If you're looking for a polaris toy, I highly recommend this business! Beth is the best! Very responsive, polite and extremely easy to work with. The rzr I bought even came with a t shirt a hat and a full tank of gas!!!! Little things don't go unnoticed! Thank you so much for a great product and excellent customer service!

Leone's is the place to go. Shavonne was a dream to work with, quick to reply and got any answers we needed. Cord got us road legal with the turn signals and so knowledgeable to walk Mike thru all the details of our new Ranger while I finished the paperwork. Excited to get riding

Bought new Legend inline trailer recently, I called at 2pm that i'd take it and I arrived at 4pm and it was parked out front ready to go, paper work prepped, and a hat thrown in as well. Whole process took less than 25minutes. Matt, Beth, and Brian were great to deal with!

Maribeth is great to work with, but, the owners not so much. They would not work with me on pricing for a new machine. It would have been my 3rd new machine in the same amount of years, not to mention all the accessories I bought there. I drove a few hours south and literally saved thousands. I even offered to pay them a thousand more than what I could buy one for elsewhere to keep my business with them. They weren t interested in my offer so I took my business elsewhere.

I've bought 3-4 machines through Leone's in the past 10 years. I just ordered a brand new turbo s4 rzr from Matt and picked it up the other day. He is very knowledgeable about his machines and even beat the price I gave him from other dealers. He kept us updated on machine the entire ordering process and took care of every request made. I highly recommend this dealer and working with Matt! Above and beyond customer service at Leone's Polaris

Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars to leave a review. The salesman I dealt with was full of himself and not concerned with my issues. My Ranger had a problem with the clutch and needed to go back for service. The Ranger was completely cleaned inside and out when it arrived there. When it was picked up after service there were scratches on the doors and bed that they tried to hide under dirt halfway up the vehicle and the interior was dirty and you could see there was a passenger in it also. They put 22 miles on the Ranger and the service guy admitted to taking it through ditches. There was no need for 22 mile test drive with a passenger and taking it through ditches. The salesman took pictures and told me the owner would contact me about the situation. I was not contacted by the owner about this situation. They don't care about their customers and their machines they paid hard earned money for. I strongly suggest buying from another Polaris dealer if you want you and your machine to be treated well and respected.UPDATE: Turns out Leone's did not replace the two parts that were recalled yet claimed warranty parts from Polaris. Went to another dealer and machine was fixed properly under warranty. Purchase and service machines at ANY other dealer!!!

Leone's Ploaris is Awesome!! I have purchased 6 machines there. The sales Team is great Matt is an enthusiast and really knows his products. They are knowledgeable,courtesy & competent. They do all of my service and repairs. Along with the purchase of a machine here comes the best service department anywhere. Im very picky and Im happy every time. That's why they have been there 50+ years. That says a lot on its own. Thanks for everything!

I snowchecked a new snowmobile from them. They were very appreciative of my business. I had a warranty issue that they fixed right away. My sled was also late coming in so they gave me a brand new demo sled to ride so I didn t miss the big trip I had planned.

In and out with my new RZR in 20 minutes, including a full run down of its operation. Beth was fast, efficient, and friendly. I'll be back for one of their super cool kayo quads for the little one.

If you're looking for a new snowmobile, be sure to hit up Leone's Polaris I drove 2.5 hours each way. I have bought 2 new sleds and a trailer from them in the last year. I have mostly delt with Beth and brain they are awesome people and make you feel welcome! I highly recommend this for all you your powersports need's!

If your looking for a new work horse or just a new toy to have fun with, Leone's Polaris is definitely the place to shop! They treat you like family and go the extra mile to help you with any and all needs you have. Not one person in the building who didn't make me feel as part of the family.

Shop somewhere else! Within the last year My husband purchased over $3000 on accessories for our Polaris Razor from Leone's, yet they refused to repair a recall. A couple of weeks ago he called them to order new tires, they assured him, the tires they sold him were the right size, yet after getting them home, they were not. They charged him a $180 restocking fee for their screw up, and owner refused to remove the fee! Hey Leone...that aluminum trailer my husband was talking to you about purchasing...he just bought it somewhere else! And went to Talty Polaris for tires....you lose..we will never shop in your business again.
