Bear with me, please, this will be a long review. My check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee in early December and I took it into Coronet for a diagnosis. They needed to send for parts, which took a couple weeks or so to arrive. By the time the parts came in, I caught a bad case of pneumonia and needed to reschedule my appointment several times. We were then hit with frigid temperatures, and because I couldn't go outside to start my Jeep during that time, my batteries died (yes, plural. My Jeep is a 2017 with a main and auxiliary battery that stops and restarts the engine at stoplights for emissions purposes, which is a useless pain). Because of this, the techs had to come to my house and jump the batteries and drive it to Coronet. I decided to buy the replacements from an auto parts store, which the techs had no problem with. They were decent enough to only charge me $40.00 for labor, even though I understand the batteries are a pain to replace, especially since the auxiliary battery is located under the passenger seat and is time consuming to work on. To top it off, the store where I bought the batteries accidentally gave me the wrong main battery size and Brandon, the manager, was kind enough to send one of the techs to retrieve the right item. My Jeep was then dropped off at my house the next day. In all, I dealt with Brandon throughout this whole process, and he couldn't have been kinder, or more patient and professional. In fact, everyone I spoke with showed the utmost kindness and professionalism and should be commended for it. I realize this is an extremely long review, but all involved needed to be acknowledged.

We have been buying cars from Coronet for almost 15 years and every time we have received excellent service. Our daughter just. made her first car purchase 2 weeks ago and it was seamless!!! Mike Waite made the whole process easy for her and of course our go to guy Bill Tyler-we wouldn't know what to do without him!!!!

I want to say happy retirement to my favorite mechanic Tony Condie that has worked on my vehicles for many many years and done very good work. I am going to miss you my friend. And I want to thank Laurie Thomas service manager for all the good work she does for Coronet Dodge in Peru IL. And good work for those working at service desk. Very well organized. I will continue to bring in my vehicle to get it serviced in the future. I am a very happy customer.

The Coronet Sales team is probably the most reputable team around. I bought mine, and my girlfriends car through coronet and it was an amazing, smooth experience all the way around. I can t say enough about the Manager Bill Tyler! One of the most respectable people I ve met in the car industry!! Will always be screaming from the rooftops, BUY FROM CORONET!! They ve taken care of me before, during, and even after the sale with incredible service!

Bill and Mike at Coronet Dodge in Peru are my family and I s go to source for our vehicle needs. If you want comfort and confidence in the recommendations for your next vehicle, I d 10/10 recommend the Coronet team in Peru. We ve transitioned from truck to SUV to minivan. They have no problem taking the time to educate on vehicle options and I ve never felt pressured to commit to a purchase. Top notch customer service, great teamwork, can t recommend enough.

My husband and I were having some trouble with are Chevy spark couple months back are brakes specifically, the lady at the desk the serivce was so nice and understanding and really took her time with us, and was able to get our car in right away with the help of one of their mechanics Matika, whom did the breaks. I feel like sometimes when you go other dealers they talked you into other things really felt like family .

I was on the dealership lot for less than a minute before Charlie came out to help us out. I had three different vehicles in mind. He listened to my needs and helped me choose the perfect vehicle for my family. I have purchased vehicles from dealerships before, but never had such a seemless transaction like I did with Charlie. I've brought my jeep in 8th of last month. It was over heating. Wires need to be fix and etc. When I drop it off everything was good nothin missing. Got it back on October 13 but I got back a half finished jeep. Tools was left in the bottom engine, my clips are and still missing, they broke clip in my ac somehow. That fix some issues but still left issues. I don't know how many times I have to bring it. Very disappointed how this is handled and service I got on it.

Trying to sell a car with a bad head gasket. Pulled the oil stick on the Chrysler Concorde they have and it was milky yellow color. Told Chad the sales guy and didn't seem to much care. Really embarrassing. Edit after comment: The oil dye was pink that was used. It was on the oil fill area outside and in clearly visible. Milky white oil does not happen from dye. That is not the purpose of it.

Cody in your service department is AWESOME. Getting ready for vacation I noticed I needed an oil change. Cody was able to get our vehicle serviced on short notice and we are ready to roll. Been going to Coronet now since 2016. Absolutely will not go to any other dealership in our area! We have had the best customer service experiences with everything from purchasing a new vehicle to getting work done in the service department! A special shout out to Mr. Frank Klenck, not only was he able to secure me the best loan possible he also educated me on the importance of purchasing extended warranties and wouldn t you know it; the extended warranty absolutely saves my bank account when the transmission in our mini van decided to call it quits. Coronet had us back on the road in no time and all it cost us out of pocket was the initial cost of towing which my insurance company later payed for!

Very happy with this place. I went to another place to have work done and my car was still driving weird. Took it to Dodge and they discovered the ppl did a shotty job at my shocks and struts. Also found out I need new control arms...why didn't 4 other places figure this out??? I'll never go anywhere but dodge, I'll pay the prices for a peace mind

This was a great experience, got a couple of recalls on my vehicle done. The service staff was great especially Steve great guy, he took care of me and my vehicle. There was another great employee, Laurie she is the Service Manager she was so nice and kind, a great Manager. Laurie is one of the best around in The Illinois Valley, what a great Bill Walsh Dealership to go to for any car maintenance or repair on your vehicle. I am very happy and pleased with the overall service !!

I highly recommend Coronet in Peru. They stand behind what they sell and provide excellent service!On a road trip from Michigan to Colorado, our brand new RAM 1500 broke down near their dealership.Even though we purchased in another state, they went out of there way to provide us a solution so our vacation could continue.The service manager Laurie provided consistent updates of the progress on repairing our vehicle.She also followed up to verify that the vehicle got us home safely after picking it up from their service department.

I would like to thank Roy and the whole Coronet staff for making our car buying experience and enjoyable one. Yes I said enjoyable!!! From the first time we contact Roy, we were treated courteously, promptly and above all important. We were provided a great price up front for the exact car we were looking for. We believed in Roy and the team so much, we drove over 2 hours to purchase our car from Coronet. In addition, understanding that our time was valuable and we had 3 small children coming with us, they made sure everything was ready and we were done purchasing the car in less than an hour and enjoying our new car. The salesman was nice, but the sales manager here was rude and very condescending. He made us feel as though we were wasting his time. He also told us we would never find the car we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. We went a few blocks down the street and found exactly what we wanted at a fair price.To the sales manager at Coronet Dodge in Peru- Please accept my sincere apology for wasting your time. I promise that it will never happen again.

Unfortunately they did not really help me to the needs that I needed to be met. The customer service was horrible as well, I would never try to bring down a company but I know if there needs improvement I definitely will voice my opinion every one has the opportunity to grow including this company take care hopefully this is a lesson learned God bless. .P.s did you have any customers of a different ethnicity then Caucasian just out of curiosity for your photos I literally only saw one African-American male out of all those photos not saying anything in specific but I think it would be best for your company if you would expand your horizon for your customer clientele on the photos you select for your sales
