Terrible!I used them through my insurance's road side assistance. They had clear instructions about pick up. Car was at a visible location in a commercial business. Hours later I called to follow up, a guy with very little customer service skills and lack of interest responded and said they were picking up my car.My car never arrived, when I called again after 6 hours waiting they said they could not find my car and basically insisted it wasn't there. The car was there and if it wasn't they never called me to double check. When I asked what he wanted me to do, he said in a very rude tone, " do whatever you want"They also reported to the insurance company they had dropped off my car.

Can t say enough good things about EMS towing! Friendly and prompt service! My wife arrived at work and realized she had a flat tire. Made a call to EMS towing, they coordinated with her on what time worked best and quickly changed the tire! Had some bad luck down in Manteno and overheated my car. EMS had the best rates AND would get here the fastest out of all the tow companies around! In less than thirty minutes my car was on a tow truck and heading to the repair shop. Would definitely recommend EMS to ANYONE in need of a tow or recovery!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Excellent service! I called three towing companies, EMS had the lowest price & they were also were able to get to me the fastest (even faster than the tow company who is on my town), and they were so friendly! The woman on dispatch and the tow truck driver were very friendly and professional. The driver was knowledgeable & very efficient when getting my truck loaded. He dropped me off to where I was going, & was a pleasure to speak with. I originally heard about EMS from the owner, who is also such a great guy a very nice and personable man. On 2/15 I was stuck in the snow after moving over for a passing motorist on a country road way out west of Wilton center. The roads were horrible and getting worse fast. I had just picked up my dog from the boarder. Two passing motorist made attempts to pull me out. I called EMS and Charlie came out promptly. He reassured me that he d get the job done. Super professional and friendly. He just told me to wait in my car and stay warm. Thank you again!

Road trip almost gone wrong. I was broken down on I-57 with what could ve been a deadly situation. Charlie kept me and my kiddos calm and recommended a local shop to repair my vehicle. He called around to see if he could get my vehicle repaired and when he couldn t he was there to pick up in no time. Charlie and his receptionist Nicole were very caring, understanding and helpful people. I appreciate his hard work and would definitely use his company again.

Being broken down or needing some help is the worst feeling. You have no idea what s going to happen, or what is wrong. A million things go through your head. Like how am I going to pay for this? Will I make it to work on time??When my car broke down, I was told I wouldn t have a tow for over an hour. Charlie from EMS was there in 20 MINUTES! My bad day wasn t so bad anymore. He had a great attitude, a smile on his face, and a professional mannerism. Fast, friendly, and great prices as well.Charlie from EMS seemed more worried about me and my safety than getting in my pocket. I will keep his number in my phone always for emergencies.

Charlie had awesome customer service and towed for a fair price. He even gave me a ride home after dropping off my car at the shop. Great experience, would recommend to family and friends.

Awesome service. Charlie was not only professional and polite but funny too. I was lucky enough to get a military/police/Fire/EMS discount!! The employee on the phone, Nicole, was also very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend!!!

Best towing company around. Very prompt with eta. The driver Charlie was extremely polite and respectful. Really a sweet preson. My car wouldn't start . So I called EMS Towing. I live an hour and a half away they still were able to tow my car and it was a very reasonable price .. I was very happy with the service I received. So if you're looking for an exceptional and respectable towing service definitely give EMS towing a call. They also do give military discounts.

One of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had! Everyone I worked with genuinely cared about my situation and did everything they could to make my experience as painless as possible. They made a frustrating situation of a flat tire on the freeway much easier. And the rates were incredible!

Charlie picked up my daughter's broken down car on a late Sunday afternoon. Super friendly, professional, and competent. Had the car hooked and towed to a local shop in no time. Then went out of his way to recommend and drive me to a local micro-brewery while I waited for my lift home. He even offered to give me a lift home if my ride didn't come through.If you need a tow in the Manteno area, call EMS towing!

Zak, the tow guy was absolutely spot on, arrival time, was right on time. Hooked us up, brought us home and he was totally pleasant and professional. If needed we will call again.

I honestly can t explain how AMAZING Charlie is!!!! He worked with me and helped me when no one else would. He was willing to come 2 hours away for a 3 mile tow when all providers closer said no!! He is 5 star customer service!! Would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! THANK YOU CHARLIE FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!

Love this company. The owner Charlie always makes sure to provide great service to make a tow that much easier. I've had to use him twice. Once at 4 am when my wife went off road to avoid a deer and the car was unable to drive, another time when the Oktoberfest storm happened. Our car went off road into a ditch and was completely submerged in water. He fought his way through flooding and closed roads, then proceeded to go underwater to hook our car up and get it out in the dark. Unless I'm out of the area, I will probably never use another towing service.

Highly recommend! Very fast and convenient! Best prices around too and even offers a military discount! Driver was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He even followed me home to be sure it did not die again.

Very friendly and helpful, I would recommend EMS towing to anyone. Charlie was great and really helped me out with road side service and ended up following me halfway to my destination where I had my tire fixed.

Thank you so much. EMS came through when my roadside assistance dropped the ball. I couldn't get through with anyone and the owner of the company personally made sure I was taken care of and my vehicle was safely towed. I cannot thank them enough.

I locked my keys inside of my and Charlie came and he was soooo helpful and very professional and such a Joy. I highly recommend them for any service that you might need and they are reasonably price also

Ems answered my call at 10:00 p.m. on one of the coldest nights to change my flat tire. Came within the time frame given, with the best custmer service. Highly recommended.
