Jake was incredible with my mom and I yesterday! We were not planning on getting a car, but I was in a rut with my old car. He immediately helped us get started, was EXTREMELY thorough and friendly throughout the entire 4 hours we were there! He was determined to make sure I was leaving in the car I wanted, and waited and worked with us, so patiently. I felt very confident in my purchase yesterday, knowing that he was so helpful and willing to give me the best care possible. The car I had in mind was also being test driven and taken to get looked at, which was partially the reason we were there for so long, he made sure I didn t just settle on a car that I wasn t as happy with. We got the approval and he helped my mom and I through the rest of the paperwork required, and I got sent home with the best Christmas gift I could ask for. We had a wonderful experience. :)

Had a wonderful experience, Friendly staff. One car they brought over from the shop for me too look at did break down during a test drive, this was the fault of the outsourced mechanic and not the sales staff. Great place to go if you have no credit. Left with a car same day plates and all. Fair price, especially because I am a credit ghost. Everywhere else wanted way to much down for me too comfortably afford. They made sure I left with a full tank as well.

Everything was great from start to finish. Amanda was so very helpful with not one, but 3 of my previous purchases. She explained everything and helped me budget and figure out payments to ensure every payment could be made and on time. This is now the 4th car I ve purchased from Amanda, nobody else I would trust at this point to put me into a vehicle. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone in the market for a vehicle with less than stellar credit, then again even if you have great credit sometimes you can find some awesome deals here. She really makes you feel like family! Thanks so much guys!

I TRULY AM GREATFUL FOR ADVANTAGE at the time before I came to advantage I had no credit thanks to advantage working with me I have been able to build my credit and have a car that I truly love! anytime I ve came into an issue I ve spoken with Amanda or Damion and they truly are amazing soooo patient and will make sure you and ur vehicle are OKAY !!! They will always make sure what s best for you and your vehicle! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO SOOOO SOO MUCH I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU!!!!!

Jake Stouffer was the associate who helped me when it came to looking for a car. VERY professional and welcoming. If I wanted to look at a car, he made sure to stray me away from onws he knew currently had some problems. He also went out of his way to get information on cars I was interested in from other locations. Process was easy and he was very helpful, and I was very tired, but he made sure to make sure I knew everything he was talking about and going over.Very happy with my purchase and very happy with my experience.

So far I love this place. They are the only auto place that would work with me and what I can afford. Amanda I love her. She's so bubbly and interactive with people. From the moment we got there she was making me and my fiance smile and laugh and she got us into the car my fiance wanted. Can't say to much about the original employee we started with. We were not impressed. Did not seem to care about what we could afford and just seemed to be a stick in the mud. We are both glad that Amanda took over helping us out

Amanda and Jake are the absolute best! They got me into my dream car (Kia Soul) within a few hours. Amanda did marry and divorce us all in one day which sucks (inside joke). Highly recommend!

Have bought 2 cars from them. Amanda is great to work with. If they don't have exactly what you want they do their best to find it.Financing is made easy with Advantage. If you're looking for a car, give them a try.

I had an exceptional experience with Advantage Auto Sales in Peru IL. From start to finish, from the moment I placed a call to the dealership I felt appreciated and I felt like family to the staff at the dealership. Jake Stouffer inSales made an offer I could not pass up 2005 Jeep Liberty I drove from Dixon IL to Peru IL just to take a look, I ended up driving it to my mechanic in Amboy IL Mike Anderson and this SUV amounted to everything I needed and is Quality with the golden seal of approval from my mechanic. I am 100% satisfied with this vehicle and looking to do business again with Advantage Auto Sales in the future!

Do NOT ever come to this location. Probably any for that matter. Purchased a vehicle and was told the engine light was just a sensor . Less than 24 hours later oil was spraying everywhere and it was smoking the mechanic it was towed to said they were told Amanda (the manager) was aware and they were told just to SEAL it. They tried to seal it for a second time, but informed me they had to REPLACE the gaskets completely. The mechanic had this vehicle for SIX days. Trying to get any communication from them or Amanda was like pulling teeth. When I tried to call for any answers all I was told was AAS manager Amanda was in communication with the owner of the shop, then suddenly all of my calls there were ignored. I asked if there was anything that could be done for my payment being moved to the following Friday since I had to pay for rides and the vehicle was only in my possession less than 24 hours after paying my $500 down payment. Again, no call back. I came out to go to work and Advantage Auto had disabled the vehicle for the payment being 2 days late. Not only am I convinced Amanda knew she was selling me a lemon, but I m also convinced she managed to keep everyone hush hush. I exchanged words with her via the phone and asked if there was anyone over her I could speak to which she assured me there wasn t. I was forced to contact other locations until I found someone. I explained to him what happened and he asked if I could give him 10 minutes to make a call and he d call me back to let me know how they could help under the circumstances. Surprise surprise, no call back! I called him back and was told he left for the day. Everyone is very unprofessional. Yawning as you re talking, not asking if they can take a message. Terrible, awful service. The ONLY time they re nice is when they re taking your down payment and having you sign the dotted line. Of 4 locations I called, trying to get an answer the ONLY person who seemed to have a lick of sense and wasn t a wolf in sheep s clothing was a young man named Damien. I hope he reads this and advances his career with people as like-minded as he is Advantage Auto Sales in NOT it. I m aware they will read this and I know I m still responsible for this vehicle, but for the duration of me having this vehicle I WILL post an awful review ANYWHERE I can about my experience.

Best experience I ever had with buying a car!! Jake wasn't pushy he let me go at my own pace and test drive any car I was interested in. I'm so happy to have my little sonic best and easy csr buying ever!!

They did so good. I went in not having high hopes to get into anything until Tuesday at the earliest. Had a block on one part of the application I m walking out to come back Tuesday and Amanda comes in gets what I need for the application for a van in for me and now I have a new to me Van that I love.

Bought a 2010 Honda Civic she s worth about $4k (if that) paid well over $14k plus over $4k in interest charges, therefore I m paying $18k for a $4k car. Thanks advantage!!! As soon as I go let the car, it needed repairs, along with my a/c needing replaced!My mistake, never again!

Adavantage auto will be hearing from a lawyer... cars are lemons.. the dart spent more time in their garage needing repairs more then it was driven. They lie for money. And treat their customers with disrespect. Sincerely someone who wasn't a customer and never will be.

I have dealt with Advantage auto Sales for years but I will say this week working with Amanda has been great I told her what I wanted and she helped me get it. She is such a friendly and nice person. I bought a 2012 Dodge Journey from your company back on October 6, 2023 and it is the worst car I have EVER ! Bought I would NOT recommend your company. To anyone I have had this car in the shop and also had to have a brand new battery and a crank shaft position sensor put in the heat doesn t want to work and something is still killing my battery. And now once the cold kicked in the damn passenger side back door won t close, I have to carry a jumper box with me because of the battery.

Amanda and Cory are the best ! They stayed after hours to finish up our deal . Our kids were cranky and Amanda was terrific with them ! Thank you so much Amanda and Cory ! Amber was supposed to close the deal but instead she did nothing other than let Amanda do all the work and she left ! Thankfully Amanda is the best and she saved the deal !

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ADVANCED AUTO SALES ! The newest manager there went beyond and I do mean BEYOND her limits to make sure I left out of there with the car I was deeply wanting. Let me go a little bit more into detail..bare with me. What I mean is, on Saturday Feb 5. I showed up around 2:30 pm, wanting this Chrysler 200 LX. To sum it up me nor the manager left out of that place til 8-9pm. NOT EXAGGERATING. I myself left around 8-8:30, and lord knows when that AMAZINGLY SUPPORTIVE manger left having to still close down afterwards but it was all worth it because I think it s safe to say everyone left home that night very PLEASED. Thanks again to Advance auto sales and more specifically THE NEWEST MANAGER THERE!!! (I feel terrible I m going to have to get her name when I return sorry about that ) MUCH LOVE!
