I recently had to stop in and get my battery replaced on my truck. I called ahead and spoke to a very nice young man, Andrew, who verified they had a battery in stock that fit my truck. Furthermore, he told me they would test the battery and system to confirm any issues. When I arrived, the staff was welcoming and Andrew went ahead and did everything he said he would. I watched and helped as he went ahead and changed the battery out for me. I was very happy with the experience!

We always come here for our parts if they have them in and mark is always so helpful! Would recommend people to shop here just because of how helpful he has been!

I wish businesses didn't have to pay extra taxes on inventory so they'd have what you need when you need it. I also wish employees would have to have actual automotive and engine experience to work in these positions, not just managers. I'll just keep paying extra at NAPA I guess.

Good clean store, well stocked with good parts. My dissatisfaction comes from the prices. It's inflated enough to allow them to have amazing promotions and coupons, or join their membership to get discounts. It's hard to trust getting a fair deal when it requires researching rebates and coupons to make sure there's not a lower price somewhere else.

It went well. You generally get what you want and with owning car quest it really helps their inventory. They are about to stock many more items then the local competitors most of the time. I'd appreciate a better car cleaning selection however. They have decent products, but nothing like you can get online from stores such as detailed image or auto geek.

When my truck left me stranded after a long geological survey (and about 700 miles from home), the manager here went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my vehicle running again. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable -- if these are the caliber of employees at Advance Auto Parts, then this where I'll be shopping from now on.

Went in looking for a bulb for my Jeep....2 guys behind the counter....both just looked at me like I was intrusive. Stood in the light aside for a good 5 minutes and no offer to help so I left and went to AutoZone.... Immediate help!

They No longer scan cars for codes? But other advanced autoparts do!! Won't be coming back to this specific store autozone is right up the street.

Liked it better when there was Carquest, but a close second. If they can't get the part your looking for, they can usually get it in the same day.
