David chose to do what he wanted not what we requested and then upcharged us for his error. When complained he had a completely different account of what happened. Transaction ended up costing us twice as much! Furious!

I've always had my tires installed here and have never had a single issue. I've probably don't 6 sets of tires.

I ve been here numerous times and it s been great but the last 2-3 times ive called for an oil change around 6pm (yea I know they close at 7) they have said all their technicians have left? If they are leaving don t have your hours be till 7?!

Bob, Brett, and Oakland were friendly, efficient, personable, professional and equally as important, good humored. They replaced 4 tires in less than the time they said, and at much less than what i was quoted at other shops. Since they don't take appointments timing is always a factor but i appreciated that the staff worked so well together to help make this such a smooth and stress free experience.Service: Auto tire replacement

Was there right at opening so I could get right in and was told they had no one to do tires until. 9am because someone called off. Then at 8 am Was told that the guy that was supposed to come In did not show so there should be a guy at 10am if he show3s for work. Really

Walmart slowly destroys your soul, and as such the customer service there is abysmal! Service is 0 star and selection is no better or worse than most, although the electronics section is in steady decline. The tire center is more interested in postponing anything you might want done than actually serving the customers, if you are lucky enough to get anyone at the register. I stood at the register for an hour before getting someone to acknowledge me, and then they told me they didn't have time to plug my tire, an hour before they closed. I argued with them for 15 minutes until I demanded a manager, only then did they agree to do the job, which took less than 5 minutes to complete.

Both oil bays are "broken" so no oil change or rotate. Neither one of the 2 people working here knew how the road hazard works so after an hour i just decided to head to another walmart with more capable employees. Peru is disgusting.

I went to have them check out a tire leak.They were very very busy, short staffed AND their mobile scan devices were down, but the gentleman who got my information in the computer and checked out my car was very courteous and level-headed.Besides computer trouble, the tire exchange and QCs was a little less than an hour.

Had a roadside emergency, needed to get a flat tire looked at. Online it said the auto center was open until 6pm, I got there at 5pm and the sign said they were open until 7pm but nobody was there and the door would not open. I called and nobody answered. Hopefully you don't need help in an urgent situation here.

I wad told I could wait while my tires were being changed. 3 hours! I waited 3 hours! They told me there was an issue with my valve stem but they fixed it. Come AM I leave my house to go to work to find a flat tire due to the valve stem being damaged. Had to bring the car back and get a new valve stem. Now 3 months later I'm attempting to take my tires off, I have a 6.2 bar impact gun and only managed to get once nut off, just wow. The $20 I saved hoping to Walmart ended up costing me much more in the end. Never again.

Came in for an urgent tire replacement ended up getting all four replaced they were busy and willingly stayed open after hours to get me back on the road before I had to go to work. Wish I got the guy's name.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was there since 4:45 p.m. and didnt get talked to til 6:00p.m. mind you the two people in front of mntht have been there for almost 2 hours. All I need as a new tire, on a rim, and I'll put it on my self... Get your stuff together guys.. I can see why your a 2 star review.. and to top it off.. once I got spoken to he said they were at there limit for the day.. absolutely bogus.. two thumbs way way down.

Went for oil change. Failed to put sticker on window then two days later change oil soon light came on because they did not reset. Had two new tires put on back and back tires put on front. Driving away from Walmart the check tire pressure light came on called Walmart and Dave in tire shop told me they couldn't do anything about it. Never get into back

The most incompetent people they could find, waited for 2.5 hours for them to tell me that they don't know how to lift my car, fed me bs about my lift points being rusted even though I just had it in a shop on a lift less than a month ago. I still need tires and now everyone else is closed.

Waited 4 1/2 hrs for tires to be put on. Lost a days pay kid was sick and could not get him cause they were taking to long had to drive 35 miles to get tire. Won't make the decision again. And why don't we have a tire center in streator in our Walmart. Never again will we do this agan

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My last oil change the staff ruined my oil cap and has since sent me somewhere else to fix their problem. On the phone said that the car would be undriveable if they continued with the new oil change. Isaac the manager on duty was extremely rude and wasn t looking to amend the wrong that was done.

Brought a tirebuilt in to be patched. Was asked at the desk what I needed. Told the kid I needed a tire patched. After waiting for his turn to use the computer he gets name, phone, date of birth, address, etc, etc.......Then asks again what it was I needed. Told him once more that I needed a tire patched. He says "I think we're out of patches "Goes back to the shop to ask, 'Yep. We're out of patches ".Questioned why he didn't just tell me that before the inquisition,; he says he though I wanted a new tire .poor excuse for a tire shop.Dropped tire at King Tire, picked it up the next morning, no questions, no computer, no wait. Next time I won't try to save time by dropping it at Walmart.The extra 10 minutes to get to King will save me time.

Bunch of young guys incapable of changing oil on a 2016 Ram 3500. They were refusing to change the oil cause they have to left it to drain it. Seems mechanics are too lazy now a days to get underneath a vehicle now. I've been to numerous walmarts for oil changes and this is the first with a location full of incompetent mechanics. 10 guys and girls in there, not one wanted to work on my truck. Idiots.

Got an oil change very reasonable. Told me I needed new tires as one was wearing uneven but they don't have the capability to do a front end alignment so I didn't have them do it.

Everytime I go in they either closed early, or their wait time is 3-4 hours. Even when no one is around and only a car or 2 in sight.

Many many MANY people have had issues with this auto place. They aren't fast and have messed up. If you just get the basic oil change and nothing else you are likely won't have issues. Don't trust them on anything else....I have seen them even get that wrong and a tire rotation wrong.....

Been there twice for oil change first time it ll be over an hour and a half wait. Second went in at 3:30pm and was told pulled our last car in for oil change cause we are short staffed...Really Walmart?????
