I bought a car today with Kat. She was absolutely amazing, start to finish. As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect. What would normally be a really nerve wracking experience was made easy for me with Kat. I recommend her and Illinois Valley Auto Group for anyone looking for a car; whether it s your first our not. I ll definitely be seeing them again

One of the best auto buying experiences if not the best I have ever had. Adan was super polite and very easy to talk to about the deal and purchase. I also want to give a shoutout to their service department and DJ for helping me with some hick ups I needed addressed after purchase. Will for sure be using these guys for future purchases and service work.

Went in to test drive, and left with a car. IVAG is working with me as I wait for my insurance check. Kat was super sweet, and very helpful! This is the first car I ve bought on my own and she answered all my questions. It s really refreshing to work with a female salesperson.

Great place with awesome employees! Kindness and patience from the top down. I asked them to look for a particular car that I wanted. They went out of their way to search cross-country to find the perfect car for me. Todd Spayer was my sales contact and he was fantastic: funny, helpful and thorough. Highly recommend this business!

Illinois Valley Auto Group is a great place to buy your next vehicle along with a competitive price. The staff are great and are very helpful. I bought my truck through Adan, and he made the process quick and easy with no hassle . The next month later, Adan also helped my fiance find her next vehicle for a great price as well and we couldn't be happier with our decisions to buy our vehicles at this establishment. Illinois Valley Auto Group is the epitome of great service that goes above and beyond!

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle for our son. Adan Ruiz was very patient with us, as we looked at several different vehicles until we finally found the perfect one for our son. Nick, the manager made the numbers work for us without having to haggle back and fourth Would for sure recommend these guys if you are looking for something. Car buying typically isn t any fun, but once we settled on the vehicle we were in and out.

Excellent service! Took in our lifted Chevy Silverado and had front tierods replaced. The team is super knowledgeable and replacement was fast! Also a huge variety of lifted trucks and other vehicles for sale. 10 stars! I definitely recommend

I could not be more pleasantly surprised with the friendliness, honestly, and complete customer service.I was in the market for a diesel pickup truck and drove 90 minutes to visit IVAG. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rose Kerlin who is fantastic. Her no pressure approach is perfect. She did not make me feel like I was dealing with a sales person.The truck I purchased had a part on back order and their service department was excellent at getting it installed and everything working like new.The value of the cars they have in stock is definitely worth seeing. Their competition s pale by comparison.I would give more stars if I could.Thank you Rose & the whole IVAG team!!Reg Bruce

By far, the best vehicle buying process we have ever had. The whole staff at IL Valley Auto was professional and knowledgeable. Matt was our salesmen. He was very personable and professional. The only place I will ever buy a used truck from ever again. The team at Illinois Valley Auto Group is the best! I live in the south burbs of Chicago and have been looking for a dependable used truck for weeks with no luck. Spoke to Matt Kristenson on Christmas Eve and explained to him about my terrible credit and told him what I was in the market for.. I called there inquiring about a 06 f250 with really crazy low millage. Was told about another truck they had just got in as well.. By Saturday Matt had me approved for not only the f250 I called about but also for what I can only describe as my dream truck. A black on black, lifted ,4 door f-350.. After selling my soul for an hour and a half ride to Peru on Monday.. Lol.. I met Matt and took both trucks for a ride.. They were both great.. And after a few hours of paper work I was in my way home with the f350.. Couldn't be any happier with my purchase it looks new and most importantly it runs like its new. Thanks Matt I look forward to doing business with you again one day in the near future..

My husband, and I plus our 3 small children drove to Illinois valley auto group from about 3 hours away. We came from wisconsin. We tried and tried with no luck from other dealers and ended up being beyond blessed by the kindess and hardworking people here! My husbands father passed away and we needed something to help us on the farm, to help his mother keep going strong. Without Todd Spayer and everyone from Illinois valley auto group we could not have made this happen! If you are looking for a place to not only get a new vehicle but to have great customer service and people who truly care then you need to stop here. If i could give more stars i definitely would! Book with Todd Spayer! He went above and beyond for us and never let us down! Thanks again everyone!

Just recently purchased a 2014 Ford F250 Super Duty from this dealership and im happy to say that i chose a good dealership to purchase from. Everyone there was helping and caring. Answered all my questioned and help me with things that i didnt know about. My sales person Matt helped me out alot and was very professional with his work and helping me get my vehicle ready and prepared for me. Im happy i got to experience this place. Bought a 2017 F150 King Ranch had issues with it since I bought it from them. Alternator went out within the first 2 months due to an oil leak. Turns out the timing belt cover has a major oil leak that was covered up by them (auto Body Shop mentioned it was recently replaced). They definitely pushed me to get the warranty with the truck which is why I assume they were well aware with the issues it had.I am now told the motor will need to be replaced.Thank you for selling me a ticking time bomb .

This is a great dealership to buy from! I highly recommend!Matt is very fun to talk to, laid back, knowledgeable, he doesnt beat around the bush, which makes it a pleasant experience. Buying a car isn't always a good experience, so the fact that we found this dealership, and Matt made the whole process great. He went above and beyond for us, to make sure our dog (we had to bring her) and us were taken care of. He ordered pizza since we hadn't eaten all day, due to going from dealership to dealership, and long drives. We came to this dealership from South Bend Indiana (3 hour drive), and we were very glad that we did. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for, and amazing staff. Highly recommend!! We would definitely do business with them again.

I have been working directly with Matt Kristensen on the purchase of a 1990 Corvette, and I have found Matt to be extremely helpful and professional. He was also very friendly and patient, and even assisted me in arranging for the shipment of my car to my home. I would highly recommend doing business with Matt and Illinois Valley Auto Group if you are looking for a car in their area!

Illinois valley auto group is by far my favorite place to buy a vehicle. They do everything they can do to help you find what you looking for they also do everything they can to make sure it s the right vehicle for you and your family.I bought my first truck almost 2 years ago. The shop has helped me so much with making sure I have a safe reliable truck for myself, my animals and my family. I even take my other vehicles there to get them worked on because they are people I trust to work with me and do the job right.I want to thank Matt any everyone else in the sales but mostly I want to thank DJ and his whole crew in the shop for making sure that every vehicles that come there is taken care of and fixed the proper way.Illinois valley auto group is definitely a place I will continue going to when I need a new vehicle or any work I need done.
