It was a really great experience from start to finish! I purchased a new golf cart. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Dave even delivered to me the day I purchased and it was last minute. Parts and service guys were so helpful and friendly. Sales and finance were also very helpful and courteous. I will be back for my next side by side!

I was trying to find anyone in town that could help me install a scooter tire on a 11" rim. I tried several times myself, only to damage and ruin multiple tires. I went to a local bike shop which tried for 40 minutes with no eval. Finally they asked if I tried World of power sports. And sure enough they had the tire on the rim and aired up with no leaks in 10 minutes.

Brandon greeted me right after we came in. Made a great deal quickly (I came in for one specific bike). Held the bike until we could get back to pay for it. Great customer service and professionalism. I recommend!

Would rate zero but unable to. I would not recommend buying anything from this crooked outfit!!! Purchased a brand new UTV from them in 2021 and it sat more in their shop for repairs than ridden. It still isn t fixed! They even charged me for warranty work but later promised to repay and never did. Stu Wright in the service dept is a real joke. Don t ever buy or get anything repaired at this so called powersports store. A complete disaster!

These guys are top notch. I broke down while on a trip. Called these guys up, they were able to find a tire to replace my bad one, noticed my brakes were about to go out and got it all fixed and at a really reasonable price. They even hooked me up with the discount they were running even though I knew nothing about it.Solid work, really happy with this experience.Thank you fellas!

This is one of the best seadoo dealers in the nation. I searched all over & no one had the new 2021 Seadoo RXT-X-300 in a 700 mile radius. Lucky I found World Powersports & they had them in stock. I drove over 6 hours & when I got there was greeted & treated like family. Everyone was genuinely friendly & helpful. Caleb is a awesome salesman who got me the deal of a lifetime. They make dreams come true!!! Don't look any further, go here!!!

To be honest- the customer service here is lacking. Gone are the days of greeting customers when they walk in and doing your best to make sure they have all their questions answered or even simply walking them through the process. I felt like we were inconveniencing them the whole time. There was no walk through of the machine what so ever, it was pretty much sign here, take your money and then go ahead and drive around back and grab it yourself. For the kind of money you can spend in this place you would think that they could at least show some excitement or appreciation for your business. That is not the case at this location. I've been happy with our purchase but the experience itself was nothing to write home about. Disappointing after spending 12 hours in the car one way to do business with them. If I could have purchased this specific unit else where I probably would have.

We've had multiple experiences, all negative. If you call they either put you on hold or it disconnects. When you do get someone they have no idea what's going on with your repair. After bringing in my own part, waiting for weeks, I was told the part came in?? but there was a 2 week wait for service. Ok, I can work with that. Then 2 weeks turned into 7 weeks and nothing. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time.

Bought a used bike from World of Powersports Peoria. Great experience. Called about the bike, Dale in sales texted me a bunch of pictures of the bike, it was in fantastic condition. I went down the next day from the Chicago area to look at it and we struck a deal in no time.Came back the next weekend to pick it up with a trailer, the service personnel hooked us help and helped us out loading it up. Everyone at the dealer was very pleasant and helpful. Deal was seamless as it should be.

Poor customer service here. Staff are not friendly or helpful. Had my spyder for a month. Was told yesterday it would be ready today by noon and it's was 200 to 300 for repairs. Called to confirm before leaving and was informed it was being looked at now, battery was bad and it could take 5 hours to fix the brake. Asked for approximate total and was told they were not sure. Said they contacted us several times but we never received a call or spoke to anyone unless we called them. So frustrating I would never recommend anyone to go there.

**update - 2 weeks later and still no ETA**I've been waiting on a replacement radiator for 6 months now, and have been bumped down the priority list multiple times - each time just 1 piece beyond the number of parts coming in. I stopped by the store today and the store manager, who won't respond to voice-mail or email, told me there's nothing they can do and no one at Honda they can escalate to, which is either untrue or bad business. I also keep getting different stories about whether I am or am not on the critical backorder list and can'tget a straight answer. Worst customer service service I've experienced in recent years, even after spending $50K on brand new machines. Totally unacceptable.

Low inventory due to Covid-19 delays. (Not their fault.) Were willing to go with off brand accessories on new UTV, which saved me some $$. I bought a Kawasaki Mule Ranch Edition and am more than pleased with the purchase.

Experience was a joke- motorcycle was was in there for 4+ weeks and then I came and got it not even assembled- when I get there and all I'm told is that it has either a spark or fuel problem- but we couldn't get to it because we had computer problems and then had to activate the new KTM machines first. I called 3 days in a row and got transferred back to the receptionist everytime- I was on the lines 15 minutes each time and no one ever called me back. If I'm not important enough to call back then you don't need my business and I'll be sure to spread the word. Have to go there for new but don t expect any service and support.

The statistics don't lie. Trust the reviews.I originally passed the store because it looked abandoned except for 1 used jet ski out front. That's why I was going there. But I turned back and went inside anyway. There was a lot of wheeled inventory. But I didn't see the dozen or so jetskis shown online for Peoria, so I got help from a young salesman. He takes down all my contact info and says all they have is the used one outside and a nice newer one inside.I ask about the used. Turns out it is there on consignment and the salesman puts a quote together which was amusing. $3700 for a well used jetski that looked like it was rolled in/out the water. The trailer was ok but had a balding tire from being over inflated. Total out the door somehow got to $5500.I asked "how'd you get to that price?" and he replys it is the prep fees and taxes. Figuring this is a sales tactic I ask to hear it run and compression test the motor. He gets the manager and he says tbey need to replace the battery and a compression test is going to cost me. I laughed and walked away.For those of you that are not familiar with jet skis. Always due a compression check and test drive because it's the only way to know the health of the machine. If a seller says you can only hear it run on a trailer it is the equivalent to someone telling you that you can only test drive a car in park.

Lots of bikes, every make and model, great variety, that's why I went there, but it seems like an empty warehouse full of over-priced and under-serviced bikes. If I'm going to buy it, I want them to care as much about the bike as I do, but they pulled out a printout and tried to figure out what bike I was asking about, not a good sign. Plus, the employees are different every time I go in there, so I figure they must not like working there much, "strike two" by my measure. Employees didn't even care that I was there, seemed strange for a bike shop, you want to feel like they know you at least. I don't know, I just want to like the guys I buy from. And everything they sell is twice as much as I could buy it online. I don't get it, really.

Went there for a honda crf 125. All they had was ssr bikes. If I wanted a Chinese bike I would order it on Amazon. What a joke of a world of power sports. You lost another customer left wing pansies!!!

The manager and associates are very helpful they get you to where you need to be and with who you need to speak to. They are professional. It get pretty busy in there sometimes but I've had all my questions answered and my bikes been in good hands out there!

Absolute joke of a service department. Made an appt to get my side by side appraised for my insurance company. Dropped the side by side off to find out no appointment was made. Left it with them and called back a few days later. Continued to get the run around. After a week I finally received an estimate only for parts to be left behind off of it. They did a secondary estimate adding these parts but continued to fail to send it and pictures to my insurance company. Finally after contacting a manager this issue was taken care of and the pictures were sent. I contacted them to give them a heads up that I was picking the machine up the next day. Arrive to pick up the SxS only for them to not know where the key was. The key is finally found. When I went to pay for the estimate I tried to bill me double. I provided the estimate they sent to my insurance and showed them what they billed them and World of Powersports finally made it right.

I want to start off by saying i never bought from an actual dealer when it came to bikes but World made the purchase of my 2021 MT-07 quick and they were super cool and friendly. I highly recommend this place for any side by side/ dirt bike or motorcycle purchase, great people!

The easiest experience I've ever had buying something. Filled the online application got a call saying I was approved and went in signed papers for 5 minuets and was on my way. In the shop the people were very helpful in picking a helmet out and since I had got my bike they said I got 15% off everything. Overall a 10/10 experience

Please read the reviews before taking anything here to get serviced. Seams like they're good at changing tires. I took my daughters side x side here for what they said was an easy fix and it'd be done in about 3 weeks. I tried calling after 3 weeks with no answer. Drove in to see about it and they forgot to put it on the schedule. After 4 months I picked it up and took it to another place which had it fixed the next day
