Very impressed with this shop. My Kenworth gave me a major transmission warning and I called and spoke with Tammi, she was very kind and professional and told me to come in. I had a very good conversation with Brandon, the service foreman. He got me taken care of and even went out of his way to work me in that same day and sent someone an hour away to get the part I needed on a Friday evening! Logan in service helped me on my way out and kept me updated. Also spoke with Greg in Sales to get information on possibility trading my truck in for a Volvo as they are a dealer for both!. EVERY one I spoke with was extremely professional and willing to help, you don't run across that often. If you're an owner operator, I would highly recommend this shop. They value our time!!

The service team where amazing in and out in a day where everyone else has you waiting the go above and beyond to get the job done mike service Forman doesn t play game it get you right in if he give a time he is true to his word and work is amazing

I stopped in one morning when no one knew I was coming,the service mgr(Dan) told me to give him a half hour,he got me right in and I was 1 of his prioritys.i needed a deff fluid level sensor,with my custom bunk,this turned out to be more than a simple job,but Dan was on it at all times and made sure it was taken care of and with hands on work.His communication was perfect. I appreciate that a shop can take time for a road driver not from the area and not tell me they'll get to me next week.there service is thumbs up in my book..thank you very much

Greg Brandon Trevor the whole crew took care of me the best they could, I needed a transmission they had one sent over for my Pete 379 the guys were very friendly and helpful very professional and courteous and understood that I was delivering a load and they had done everything they could to expedite the Situation... Mike the younger mechanic put the transmission in I was very happy to see him explain such a big job to me in a professional and well versed manner... I really appreciate the whole crew and wish Mike the best moving up in his career a very bright mechanic and honest not many around nowadays

came in this morning first thing at opening told him what was my problem told him that I was on a load it's important that I keep rolling he was kind enough to understand got me checked in stay he maked shure I was out rolling same day !!!! thank you Mike your the best I wish if every shop with value owner operator like this shop !! 10 stars if there was an option will always come back this way

We have all been there when the check engine comes on omg whats wrong whats this gunna cost its a great feeling to know at mack in peru u speak with mike or trevor an they eaze ur stress they truly care not only bout the truck but the person i was giving a ride to get a sandwich an came back to find out it was jus a sensor bad cheap repair an im back on the road alsum people god bless them

First time I stop here at this location I found that they are very good people the man their name Mike he s very helpful and they fix my truck for DPF sensors and filters I left from their very happy and God bless them they do a good job for me the same day.

The last 4 times I ve called this location for parts the attitude from the parts employees besides Kyle, is ridiculous. I go through KW and Volvo DAILY with no issues there, great people at KW, not at Mack.

Needs better management, every time I call in to drop off a truck or check on a truck always get Mike on the phone and is always rude and irritated by my questions. Mike never has a answer for my question and always delays the work. Need a better shop to take my truck.

Had an 04 Mack that had an engine power issue thar no one could figure out so I was told to call these guys and they got me in and fixed in one day very impressed thanks.
