I called when I found a small rod sticking out of my sidewall on my passenger rear tire. They had my size tires in stock and for a reasonable price. I was able to purchase and get them all mounted and balanced within an HOUR! I didn t know about Pomp s before this, but I won t go anywhere else after!

Awful people. I blew out a tire on my RV traveling through the area. They were purchased from a Pomp's, and I saw online that they were in stock here. In the morning I tried calling several times and nobody responded. I put the blown-out tire in my Jeep and came in. Nobody was in the office. When I went into the shop, they all refused to even acknowledge me. When I went up to them they rudely said they wouldn't help, not even asking first what I needed. Chances of me returning to any Pomp's? Close to zero.

I drove to Peru for an appt. On the way, my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at Pomp's to ask where I could go to have the tire aired up to get home. The service tech said, "No problem, I'll help you out". He did immediately and refused money for his help and kindness. This place and it's people are worth the drive for service!Many thanks!!!

I felt that Pomps Tire served my needs very well. The part came in a day ahead and they called to inform me of the early arrival which meant I could travel w/o fearing for my safety in my car. Congrats on a job well done.

These people helped me out on a cross country trip, on a Friday afternoon at 4 pm when the competition wouldn t even answer the phone.Excellent service. Friendly men, efficient. And Star Wars while I waited. Tops!!

4 middle aged women dealing with a screw in our tire while traveling through the area on a Saturday morning. Brian got us in and they fixed it and had us on our way within an hour. Other places that were opened longer were booked up and wouldn t squeeze us in. We were so grateful for their help.

Always professional and prompt. Had been looking online and they were actually about a 100 bucks cheaper. Update: Just had a balance and rotate my new tires. Great job, fast service. Got a screw in my tire on my way to dropping my son off at college. These guys were close so I got there and within 15 minutes was back on the road with a new tire since where the screw was they couldn't just patch it. Great service. Friendly and fast.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was traveling to Wisconsin with my two kids and got a flat tire on I39. After changing it, I made it to the local GMC dealership to get it fixed but the dealership didn t have any tires in stock. They directed me to Pomps, they had what I needed and changed out my tire in under 30 minutes! I was so thankful and very impressed with how much they helped me right away!Service: Tires

My wife and I have been going here for decades (tires for seven or eight cars/trucks over the years) and we've never been lass than totally impressed. Their service is tops and prices are fair. What makes me come here no matter what is their total concern to please the customer. Recently I thought I needed new tires, pulled in, and the guy said they don't need replacement yet...come back in a few months before winter. I really appreciated that. They could have easily swayed me to buy a set then, but instead told me I would be fine with my tires (56,000 miles on them) until better traction was needed come winter. Well, now I'm going once again this week to buy a set and my wife will also need a set soon. I researched tire brands and types quite a bit and had many questions. Both the guys there were patient and answered my questions fully in addition to printing out seven different tire spec sheets w prices otd. I suppose I could shop around for better prices via the Internet or some discount tire, but since tires are indeed important, my trust of them trumps any few dollars I might save. I highly recommend this tire place and plan on being a loyal customer for years to come.

While traveling home I saw that I had a nail in my tire so I went to Goodyear, the closest place by me. All I wanted was it patched up. I walked in at 11:35, still 25 minutes left before closing. I got NOTHING but attitude from the guy working. Huffing, puffing, and comments like I already closed everything down, let me open everything up again. The cherry on top was when I just said I need to grab my dog really quick. His reply? Yeah, better be quickly. We re already closed at this point I asked for my keys back and left. Horrible customer service and will never be back.

Traveling from Indiana back to Minnesota, my husband noticed at a gas station that we had thread showing on the front driver s tire. My husband called them and they said they could get us in right away, and it took about less than an hour and we were happily back on the road and on our way home.

I needed new tires before I went to in to work. When I went in, I was promptly greeted and offered different tire options and had the rebates explained to me. It was a very low pressure situation. He asked if I was ready to buy or just pricing. I had 3 tire options, one of which was in stock, and the other two could be in the following day. I went with Hankook tires that in stock and had a $40 immediate rebate and $50 mail in rebate. They were put on my car within half an hour. Very happy with whole experience!

Wasn t going to write a review but I got a text asking for me to give one. I went in for a set of new tires on Saturday 1/9/21 and went to start my car to find 4 lights on my dash that weren t there before. It was almost closing time and the tech came out and cleared the codes and they came back on within minutes of driving away. I no longer have ABS, all wheel drive or traction control. Took it to another shop for their opinion and they told me it was going to be $150 to fix. I just spent $750 on tires and don t think I should pay to get something fixed on my car that wasn t broken before I got tires put on. My husband called pomp s and they said there is absolutely no way they could have done the damage. I ve gotten tires here multiple times and won t be going back after this.Service: Tires

Had run over something and had a slow leak. They got me right in and patched the tire so I have no worries of a plug working it's way out of the tire. Quick service and reasonable price!
