Nice people. They made pretty quick work out of the oil change. I was unlucky enough to arrive at a busy time when they had a computer issue. But they still did well for me. The team there was friendly and responsive.

Very good place. Usually doesn t take long. They only had 3 people and took awhile to get through everyone there on a Saturday. I sure give Take 5 credit for trying to upsell everyone, but wonder how much they sell when the customer doesn t really need it. If windshield wipers aren t bad, they still ask. If your filter isn t bad, they still ask. Of course they want u to get the $80 oil instead of the $50 plus the extra qt needed. Why not just put the actual price? I will probably go back as it is the only place in our area you can get it done that fast. I m just geared to say no, no and no. I work retail and don t believe in their marketing tactics.

I had a decent experience there. The only problem I had was I went ere about 7:25 onlyTo find out it does not open until 8. The last time I was there it was a little after 7 and the place was open. From now on I ll go there at about 8, the f time that it s supposed to open. I talked to an employee and he told me that it s supposed to open at 8 but due to lack of employees the place opens up earlier. I understand that. I will plan on it opening up at 8. Other then that it was a very good experience.

I hate to leave a negative review, but here goes. I checked inside to confirm a $49 basic oil change for my make and model car. I waited approximately 30 minutes to pull in and they tried to upsell me to a $82 oil change. I told them the standard one is all I needed. They insisted they only had the upgraded oil for my vehicle and could not perform the $49 oil change on my car. (No name oil ) I had to drive off without service. I won't try again.

They were very nice and did. A good job. They were short staffed and it was a long wait but they let me know upfront. They were thorough and very helpful

It took an hour and 20mins to wait in line and to finally pull inside and change my oil. They were not that busy to take as long as it did. The employee s were to busy talking with each other and taking their time. I have gone there since take 5 opened but now I think it's time to fine another place. My last 3 oil changes there have a bad experience. It's a shame they have gone down hill I loved going there.

Peru Illinois Take 5 is the BEST!! Very Friendly and Helpful Employees and Managers. Any issues I have with my vehicle, they are the first place I go to. They have convenient hours+ being open on Sundays is very important.

I am a repeat customer due to my limited options in my location. $92 for an oil change at 5-1/2 quarts is too high. The service pushes the extras on filters too far. They claimed air intake filter needed replacement when I replaced it myself 3 months ago. I politely asked them not to inspect, however the service center still did. I do not like their business model to prey on unassuming individuals who leave frequently with +$150 in charges when they simply only need an oil change.

Really terrible experience. I was there for over 90 minutes waiting in the garage before they even started work on my car and not a word to me about my wait or any acknowledgment of me and my young son the whole time we waited so I didn t even have an opportunity to leave . No apologies , the workers acted as though it was totally normal to wait that long for a service that is expected to be quickI will never come back again

They have 3 bays and typically 3 employees working. All 3 employees service a single vehicle one at a time. It is not fast or efficient. It s convenient and I go because I never know when I ll have availability to schedule an appointment elsewhere but it usually takes 1-1.5 hours from arrival to departure. It s also ridiculously expensive. They charge $27 for a $13 air filter. The employees are very nice.

I have usually received good service here but the recent changes in employees has me rethinking this place as my regular oil change spot. I waited an hour and a half for a 5 minute oil change. I was not told the wait time or given an option to come back later. A car that pulled in AFTER me was done before me. I did not receive full service, either but they sure checked every box on the receipt stating they did.About two years ago, they removed the skid plate on my older car and couldn't get it back on right. When I went back and told them the skid plate flew off they said they ordered one for me. They never did that, either. Never replaced it and they admitted it was their responsibility.Now, it seems they are unable to remove my air filter, as well. He couldn't get it off and rather than try, simply asked if I wanted to see it.All things combined, probably not coming back.Thanks for the bottle of water, though.

wait time has gotten out of control. i used to come here cause uou could get in and out in 15 min without leaving your car. Now you go and the docks are filled with all techs working on 1 car. Maybe they are training new techs? but for the price of the place i expect fast service. if i didnt mind waiting for 1 hr or 2 i would go to walmart and spend $30 instead of $100

Most professional staff. Manager Heather was respectful and fast. I take both family vehicles to Take 5 because I know we will be taken care of quickly, professionally, and with kindness. 10/10 recommend every time

The manager is super polite and it only takes 15 minutes. The downside is the price of oil changes has skyrocketed. If I take the car to the dealership, I get coupons for a 75.00 oil change.

They advertised a 10 min oil change for $49.99.Ended up costing me $63.77 and I was there for over an hour for a simple standard oil change. (2 cars in front of me when I pulled in)Extra charges for oil filter disposal and an extra $8 for an extra quart of oil.I feel their $49.99 advertisement is deceiving.

Very professional place. Honest people. Went in and thought I needed an air filter. My dash said 5% (just bought a used pickup) the guy pulled it out and said it was clean and didn t need to be replaced. So many other places would have replaced it anyway just to make money. Very impressed with this place. If you just need a quick oil change and your fluids topped off, this is the place to go.

More like take a hundred but all things are important when it comes to cars' I need to start working on my own' yeah who changes there own oil ? I'd give five stars but I'm trying to push the price of oil down'

Saved my life while traveling through . My oil dipstick tube was loose and I lost all of my oil except 1qt.. Tony and Kim went beyond their duties to get my dipstick stable enough to make it back to indiana.. I m Forever Grateful
